Paid upfront for the year including aerating. After the first spraying of weed killer and fertilizer I had some dead weeds and lots of yellow spots. When the guy first came out I was home and asked if they were going to do a soil analysis. He said no that they pretty much know the soil in the area. Shame on me I let it slide as thats not what I paid for. It should have been done regardless as its part of the full package that I paid for. Then they came out to aerator, expecting them to really pull some plug with there aerator. Now I have a flat yard in FL. Boy was I disappointed. Less then half of what I had expected and there were alot of plug less then a inch long. 3rd time out I talked to the guy and walked the lot lines again and showed him the yellow spots and still had areas of weeds. Also showed him the area about 6 x 50 that was freshly seeded from all the weed and grass kill. Our lot is only 45 x 100 with just under half of it concrete. He said that he wouldnt spray it as it was still to early for new grass. I Thanked him for that. He said that it looked like the first guy missed spots and that he assured me he would take care of it. And he did. Plus some of the neighbors. Killed the wèeds and some of the grass. I now have this area reseeded and its starting to grow. Received text that TG was coming between 1 & 5 pm. I was gone for the day. My wife called and said TG just went by at 8:30am turned around and pulled up to the house crossed the street ( no one was home ) sat there for about 5 mins or so got out open up the back of his truck grabbed a sign and put it in the ground in from of her stump which is actually a trash can that had her name and lot number on it. Then got in his truck and left. I told my wife that shes probably having her lot done that the text said in the afternoon for us. Maybe hell be back. About 5 mins later I received a text that my yard treatment was complete. Knowing that this was not true I called TG and told them about it and about the condition of my lawn. They said that they could resend someone else out to take care of it. But i said thanks but no and I wanted to cancel my contract and refund as Im not going to deal with a company I cant trust if Im not home. 4 months into the contract and my lawn looks worse then the lots around me that are having nothing done to them. Very Disappointed.

I cant say more about my specialist Brian R. He is highly educated in this field of lawn care and he takes the time to show you how to recognize different patterns in your grass like, what the blades of grass look like when they dont get enough water, when fungus is developing, the different types of bugs in your lawn. They need to make a clone of this professional. I have been with TruGreen for 3 years and wont change because of the customer service and their technicians. If you have a problem with your grass or somethings not right you call TruGreen they immediately send somebody else out at no charge they take care of you, Ive heard from other people that there are a couple of grass services and you cant get customer service from them, TruGreen is tops and customer service Ive been with them for 3 years.

TruGreen maintains my lawn, if there are any problems that arise they will take care of it. They have been taking care of my lawn for 2 years now, I just had a fungus hit parts of my lawn they got rid of it and they put in St Augustine plugs at no charge to me to bring my grass back to full green again.

0 result. I ve never agree to continue service I paid for ** of month and never said I would wnana more but they arrived and provided service and now the filed a collection on 0. Scam , 0 result , and than file a collection. NONSENCE. I will shut it out everywhere , contact my lawyer and other organisations about this nonsense

Good price, good service, reliable.

I paid for 1 year up front and 2 months into service and nothing but aggravation. First issue; a technician showing up putting down a couple Trugreen lawn signs showing service was completed when in actuality; service not completed on the whole back yard nor the side yard. We have a Ring camera and saw that the tech did not even go on those sides. Called Trugreen to complain about it; they then send the same technician out only to argue with my husband and tell him that he did indeed complete the service, again my husband proceeds to tell him we saw that he did not and it was witnessed on our Ring. I spent day after day, week after week leaving messages trying to reach the representative; Victoria who came knocking on our door to sign us up in the first place to complain, I never received a call back from either her or her supervisor; Phil. Next month comes; I get a text stating someone will show up and perform service, they dont show up. A week goes by, receive another text stating someone will come, followed by another text; Truegreen was unable to complete service because lawn cutters were on property, which was a lie because the lawn people only show up on Mondays or Tuesdays and this day was a Friday. Also our Ring spotted Tru-green stop for a moment only to drive off and of course no other people were on my lawn doing a service. Spent over an hour with virtual chat, live chat, and finally a real person after calling just to cancel service. Bad business in my opinion.

Don t do it it s a scam, I used them and they promised to come back out if I didn t see result. After a few I called because there were still weeds and they did not honor it. Waste of money !!!

They have turned our lawn around in beauty . They suggested we have our irrigation system checked and WOW, 5 watering heads needed either replacing or manipulation. They saved our investment.

