5 Stars and Applause. Jamie was great. Personable, honest, and overall oversaw all that was promised was indeed done. She didn’t just quote and leave. She made sure the team had contact and she came to my property to check on the work and progress. And yet again when complete. That’s awesome. As for the team, from scheduling and updates, to project manager and QC, I can’t say enough either. They were great to work with. I had quite a delicate job as I didn’t have access to my backyard as normal sites would, Jose had to be innovative and careful, and the team made sure they worked clean, prompt, properly and professionally. Nothing was left undone. Always communicated and got the job done. Jose was great and detailed. Oversaw his team and his team truly was exceptional. As for follow through on their workmanship and promise they did more than deliver. I had a problem with a sprinkler line that the landscapers two weeks later decided to turn on and it was buried underground and not noticed and yet the team came out and redid the install in that area. Without question and without hesitation Jamie and Jose took care of it. Best of all I was put on calendar and not ignored. It was like they all work great together and communicate without me having to worry about the job. That’s hard to find. And no additional charges or trip fees for the redo and extra work. Still warranty and guarantee in place without any concerns. I absolutely love having Eternal Turf for my job. This is my home, my hard earned thought and money all came to play when choosing, and I’m proud to have chosen a company such as this that followed through, has excellent team members and management (Jamie, Jessica and Jose), and at the end have a perfect and beautiful result. I’m still not done decorating and finishing touches, but my dogs and I couldn’t be happier with what’s become of my backyard. Thank you guys.

We were especially concerned about finding something durable for our dogs, and this has proven to be the perfect solution. After months of dealing with the mess that 5 large dogs can create with a natural grass yard I started to get estimates to install artificial grass. I received multiple (6) estimates all relatively close in price. The last company to provide an estimate was Eternal Turf. Well, I can say with 100% confidence that the best was saved for last. Jamie and Mike came to my home and walked me through what work would need to be done, pointing out things that would be beneficial for my family and my pups. They answered my questions before I had to ask. I was completely comfortable making this large investment in my home with them. Once the work was scheduled there was constant communication with their team. The installation crew arrived when promised and worked tirelessly to complete the project in the time frame that was given. The artificial grass has transformed my backyard into my families own paradise .
