Used Jerry and his team last summer to fix and replace some sprinklers that were “removed” by my deck contractor. This contractor recommended Jerry to get my irrigation system up and working again. Jerry came and gave me a detailed quote for the work he would be doing. Along with the replacement of sprinklers, he fixed a zone that was not working and added some sprinklers to correct some coverage issues. His tech came out on the day he promised and on time. He took his time to do the job right. What prompted me to write the review was the follow-up provided today. I took my sprinkler out of hibernation and one zone would not turn off. Called Jerry and he talked me through finding the defective valve and troubleshooting it. It was still stuck on. I knew he was busy but he stopped by because he was close by with another client. He found the issue immediately, fixed it, and didn’t charge me (and didn’t criticize me for probably causing the issue). Just a word about scheduling. Jerry is awfully busy with customers so we waited I believe four weeks before he could get his technician out—but we’re happy we waited due to the professionalism before, during, and after the job.

Jerry Jones is a true gem. He came out and fixed my sprinkler system in short order and did it for a truly affordable price. I can't recommend him enough.
