True Care Lawn Services LLC in Lake Wales

I’ve been using tru care lawn services for years and I have never had a problem. The owner is extremely thorough and always on time. I don’t even have to contact him when my yard needs a touch up; He takes care of my lawn even if I’m at work! it’s a pleasant surprise to come home to a nice yard. I would definitely recommend Thank youuuuu 💯

I live about 10 miles out of Lake Wales and have trouble finding someone who will come out to me to do my small property but TruCare called me back and said he would coms out. He did complain about how far it was but we discussed it and I agreed to pay extra for him to come out every couple if weeks. He did the initial clean up and I paid him 100 dollars. My job is super small but I agreed to pay 50 dollars for follow up jobs every couple weeks. I tried to text him today and he blocked me. How ridiculous. He could have just told me he didn't want to come out but no instead he just blocked my number. Wth?

I am a Realtor and I needed someone to mow the grass on one of my listings asap for an inspection. I reached out to True Care Lawn Service and Thomas offered to visit the property and provide me with an estimate for the job. The owner had asked someone to do the job and that person was charging $60 to mow the entire property, but I wasn't sure if the job was done and wanted to be on the safe side. Thomas went to the property and sent me photos showing that the grass was overgrown and said that he will charge $120 to do the job. Since I was pressed on time, I told him to proceed and send me photos when the job is done. He mowed the lawn, sent me photos, and everything looks great. However, when I went there today to check on the work done, I realized that the job was incomplete. My real estate sign one the property was also bent/damaged. To add to the horror, the other person who the owner had employed said that he half already mowed half of the property and went on break when Thomas showed up and mowed the other half. Thomas did provided me of photos of the job after completion, and I showed that the back part of the lawn was mowed. As such, I went ahead a paid him never knowing that someone else had mowed it. I called TrueCare to inquire as to why the entire property was not mowed, even though I paid for it. I was then told that the estimate was for the front part of the property. He offered to do the other part for more money!!! Even though I paid him twice the amount charged by the other person, he wanted more money to do the other part of the property. I ended up paying the other person as well for the job that I had paid True Care Lawn Service to do. While Thomas did a wonderful job on the part of the lawn he mowed, I will not recommend this company because I was charged for an incomplete job.
