Call Dennis to come and cut my grass and he came out did a great job. Pick up all the debris and grass. Really did a nice job. I would recommend him any time.

I was looking for a new landscaping company and found Alvarenga Landscaping Services with a google search. Once I met Dennis and seen the work he does he was hired. He has a lot of knowledge about trees, bushes and all other tropical plants. As a property manager I look for good quality people to work with and my wife and I are very happy with the service that Dennis and his crew at Alvarenga Landscaping provide. He keeps my house and our rental properties looking great and I wont use anyone else.

For all that may be interested in my comment. I am not to put much opinion on a place like this (maybe it should be but my time is sometimes short) About the service that I receive from this company and its owner, it could not be indisputably better. My reason for this comment is to give it my highest rating and make a comment with very bad intention clear and deny that the person who posted it has neither moral nor right to comment, since since January it will be late to pay the rent (he does not own much less) in fact is in court to be evicted for taking 3 months without paying the amount due. Of this I have evidence. That person if you can call him is the one in the comment (WALDE973) so that if someone is going to rent him, he also takes it into account.

This guy Dennis Alvarenga comes to cut the grass and blows off Fresh cut grass against the vehicles perfectly parked at my place, I confront him with the receipts I paid for damages to my vehicle and this unresponsive unprofessional Business men let me with no response, this guy should be out of business, I do not need to cover my vehicle so you can do your not so good job, you’re not fooling anyone with your unprofessional way to do business

I hired Dennis to do a fairly small job. He showed up in a very timely manner. He listened to all the details that i required and executed the job perfectly. I am very pleased with my decision to hire him. And now he is my "go to" gardener!