This is my first time hiring help to get my new lawn taken care of. I tried taking care of it myself, but it still was not looking exactly like I wanted it to. I called Trugreen because I saw a fair amount of good reviews. The price was reasonable, so I thought ok let s try them. I really like my service tech Mario. He s pleasant, down to earth, and I trust he s going to have my lawn looking great. I hope I get him for every service. I m on my way to having a great looking lawn and will send pictures in a month or two.

Truegreen needs to standby their logo. I have had their service since September 2023 and I wish I never have got it. They only have one service guy that knows what he s doing. Terrell Other guys should be working somewhere else sprayed my yard three weeks ago he never pulled the hose out. Walked around for four minutes or less than four minutes and then left didn t check. I have checked bugs in my yard Saint Augustine thanks Truegreen for nothing poor poor poor service.

Marionte was excellent. He explained and answered all my questions. He was very professional and very kind. I would like to request him to be my TruGreen specialist for all my treatments.

Called multiple times in a day to upsell services I didnt want (at one point called 10 times within 8 hours). The most prominent issue is that they added a service on that I verbally declined, and charged me for it without notifying me. I found out when they charged me double my usual amount, and had to call them for an explanation. When I told them I declined the service, they tried to only give me a 50% refund because the service was already done. Again, this was the service that I told them multiple times I did not want when they called me multiple times in one day to offer it. They eventually gave me a full refund, but the fact that it even came to that is ridiculous.

Very friendly and did a good job. I am happy with it.

So far. So good. Their slow release formula for weeds so not kill the grass and do kill the weeds over time.

I had my second service performed today. So far everything is going well even though it is too early to say it does work, we are in the processing of killing and control the weeds and I can see my grass growing healthy and greener again. Customer service can t be better! Kind ppl and knowledgeable.

Previously I did request one individual to service my lawn so he could get to know my lawn. Instead I find I am having to let each serviceman what the problem is.

They did nice job ,also carefully with my plants ,thanks.

We have used the svc before. The first growing season is slower to see benefit but by the end of August the good grass was full and healthy and weeds were much less prominent.

Good service!

Within 3 months of a fresh Saint Augustine full yard sod install, weeds were uncontrolled and browning spots like crazy. This was certainly not the expectation. They seemed to be more concerned with sq. ft. from a google plot vs what my dimensions were with the landscaping features and fixated on total grass footage that was non existent. I even tracked 1 of their techs from start to finish on exterior cameras. How in the world is it possible to spray and cover approx 6000 sq ft of grass in a 12 minute window? That includes setting up cones around the truck, pulling out the hose, & walking the entire yard &pulling away. Not possible. Only recently has the tech JD been worth the effort. Save your omoey and look elsewhere for a different lawn specialist. I only gave a 2 star rating for the tech JD. The company itself deserves 1 or less.

I wanted to give them a chance, and I paid upfront for a year. They did a lawn treatment over a week ago, and Im positive they NEVER sprayed my yard for weeds since NOTHING has turned yellow or dying. I called, and they are going to come out for free and do my yard again. If i dont see results, then Ill be asking for my money back. The pictures Im posting are from today, the 15th of March. Here we are months into my treatments, and I STILL HAVE CLOVER WEEDS, ANTS, AND WHATEVER THIS PINCHER BUG THAT BIT ME TODAY. I want my money back for being LIED TO.

I am not writing this because of poor service from the technician. I am writing this about their customer service. I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. I was a customer in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida. I decided to use TruGreen for the past 2 years despite all of the problems, complaints, and negative reviews. My service in Pennsylvania was average. The issue that I had here was that I wasn t seeing any improvement in my lawn. I had to call them back multiple times as I was displeased. Also they were still billing my Pennsylvania address and not Florida. That created a major problem as I wasn t getting my invoices or the statement of what they were actually doing. I called multiple times to let them know and they kept telling me to be patient and that they will fix the issue. FINALLY they did but charged me for services that I didn t ask for. After spending over an hour with customer service on the phone they refused to adjust my invoices. That was the last straw so I canceled my services immediately. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB shortly.

Having moved to FL a couple of year ago, I purchased a home with a significant lawn to care for. I asked neighbors who were using TruGreen about the quality of their service and they had nothing but good to say. Having used TruGreen for about a year now, I have been very impressed with their service and with the results on my lawn. I also contracted for Mosquito treatments... being sceptical at first whether this treatment would make much of a difference given the heavy landscaping on my property and an undeveloped wooded lot along the rear perimeter. But I was proven wrong. The difference has been amazing. So it is without hesitation that I offer my highest recommendation of TruGreen Lawn care across the board for their quality of service and products at all levels and the beautiful results on my lawn.

