New Image Lawn Care in Lake Wales

Requested basic mow, trim, and weed removal on a monthly basis. However, Mike was extremely rude when I requested if he could verify that work was completed . Told me he would charge extra for the “ extra leg work” for simply verifying if work was completed or not. I should have known when they were asking for services to be prepaid.

New Image has been doing my lawn care for a year now. I've had nothing but issues with other lawn services showing up when they said they would but New Image has been out exactly how I was told from the beginning of hiring them. Never had to call and find out when they'd be out. Fast and great work on my lawn.

Mike spoke to my husband, and agreed to come and clean our yard up and do bi weekly maintenance. But they never showed up , nor did they call to give any explanation. Very disappointed, as we wanted to give a local our business. I guess the reviews on here are lies. I guess we'll have to find someone else who is dependable, and keeps their word.

Contracted mike to do landscaping at our home and he did a superb job. My wife and I weren’t sure which way we wanted to go plant wise. Mike was able to take some photos of the house and run some various plants on software and it would show us what it would look like before we bought it. Very cool perk of using new image. Our job was pretty good size And mike was able to get it all done and installed in day and a half. We’re talking clean out existing flower beds. Spread top soil. Plant around 70 flowers and grasses and spread 5 yards of Honduras rock. Yeah 5 yards lol. Mike and new image lawn care are highly recommended by me. Thanks for making our house curb appeal pop again.

In addition to keeping my lawn well manicured, he keeps my trees pruned, bushes trimmed, keeps weeds in flowerbeds at bay and has tweaked my irrigation system for optimal benefit! He even gave my patio plants a drink when I was out of town. He freely offers education on improving the look of the lawn and shares creative landscaping ideas. Mike is very customer oriented and makes sure he understands what you want. Great job on mowing, trimming, brush clearing and always responds right away when you want to reach him.
