Yvette and the team at Go Forever Green are amazing! I was quoted by many companies, and Go Forever Green was by far the best decision I have ever made. Their work is incredible and Yvette is the best!!

Im a Hardscape Contractor and have been working with Go Forever Green for the past two years. They do quality work at a professional level which turns into referrals $ for me. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had turf installed for a dog run. We were told with 4 inches of the k9 concrete and sand the grass would not smell like urine. When the guys did the install they did not pull up dirt and do 4 inches of the rock. It has been only a month and Our yard smells horrible, we ve spend hundreds on pet cleaning products recommended, watering it every other day and still not getting better. We can t enjoy our new back yard in our new home because of the smell. We ve tried to contact the company 4 times and the owner Manny and project manager Ken several times and they are not getting back with us. After 8k, we are more than disappointed with this project. I highly advise not to use this company, they can give a good sell but can t back it up. Next up is hiring an attorney.

Edit: as of 4/16 BUYER BEWARE -DO NOT USE - Project cost over $10,000.00 and defaulting on warranty issue We are still waiting to hear from this company on fixing the seam issue that hey had made worse when they came out to fix it in the beginning of November. We were told back in February wider material was being ordered & waiting to arrive in 2 weeks, followed up 3 weeks later and we were told the product was expected to arrive that week and we would be called to set up a date to have this resolved. No call so followed up after 2 weeks to be told due to a busy schedule it would be 2 weeks before they could come, again followed up after 2 weeks and told the same thing. So now its been 5 weeks and made another follow up call & text and now no response to either. I have gone ahead and filed a report with the BBB and will be handing over all information regarding warranty, phone calls & time line to an attorney. This will most likely have us paying someone to make the necessary repair and will have to sue Go Forever Green for reimbursement. For a project that cost us well over $10,000.00 one would think we would have received top notch service - BUYER BEWARE!!! Edit: as of 2/13/24 the company sent a crew out to rectify the spreading of a seam in our backyard back in the beginning of November, unfortunately it resulted in a even larger more noticeable seam that is a BIG eye sore- supposedly my husband met with the owner of the company who swore he would get this rectified but had to consult with a few people on how to do so and that he would get back to us right after the holidays which we were fine with since we didnt want our yard tore up for the holidays anyway - fast forward to today still no follow up from the company on how this will be rectified - the only positive is that we have received our warranty paperwork but unfortunately it doesnt seem to have any bearing to help us get the seam situation resolved - I believe the next step may be to pull in another company to evaluate the situation to see if they can fix it then bring this to legal Edit: as of today 11/6 we are still waiting for our warranty documents (from 3 months ago from their response) as well as already having a seam issue that we are currently waiting to hear back from them about coming out to look at - it would sure be nice to have warranty paperwork on such an expensive project We had our backyard done by Go Forever Green which came out beautiful and we are thankful for but then once we asked for our warranty paperwork to keep with our records the office/sales team became unresponsive after several emails requesting the information so now its left us with some doubt on if there is a warranty for the product & service. This was an expensive project to have done to not be able to have proof of warranty unfortunately

We have used this company twice to install synthetic grass in our front and back yard. Our back yard was installed in 2015 and still looks brand new. We recently installed the same product in our front yard and are thrilled with the outcome. The installers showed up quickly, on time and were very neat. The project took about 6 hours. We love the quality and color of the grass. I highly recommend this company!

ZERO stars should be an option! Avoid this company. We installed not even a year ago and been having quality issues with the turf. The supervisor Manny came out and confirmed there was a manufacturing defect in the turf that was installed in our yard. It was close to a $20k project. He said we have 2 options: - they would replace the turf - refund This was back in October 2023! I have been trying to reach Manny since then and he will not return a call or respond. I ve called the main office and they have every excuse why Manny is not available. Come to find out he is part owner as well. I will never recommend or use this company again.

This is the second time I ve used forever green for my artificial turf. Jason, and the installation crew did an excellent job, which was completed on time with outstanding results !

The time from consult to install was fast. The day of install a group of extremely professional and hard working men showed up right on time. They worked so hard all day. They cleaned everything up perfectly and our yard looks amazing. We cannot recommend this team and company enough!!

We have used Go Forever Green several times for our community dog park. They have done an excellent job and the residents have been very pleased. Geoff Bowen, our sales contact, has always been responsive, coming out to see us quickly and making recommendations based on his experience. We will definitely use this vendor in the future.

