Terrible service did front yard and back yard in less then 2 minutesHave been very disappointed the last 4 months. No lawn sign stating just sprayed. Use you you regular hose but was told it s to noisy so use a backpack type sprayer which doesn t do the job. Vi called the Office to complain as well

They came out the next day from my initial call, so very accommodating, as we had a roach problem so . George was very prompt and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Gave me all my options and recommended having our septic tank checked, but said we should still have a one time service to kill what is left in the pipes and house. Left it that we would have the tank drained. Drained yesterday. And he was spot on- once the lid was lifted, 100+ roaches were running scared. We will be booking our spray of the house Monday morning. Great service and doesn t push unnecessary services on you.

I don t think I can give enough praise to this company.. I found a coral snake in my backyard yesterday, 8/22/22 . I called the office and I was assured that George would be contacting me shortly. Within a short period of time, George was at my house helping me humanely resolve the problem and giving me good information at the same time. I was already in the market for pest control for my house and I thought the timing was perfect. Brian arrived promptly this morning, 8/23/22, and told me about some of the areas of concern that he found and what he was going to do to resolve them. He explained each part to me, and not trying to sell me anything that I didn t need. He also let me know that he was going to be handling my account, which I was very happy about. Doesn t hurt that his dog is named Wrigley. What was the most refreshing part of the experience was how friendly everyone has been. Friendliness almost seems obsolete these days. I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond Pest Control. They were responsive, quick to come out, and honest. Corey came to inspect a possible bed bug issue. Turns out he did not detect any signs of bed bugs which was a huge relief. He was very knowledgeable and gave us possible explainations for the issues we were having and recommendations on what to do. I would call them again in the future.

We had service done today and I was not happy what went on today. I called and left a message at the office earlier this afternoon around 3. I just called again and left another message at 6:05 tonight waiting on respond.

John did an amazing job of treating a palmetto bug infestation last minute. I had tenants move into a property that the owner had neglected pest control. We were originally told it might be a week or more for service but John had a cancellation and was able to help us the next day! Horrible Experience, I was never called back and had to call several times to remind the assigned technician to call me,Chris. And he never did until I spoke to a superior Lori several times. She apologized and was very kind and went out of her way to try and help the situation. I gave the technician samples of an actual bug, he said he found shells but had no idea what type of bug they were. He was young and not knowledgeable at all and worried me . Several hours the next day he didnt even bother to tell me the diagnoses after looking at a microscope had to reach out yet again to beg for results. He said he saw no bug and it was nothing when i gave him an actual bug in a bag. didnt even bother to call me and had 2 other companies come out inspect and easily said it was carpet beetles. Very disappointed with them, this would be the delray location. I would not recommend them or use them ever again.

It would have been more helpful to give tenants a flyer telling them how to prepare for the treatment in English and Spanish.

We had dry wood termites. I called a neighbor who had experienced them as well and used Above and Beyond to tent his house. The salesman (Christopher) came out and was terrific. Very professional and attentive. He went over everything. We discussed our DirecTV dish and our rooftop antenna which he said were no problem at all and would not be touched. We realized wed lose some landscaping and that couldnt be helped but he was very honest and straightforward. He gave us the schedule of tenting on Friday, removal of the tent Saturday and all clear for us to go back in on Monday (normally would have been Sunday but they dont work on Sunday which we accepted). He provided a proposal/contract which outlined a price for the treatment and an add on since he said they needed to use a crane. Both separately listed on the contract. Well, they didnt call on Friday as explained and so my wife called them at 9am. They said they had one job in our area before us and would probably be to us by 11am to noon. And they would call when on their way. When they hadnt arrived at 1pm my wife called them again and was told they would be to us by 2pm. They finally arrived at 2:20pm with no crane in sight. Saturday came and went with no tent removal and when we called the office we got no answer and no call back. We called Christopher and he assured us everything would be on schedule. On Sunday morning they did arrive and remove the tent (a day late). On Monday we called to find out when they were coming to clear the house and were told between 2 and 4pm. We called the office and again at 4:45pm and got no answer or call back. Again we texted with Christopher (who again was terrific) and he assured us they would be there on Monday. Well, at 8:01pm the man finally arrived (with no call to us) and cleared the house. Fortunately we have cameras around the house and I saw he was in the driveway. They never did use the crane but said they wouldnt credit the contract charge for the crane since they would have charged us a loading fee for the guys to carry the tarps to the roof which would have been the same amount. Also they knocked off my antenna on the roof and screwed up the alignment of my DirecTV dish. They were to have put on the alarm and do some other things which didnt happen either. SO, Christopher was great but from there the office and crews didnt perform OR keep us informed as they should have or as common business courtesy expects. At this point I hope the termites are dead! Finally I spoke to Christopher and explained how we were unhappy with what happened. I told him Id be happy to talk to the owner if he would like to call. I have never heard from anyone there. Telling. Thanks to Christopher, you were the bright spot in the company.

I have been using Above & Beyond for over 10 years and have never had any pest problems. The thing I like the best is that they treat the outside which prevents pests from entering my house and with having pets I dont have to worry about them being poisoned. I highly recommend Above & Beyond.

I needed my house treated ASAP because of Fleas. They would have come same day if not for my availability. They are very professional and the job was completed. They come back to do a second treatment just to make sure everything is dead!!

It took some time to get on their schedule because they are so popular, but they came as scheduled and completed the work on time. The tenting crew was a little sloppy on clean-up, but upon sharing it with the company, the termite specialist (Chris) followed up and made up for the shortcomings by granting a courtesy extension on the warranty. What more could you want from a company? Oh, and they had an excellent price to begin with. I highly recommend them.

Dont waste your time or money I called Larry because the termites they treated never went away first i got the run around for 3 days and now the assistant there is telling me she has proof they mailed out the renew notice for the warranty information to my rental address that they still have their lock box on the door However Larry know that wasnt the mailing address because he came to my office in boynton to get payment and have me sign the contract

They were suppose to be baiting rodent boxes monthly. Upon opening them today, the bait was old and moldy even though they said they were here last week. I threw them out of the community.

Did a fantastic job with my project I needed underground spray for. Extremely quick response time. Called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Do NOT patronize this company. Not only is their service below average in quality and effectiveness, but any attempt to communicate and follow up is met with Ill take a message and have the manager call you back. Last June, I had a one time service for some ants and a couple of roaches, simple, and the man came for 5 minutes to quickly scan the house and outside. It did nothing! It didnt even get rid of the ants for one day. I called him back and every time he had some issue he was dealing with and he never came back. So I contacted the office to either get a refund or have someone come and redo the service. I am still leaving messages. I have been through 3 people and still nothing. There are many more companies to choose from. I recommend staying far away from this one....they definitely go Above and Beyond.....but in the wrong direction!!!!
