The crew keeps me well informed about their arrival day and time. They did an outstanding job on my lawn today. The edging and trimming was excellent.
1) He quoted me a price for everything then did not do everything. (When I mentioned this to him, he said he would come back the next day to finish.) 2) He did not come back the next day. 3) The following day he returned, completed the work, and then charged me an additional amount of money that we did not ever discuss.
They come when they say they are coming. Our lawn and yard look beautiful!
