These people are great. I have had three other service in the past and they have all damaged my lawn. Natural Way uses a dry application and I have not had any issues. Their service people are great and their phone service people are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have used Natural away for several years. We have been pleased with the service. We had a minor issue with dirt being torn up from the tires of the fertilizer machine but the tech spread seed down on the damaged area. Just wish we would have been notified versus finding it later that day.

Just started with them this fall after years of unsuccessfully trying to combat common weeds in our yards. Within a week after the first application we could see an improvement as the weeds started to die off. Several weeks later the yard is virtually weed free and the grass is looking healthier.

All the field tech people I have dealt with were very personable and knowledgeable about the treatments they were applying. They were also very friendly whenever we had time to chat. Whenever I had a concern about some aspect of a treatment they were very prompt in coming back to address the concern. This happened rarely.

I ve been using this company for over four years now and the service is great. If there is a problem that I notice the company has never let me down. Other companies that I have noticed working in the area looked like a hit and miss application. Not with this company. Would recommend them. A few neighbors around me have changed their company.

I have used natural way for many years, but in the past several years my yard has deteriorated, and this year it looks horrible. It is dry in patches, and weedy in others. It appears to have some sort of fungus, confirmed by the natural way rep who came out to look at things. He also indicated that the yard needed raking and aeration, but supposedly it was already aerated. My neighbor, who is often home during the day, has mentioned several times that when she watches them apply fertilizer or aerate that they come and go so quickly that shes not sure how thorough they are. Again, I have used this company for more than a decade, but I am strongly considering not using them for next year and finding someone new.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer relations from management.

Over the years of using Natiral Way my weeds got progressively worse and the grub control didn t work. I had to replace my entire front lawn.

I had an issue with one of Natural Ways services but their very professional management reached out and we were able to amicably get back to lawn treatment. Theyve done a good job and we will continue to battle the weeds together.

Last year i called and canceled my services with them. They sent me a bill. I sent it back to them and instructed them to cancel their service. I did speak to them about getting a aeration done. So what did they do, next they came out and fertilized my lawn. When i called them i got the rudest customer service agent ever. I had to ask to speak to manager. At that time they just stuck to they auto renew and we have to cancel. I told them i spoke to you twice and sent your bill back to you. Don/t even get me started about the service the provided and why i canceled. They never even covered the full property. When i asked the guy about it they said it was close enough. Save yourself the frustration and dont go with them

Signed up for service when I moved. Wasnt exactly sure what the square footage of my property was until I eventually ordered a survey done. Natural way was charging me for 33% more square footage than the actual area of my lawn. When I called up and demanded a refund after paying for their service for two years, they wouldnt give it to me. Understand that the difference between what I was charged and what I should have been charged was around 400 dollars. They even agreed that the amount was wrong after sending someone out to measure the property. Instead of a refund, they tried to offer me discounts on future service which are the same discounts anyone gets just by asking for them. If you use their service, double check them so you dont get ripped off. Additionally, I paid for mole control service which didnt work. When you complain, its every excuse in the book. New moles must have moved into the area since the old ones must have been killed? Yep, I am sure that was it.

Extremely upset with Natural Way!!! According to the customer service person I spoke with today, they auto renew your service!! I have called in Past years and paid for the year in advance when I signed up for the yearly service, well this year we decided to hold off for a bit because I wanted to aerate and over seed our lawn. With all the rain coming our way I thought that last night would be the perfect time to aerate and over seed. While I was aerating the lawn I noticed that Natural Way was servicing the neighbor next doer and the 2 homes directly across the street. The Natural Way employee (P. Orwig) saw EXACTLY what I was doing!!! So long story short Natural Way can out and fertilized my lawn today!! $70.00 in grass seed DOWN THE DRAIN and a bill left on the door for $80.00. Thank you for wasting our hard earned money. We will never use your service again!!!

Ive had natural way for a few years and always try to get charged more money on every visit or every kind of special weed in the yard that requires a special application. They dont kill many weeds with standard quotes they give. The company has machines with wheels on them they use for fertilizing, they came onto my yard several times and run over whatever is in their way. They dont move anything that may be in the yard (kids toys, dog toys, etc) just run them right over. Ive talked to others I know that have had the same issues

Matt and staff at Natural Way have been the most helpful company ever. I decided to cancel my lawn care with them as I wanted to try doing it myself with 100% organic lawn care products. Although I was very happy with their service for years, and they answered many questions I had about my lawn, I decided to cancel at least temporarily. After cancelling my account, Matt called to walk me through how to go doing it myself...when I would feed and what time of year to seed, in addition to sharing some knowledge that I hadnt found in my research. After the season was over, he even called to ask if I had success, or any questions. That was last Summer. Just recently I was called by a rep from the company that was just as nice as Matt, and said they were always there for me whether I had any lawn care questions, OR if I decided to re-open my account. I have NEVER heard of any company helping you out when you cancel! I would rate this company 10 Stars if they were available, and if I dont keep my lawn looking great without them, I would never use any other company.

I wish I could rate them a zero. HORRIBLE Techs who rush their work, HORRIBLE customer service. I tried calling to understand my bill (since they charged us for coming out to fix a bad job- which should have been free of charge) and the owner couldn t have talked to me in a more condescending tone. Will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

My lawn is doing fine. But I have complains about threes and bushes service. Last week, my driveway surveillance camera fixed that technician was here for seven minutes and she placed a notice on the door that she applied 75 gallons of evergreen fertilizer on 1000 ft.². The back patio and front yard cameras didn t fix any person, technician for application. It s hard to believe that in seven minutes she can apply 75 gallon of fluid. Also, I noticed that my rosebushes loosing leaves and are heavily infested by insects. Last year I didn t have this problem when I was taking care of roses by myself. When I called the office and ask for why they didn t apply insecticides for roses, the supervisor for three and bushes, Ann,said that the roses are not bushes but flowers and the company doesn t take care of flowers. I m very disappointed since I prepaid for entire season $1800. Also I reffered two of my neighbors who signed contract with the company. Most likely likely, we will look for more reliable and responsible company for the next season.