Not sure what is going on but grass is not going as planned we live in fl and rains and yes it s hot as balls yet it rains The sprinklers work and this service is not working for me I ve been getting billed for two separate spays and have to keep calling to find out why they keep doing this when I signed up for these I was told that after my down payment they would be billing me 60.95 so far since using the service I ve been charged 120 a hand full of times Got my yard service done today checked and this time was billed correctly but todays tech did not spray back yard tech wrote on comment back yard was not sprayed cause of new sod which is not true sod has been replaced 3 months ago The service before this one I watched the tech he was in and out sprayed yard front and back and was done in a blink of an eye not happy with this service and will be looking for a new solution. I feel if you are not home to watch them perform the service it can be a bit difficult tell how much and how accurate they are spraying the yard. Just not happy with this

The TruGreen tree and shrub Specialist (Ryan) W) that came out to service our property was nothing but top shelf. This is our first time using TruGreen Lawn Services and I must say.. you only get one shot at making a lasting impression. Ryan W was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and some twice. He was very friendly and showed a true concern for our needs. We just installed new sod 2000 soft StAugustine for our backyard and wanted the best and affordable service. There were some brown spots throughout the yard and we were overly worried that it was dying. Ryan W assured us that it was not, he explained what was going on and what to do about it. We will post some before pics now and some after pics later.

The Guys are always very friendly and polite, they do a great job. If they continue to improve my lawn I will continue to use them. This is the 3rd. Visit and my yard is coming along great. Thanks Guys, you do an awesome job, stay hydrated, its really Hot out.

Unless you are home and can watch the tech and make on the spot corrections at the time of service, its not worth it. The tech that serviced my lawn spent more time writing up the pre written service order than actual time on my yard. Ive researched the products they use, and they check out. However, getting these products applied properly to your lawn would require 100% oversight on your part. If I had time like that, I would just do it myself.

What a waste of money! this is what my TruGreen lawn looks like after 4 years of service... constantly blaming me for weeds they are supposed to control... they always will somehow blame you for their failures. All they did and almost a full year is double Bill me and kill my lawn. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have always had positive outcomes with this service, so made the call provided on a recently received flyer after our return from four years overseas I never finished the call with Kim and just gave up trying to struggle with hearing the agent. The sales center staff were so busy chatting with each other and so loud that you couldnt hear the agent. Its sad that first contact after years of great service was clouded by the staffs personal conversations and loud party background noise. Fearing this call measured the new company attitude towards a customer before service even started was enough to move on and keep looking.

They don t show or call back. Never pay in advance

Green, green, as green they say. The grass is greener still. Looks wonderful! Worth the extra to have a nice lawn.

They ask for a review after cancelling. The company DOES NOT tell or explain everything upfront when signing up. When cancelling there was a charge for this or that service that was not explained. I started and prepaid for a year which is usually from like Sept to August the following year. NO, they go Jan-Dec. My account online line shows 7 more services but the say 1. They are very misleading. When I called in about lawn issue in between services I was told I had to wait for next service date,which ended up being 6 weeks away. Areas where I had grass is now dirt and weeds. They blame it on my sprinkler system. Funny how its always something I did . Always pushing to buy more services. The shrub guy was Great and did do as he said. When I found out the merged or bought Scotts Lawn Service , that explained everything. Scotts was terrible. They get 1 star only because of Shrub guy otherwise zip!

Buyer Beware! TruGreen tech got out of his truck,walked 10 ft around my home,then left!! TruGreen charged $159,for what they call Tru-Shield plus + mosquito ....Google customers, dont do it !!

Sales is very pushing and they do not deliver. Customer Service is very defensive and not very helpful. The techs can be rude and you have to watch them to make sure they really do the job.

Great company , always profesional and on top of their business . My lawn looked great . I had to cancel due to property going on market . I will use them again on our new home .

The specialist did a thorough application to the lawn. Color is even and there are no weeds. The Specialist always leave notes on what they did and what I can do to help the lawn. We have the best looking lawn on the street.

I do like the service provided by True Green. I think if True Green wants to go an extra mile than they should offer once a year opportunity to perform a on-site property walk thru with customer and perform a lawn survey.
