My wife and I were thoroughly impressed. From Samantha, who answered our initial call to Alex and Carlton, who came out and reworked our improperly installed (thanks to a not so handy, handyman) sprinkler system. They reduced the number of sprinkler heads that I had, moved some others, covered more area with water, and at the same time reduced my water consumption. I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend To the Drop.

Adam and his team are always doing a great job for us. I got an early update when the technician would arrive and an update when he was delayed. Communication is top notch and much appreciated!

This irrigation company is top-notch! Adam and Sam are not only professional but they are so friendly and are honest with their pricing. One of their technicians came to my place to repair a couple of broken sprinkler heads and he did a fantastic job. He, too, was very kind and professional. Adam and Sam quickly responded to my voice mail requesting a quote and the service only got better. Proper expectations were given for the quote, so there were no surprises. They sent a text as a reminder prior to the date and one before arrival. Once on site, they listened to our concerns and worked quickly to complete the job and gave helpful recommendations. My wife was smiling and happy when it was all done. Hard to ask for more than that.