Great quality product and installation from Go Forever Green. Far more superior and the reason I took the time to write a review was the service, professionalism, and attention we received from Jason Kim and his associates. Not only were they punctual, which we know is non existing in South Florida, but they took their time in customizing the installation of my turf to perfectly match-fit my patio fence and pool deck. As hot and tedious as the work was, they never rushed or faltered delivering the quality and product that was expected. Further more, a week after our install Jason even came out to personally correct an issue we had, due to no fault of their own, taking full responsibility for their work like true professionals.

Jamie Doshier was our sales representative, very knowledgeable and efficient! A pleasure to work with and kept us informed throughout the process! Would highly recommend this company!

GEOFF came to our home. to give us an estimate for pet turf. I had 2 other bids but neither of the first 2 brought samples therefore I really didnt know what I was getting exactly. He brought samples and left them with me, gave me an estimate right away and beat the 2 other quotes.How the other companies think people are going to drop this much money without seeing what they are going to get is beyond me but... I did have to call myself after giving them a deposit many weeks prior, thinking they would call me to get on their schedule, but we got it scheduled.The crew came bright and early, thinking it would be a multiple day job, but they worked their tails off all day and finished in one day. It came out fantastic! The guys were very polite! The follow up after was disappointing. I never received a call to see if I was happy or to see how the job went. Just an email to collect the balance. That was disappointing. I gave a five star because being a small business owner myself, I know you rely on reviews and it was a job well done! But their follow up from the office could use some improvement and a personal touch. But I am very happy so far that we chose go forever green.

Jason Kim came to our property and had several landscaping ideas and scheduled install. After setting up lighting wiring the crew showed on time. Very efficient and worked through the rain to get the job done. Turned out great. This is the second property we used Forever Green. Will recommend them again

Studying the page of this company they publish that they have excellent products but they do not honor their customer service and attention. What a strong disappointment one gets. I hope its owners pay careful attention to the comments on the Internet and that it helps them improve, otherwise it would be better for it to close; making false advertising is very bad for the company.

It almost pains me to write this, because the quality of the install itself was performed quite well. But, after spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with them, the customer service and follow up has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would hope and expect for a better experience when issues arise. It takes weeks of calling/texting and following up to get anything accomplished. And when it finally does, it s at outrageous prices. I needed a small section repaired (Not due to any fault of theirs) and was blown away at what they wanted for the fix. I just can t recommend using them

Despite my patience and pleading for assistance, not to mention that we have paid in full, they refuse to contact me back to correct some minor issues that would take little effort from their part. Awful customer service and satisfaction!

Um, so I m still in shock by how my yard has transformed! After 2 sod installations my grass was failing me. I went with GoForeverGreen because their products were great quality and they had the best prices in the market that I could find! My sales rep was Yvette and she was such a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions and reassured me on my concerns! I have two dogs and getting artificial grass was an upgrade to keeping the yard and them nice and clean! I am so extremely happy with the end product and I m ready to roll around on my new fake grass .

We replaced our sod and dirt areas with pet turf. We have 3 large dogs and wanted a clean outdoor area, thus making it cleaner inside the house too. Yvette was our consultant. She was great! Explained everything. We were scheduled a date and time for install. The guys showed up on time and worked SO hard all day. They returned the next day and finished up the job. It looks great! We are very impressed with the outcome and Go Forever Green.

The sales representative was very nice and responsive during the initial process. Then working with the office manager Melanie for scheduling was a pleasure. The installation was completed extremely efficiently and the final product exceeded all my expectations (and I had high expectations). It is rare to find such a professional and competent company. Go Forever Green installed my turf in my 3,000 square foot backyard. I have 5 dogs, 3 of which are full grown German Shepherds, and this turf has changed our lives. Not only are we saving a lot of money with water, landscape, fertilizer, etc, we are also no longer getting any dirt in our house. No more mud, no more dead grass, no more holes, no more headaches. The owners of the company kept in touch with me from start to finish, including multiple visits, along with constant communication from their staff. We had banana trees removed prior to the install, and after the install they grew back (super resilient trees). They came back immediately and removed the turf in that area, removed the trees permanently and reinstalled at no charge. You would never even know as there are absolutely no visible edges. The dogs have been running around for hours each day for almost 2 weeks. We have zero issues and wish we had done this sooner. It will pay for itself in cost-savings, but the quality of life and beauty of it is worth its weight in gold. Phenomenal product and equally phenomenal company. Cannot recommend Tony, Mike, Manny, Lillian, Melanie and the Go Forever Green team enough. Thank you!!!!

OMG. If i knew our back yard could look this good. It was just dirt due to lack of sunlight and hard work. We were going to fill it in with rocks and stepping stones. The price for the turf was lower and it looks so much better. From the first call for an estimate to installation completion, GoForeverGreen staff have been professional, respectful and showed up when they said they would. We want to do our whole yard in turf with GFG!!!!
