Highly recommend! Chad and the crew have been mowing my lawn for the past four years and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
Chad is very professional and responds quickly to inquiries. He and his team managed to remove two large trees next to the house with no issues or damage to the property. He actually charged less then the price agreed upon because the job went differently then originally planned.
I first called this service on 22 July--no answer, so I left a message. A week goes by and they do not return my call. People can get busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them again on 29 July. Traci answered the phone; I told her my request for having hedges trimmed along with pulling a plant. As she requested, I forwarded her photos of the plants and she said she would forward those to Chad. Hours later, I sent a text asking for a price quote. No response. The next day I followed up with a text asking if the job could be done and again asking for a response. Again, no response. If you cannot do the job, just say so. It is unprofessional and rude to ignore a potential customer. No worries, I will take my business elsewhere! Updated response: I told Chad that I was busy and I would talk to him possibly tomorrow, but in his impatience couldn't wait. As shown in the attachment is the text exchange. They claim they did not see it...they saw all of the other ones --how could they not have seen this? And why didn't anyone follow up and return my call? His only concern was "Would it be possible to have you fix that Google review?" I had considered it, but after this rant---Nope!
I've called on Chad several times over the past few years to take care of well irrigation issues we were having. Chad has always gone above & beyond to remedy any issues we were having. Honest, always on time, and the fairest prices of anyone we've ever contacted. If we have any irrigation issues... we call Chad. Period.
They do a nice job! Attentative to special requests! Chad has come out a few times to look at some issues I was having. Good feedback and adjusted some work detail. Nice guy!I recommend them.
these guys constantly damage the grass line and turn it into a swamp where Mosquito can breed and spread disease like zika , west nile, chikungunya , dengue, and malaria. issues are multiple times addressed with employees but no changes. worst lawn care service I ever dealt with. leaving dirt, mulch every where, ruin grass with every visit. UPDATE : next time i make an selfie with your destructive employees and an video, spoke with employees multiple times seems them don't care at all about any complains just mow and leave, not listen for any concerns at all.
Chad gives the absolute best service hands down. He returned my message on new sod right away. I messaged him on a Sunday night. I wasn't expecting to hear back until Monday. He messaged me back in less than two hours. He came out right away and gave me a price. He was a day early on laying the sod. The sod is absolutely beautiful and very green. We have the best looking grass in the neighborhood .He keeps up with everything and has the best workers. I am so Happy we found his business .

Be sure to get COMPLETE details of what is quoted. At the end of job, changed scope and did only front and back and not sides of house (which I asked for). Chad said they were shrub areas on both sides of the home and not included in quoted area. I would not recommend.
Chad and crew are fantastic, and my husband expects a lot!! These guys go above and beyond and are there when they say they will be. Super happy with my home and our business lawn care, these care about what they are doing, and if there s a need, they do their best to get it done ASAP!! I had Chad come out the house to trim some bushes and now it looks so much better. I will have him out every quarter to help keep up with things!
All I can say is I m impressed, Chad came out and gave an estimate in which I asked him why he thought he was worth the price. What would I get for that price? He didn t hesitate only reassured me that I would have the best service, any concerns and they would be addressed immediately not the next service date. I ve had lawn care ever since I ve owned my home in 2014 and had 4 different providers and Chad comes in at the top. He s there when he says he will be and that was my biggest concern. We talked about how many times a week per month and in the heavy seasons if it s 5 weeks it s 5 cuts no price increases. If your looking for reasonable and great lawn care look no further!!

If your in the Local Lakeland area this is a truly the most honest and professional lawn care service you could ask for. I have a great rate that cant be beat. They do week to week as well but I was able to get a better rate paying monthly. They take care of my bushes and even will put down mulch for a very responsible rate. I am impressed and look forward to many continued years with this lawn care service .
