Provided amazing, next-day service on a Saturday! Miracle! We had a bad leak in our irrigation line and could not be happier with his work and responsiveness. Sooooo much better than some of the big name irrigation vendors we’ve contracted with in the past. Do not hesitate to call! Price, service, and results cannot be beat.
Mr. Cuong was quick to take my call, he squeezed my needed repairs in on a Saturday, was professional, and was very reasonably priced compared to other irrigation repair companies. I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
Called Natural Landscape this morning to address a leaking sprinkler system (water was already turned off) Kong was able to swing by the same day and fix the cracked pipe, he also tested the whole system to make sure all the zones were operating correctly. We will be return customers for our lawn irrigation needs
I am very impressed with Mr. Cuong and Natural Landscape and Irrigation. Mr. Cuong was VERY responsive, coming out on a Sunday morning to go over my situation. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgable. A few days later he came out as scheduled and installed two new irrigation zones and reworked the existing sprinklers to better suit my needs. All done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.
Very satisfied with the work done on the lawn at our new Portland home. My wife had bugged me for ages about the dreaded "swamp" before we moved, and after caving in and calling in the professionals (Natural Landscape and Irrigation), I finally see why. The difference between the once-sapless, swampy landmass and the beauty that now stands before my home is simply night and day. Mr. Cuong explained the whole process to me in a kind and professional manner and the guys arrived soon after to work their magic. After laying the sod and some cleanup, the guys installed a French drain around the lawn area which not only stopped the drainage problem in its tracks but also added quite a bit of elegance. Overall, I’m very happy with their professionalism and workmanship and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of lawn installations.
Mr. Cuong and his team transformed our backyard into a gorgeous place we love to spend time hanging out in. It's like a vacation every time we go outside! They installed some beautiful paver patio and a great looking retainer wall, as well as some small trees and shrubs to finish everything off. Love how they recommended a lot of different options and ideas we could go with instead of simply selling us on services. We are definitely going to go with them when we renovate our front yard!
Loved working with Mr. Cuong! I'm not sure about the reviews regarding lack of contact, as he was prompt with his replies, on time for both the quote and actual work, and was able to stick to my budget. The Natural Landscape team were able to complete the work to my rental property in a timely fashion, and the tenets have actually praised the work and we love the added value to the house. Because we're out of state, having a team that was able to listen & understand exactly what we wanted while delivering professional results was truly a blessing. We had a simple paver-patio put in, a foot path, and updated our sprinkler system to accommodate. We can't be more thankful for the great work!!

Wow! I called to schedule someone to come out. Instead he diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to fix it myself in under a minute. Nice to know that there are still honest businesses around!!

Ive been in the hair business for a while now. My first salon that opened was challenging but its definitely been worth the ride. When a close friend of mine who I went to beauty school with was opening up her very first salon in Portland I made sure to come and support in anyway possible. She has a nice parking area in the front but around the entrance was pretty bland. I said was because its not anymore. Natural landscape fixed that. I stepped in as a friend to ease some tension during a stressful moment and made the call. The day of the call someone was sent over a few hours later and gave us recommendations on how to bring the business entrance to life. They planted a variety of flowers and two beautiful trees. It gave a much more professional look and it was done without any problems.

After two emails, we were finally able to reach Mr. Cuong by phone. He said he would be at our house to give us an estimate but never showed upon the agreed upon date and time. When we tried to call him to see if it was a scheduling error, he would not answer the phone nor return our calls. Clearly not interested in new business and poor customer service.
Thank you Mr. Cuong for doing a great job repairing my paver patio and installing an amazing boulder retaining wall, all for a fair price. This company does a marvelous job! I told him I might think of adding a little stillwater fish pond and perhaps a few more plants to the landscape this season and I wont be afraid to call him again for an estimate..
The sprinkler system installed at a house I recently bought was subpar at best. I knew I needed something new and fast. My wife was very upset that her daisies were... well, not pushing up. These guys know what theyre doing and they do it efficiently. Very knowledgeable and kind. Opted for the sprinkler systems installation and was pleasantly surprised at how quick the entire system was installed. The price was spot on and I would use their service again in a heartbeat. Having been in the contracting business for many years, I have met my fair share of landscape construction companies... good and bad. I discovered Natural Landscape & Irrigation and had Mr. Cuong and his crew do some work on our front yard, including planting a few trees/shrubs and replacing my lawn. What I like most about this company is the level of service Cuong strives to provide; he always tries to meet with me rather than correspond over phone or email whenever possible and is always prompt, reliable, and will go out of his way to make things perfect. I can tell Cuong really enjoys what he does and I am very proud to have recommended him to many of my clients.
We only moved to Oregon recently and called Natural Landscaping to install a new sprinkler system for our front lawn, along with building a small stone flowerbed and a slate rock and river rock walkway to our backyard. Cuong and his crew works very hard and will always go out of his way to make things perfect! I was overall very satisfied with the experience.
