I deal with plenty of services and businesses over the years, from top to bottom - this is the best one. I ve been a customer for years with EES and would never even consider going elsewhere even if a family member started a pest control company honestly. They re knowledgeable, responsive, kind and above all - they keep pests out of my home. I had tried several others when I first bought my home. Problems kept persisting, felt like these other guys were spraying water or at least diluted stuff. That or they didn t have the knowledge that EES has. Don t waste your time elsewhere. Want to give a special shout-out to Louis who s one of the more genuine guys I ve came across in life, period. Just a really good guy. Excellent at what he does as well. Ray Jr. too. Luis does an extremely professional and thorough job each month he visits. We havent seen an insect, nor other pest, since we started using EES a little over a year ago. And, Luis is also a genuinely pleasant person to talk with. We look forward to his visiting us.

EES is a great company. We have been using this company for over 20 years. We began using them in our first home in Boca. Then my mother used them in Boca and in Delray. We continued using them in Boynton Beach. My sister uses them, my daughter used them and I use them. we have recommended them to friends and family over the years. They have never disappointed anyone we have recommended them to. Carlos is the technician who services out home and he is excellent. Throughout the pandemic he continued to service us and was always very respectful of our concerns.

We really love Excellent Environmental Services! They have kept the ants down in and out of the house as well as reduced the mosquito population in our yard. We can hang out in the evening outside and not get eaten alive! Each visit they always check to see if we are having issues with any pests and treat the issue immediately. Last week, my technician, Raymond Urias, completed another thorough (yearly) inspection at my home. The treatments he recommended & provided were essential in order to help prevent potential issues down the line. Once Ray was finished, he provided me with a complete analysis of all services rendered. This is only my second year with EES, as they were just recommended to me last year by a friend who has been using EES for a number of years. My 88 year old Nana (whom I care for now that she has a bit if dementia) started having a cockroach problem in her condo. I called this company and they had me scheduled within the week. The technician was punctual and even arrived a few minutes early, which is great, as my schedule is very busy and waiting around is not an option for me. He was extremely polite and kind. He was gentle and patient with her, as he thoughtfully explained what he was doing. He was very nice to her little dog, and was careful to keep his products away from the dogs accessible areas. He took his time and was very thorough and meticulous in his work. The entire experience was wonderful as it did not stress my Nana one bit. I am very grateful for this company and their professionalism.

They did damage to my driveway and refused to do anything. Told me to get an attorney. JR would not allow me to speak to the owner of the business. They are dishonest people.

Raymond my technician and was the highlight of my day, and although it is only Tuesday, there is a good chance he will win the week. First, he was on time, professional, clearly intelligent, and polite. Ray carefully examined the entire area and made his recommendation. The best part was that he suggested I give him access to the storage building before leaving, to which my tenant refused to provide me with access. My tenants wife speaks no English, and I was trying to communicate the importance of allowing the technician access without success. Out of nowhere, Ray begins to speak Spanish fluently and convinces her to let us in. I have been trying to get in there for years. Bam! It was filled with ants and termites and will need to be tented. Finally, the cost of the service was beyond reasonable. I could not be happier. Ray Jr. is so reliable and punctual. I have a yearly contract for both inside and out, with his company, and if, I See something, I say something.! Someone from his team , or Ray himself will show up, and not a week later, but within a day or two.

Had a nasty termite infestation in my attic, which another company had failed to cure despite charging me a lot of money. I heard about Ray, the owner of EES, from a good friend. I could not be more pleased with his service. He fumigated the house and followed up with a spraying of the rafters in the attic. Everything was done promptly and in a most professional manner. If you are having a problem with termites, look no further! You wont do any better than EES in Palm Beach County.

Ray Jr. was prompt, exceptionally professional and polite, and just a pleasure to work with. Called them on Sunday night on Fathers Day and left a message. My call was returned Monday morning (today). Had someone out in 3 hours later. Young man was so polite, cordial and sweet. I thought it was a much bigger problem than it was. Young man looked it over, told me what to do and didnt charge. Please dont think they dont charge for their work. They do! But they do come out and survey the situation for no charge. Awesome awesome company!

We have been with Excellent Environment maybe close to 15-20 years. Everything from simple home spraying to treating our palm trees when they were infected. Theyve met all our needs. We get treatments years around and have no ants and the rare roach(on its last leg) in our home and we live on a wetlands.

I have been using Excellent Environmental Services Inc. since 2002. They are very reliable. You pay a yearly fee and if any insects reappear inside your home, just pick up the phone and they return to take care of the problem at no additional charge. I also use them on a quarterly basis for extra outside care. I am highly satisfied with this very reputable company.