I called to get have someone look at an issue with a tree on my property. They were quick to respond and came out, took a leaf sample and were supposed to measure the tree to price for treatment. Several weeks later, no response and when I called for an update, I was given excuses for why I havent a price or service. Ive been a customer for a couple years and expected better service .

We are very pleased with the Natural Way Lawn service. Our lawn has not looked this good in years. The weeds were dying after 1 application, and the lawn seems thicker, too.

This company really takes care of business. Have never had any issues. They show up when there suppose to and my lawn looks great. Well done!!!

This is my first, and last year with NaturalWay Lawn care. I have NEVER had clover, dandelions, crabgrass, EVER, until this year when I tried this company. The moles are out of control, and the mole service was only here once in the spring. Train your tech`s, or go out of business.

We have always done our own lawn, a neighbor had recommended Natural Way hearing an advertisement on the radio. (Which they also will not be a returning customer). First they burned a large section of new sod. They did come seed but I had to call them because they were over an hour late for appointment. We have patches of missing grass. Not only that we had to water every day in the heat which raised our water bill. We have more weeds than we have ever had. I will definitely not be using this company again. below is the photo of the burn from their application. I can t believe we were not given a discount.

I have used their service for 2 years now. This is my last season. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first year, but nothing changed this year. I could keep my lawn weed free and green on my own cheaper than using them and their inferior products that simply dont work. The field guys dont care what they are doing and hurry through their work. They miss 1/3 of my backyard because they dont take the time to go around things. There is zero pride in their work.

We use Natural Way for our Lawn and Tree Service and are very happy with their services. Their customer support is helpful and friendly and if there is an issue, they will come back and spray for free.

Poor lawn service and bad customer service. Weed control lacks effectiveness and year after year of chemical burns on the lawn. This year there were so many and so large that it showed up on google earth! Definitely waited too long to cancel. They were never worth the money. Other companies have been much better.

I am confused at the low ratings of this company on Yelp. I have been with them for a year now switching to them from another company. They have been nothing but wonderful to work with. The office staff are very responsive and polite to any questions I have. The staff that come out to my home are very polite and answer any questions I have. My lawn looks fantastic which makes me happy. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Natural Way for the 3 time this year. Very poor service. They put down Winterizer over two inches of snow. They didnt put any type or Lawn sign out for people with dogs to see. To top it off he drove around and his tire tracks and my 57,000 subs on Youtube will see this, that he didnt go over whole lawn. Threw bill on my door and left.

Natural Way is great for coming out to the house when they dont call and putting Fertilzer over snow. Today my guy didnt cover the whole lawn, he didnt leave a bill, and they didnt call before hand like they agree to do so I could open my gate. Poor over priced company.

Used them for 2 years. No noticeable improvement to yard. Crabgrass worse. Every time fertilizer all over driveway and patio. The woman in accounts rude. Wont be using them again.

I have used them for years. Last year the lawn looked terrible, in fact over the past few years kept getting worse. I switched lawn services this year and it looks much better; however, they keep billing me. They said they automatically renew even if you dont want their services. They are harassing with the constant billing for services I did not order.

Do not use this company. After I started their service my neighbor told me he cancelled them because they were awful - I should have listened. My lawn had weeds all year long despite their applications. I called to complain several times and was always told give it a chance to work. I was charged full price even though they never treated my back lawn (my request). The last straw was when they treated during a week of 90 degree temps/no rain. 3 days later my lawn had brown spots all over it. When I called to complain they sent someone out who determined that it was diseased. Funny that my back lawn which they never treated was fine. My lawn had no brown spots until they treated it in a heatwave. They refused to credit my account. I called again today and they reduced the final bill after my arguing. They are the worst lawn service you can purchase. I moved into a new house in the Shores and the lawn was in pretty good shape. I did have some creeping charlie and wanted to get rid of it and have the fertilizer done. They literally killed my entire lawn in the back yard. When I called and told them, they said it was because of dry conditions. I water my lawn regularly and explained this but they still tried to say my lawn died because of not enough water. I cancelled their service and hired another one. My lawn has never looked better and guess what... no creeping charlie either. Now they call me non stop even after I tell them to stop calling me but yet they still continue. Bad ownership... Bad service.... Bad product! Do not use these people unless you want dirt! Oh and also if you ever speak with Pete L. (Business manager) he should be working for used car lot. He worries more about the sale than he does you or your property. Check the reviews they are terrible.

Had a rough start, at first... but they have redeemed themselves and our lawn is looking great! Thank u, peter for going that extra step for fantastic customer service and attention!

I just started using this service at the beginning of this summer. My lawn looks worse now than it ever has, there is crab grass, dandelions, and dead patches all over my lawn. I was hoping for a service that would actually LOOK at my lawn, see that it looks awful and make the necessary adjustments, that has not been done. I am extremely disappointed.

Ive treated my lawn for the past 2 yrs. With NO issues. When I started working more hours, I decided to hire a lawn service. Well, lets just say Ill be doing my lawn myself next year. At over $75 an application, I shouldnt have to call every other week to tell them I have weeds/issues. I was told I had dollar spot fungus, and they cold take care of it for an additional $100+ ×3 applications of fungus control. Needless to say I took care of it myself. Now Im having issues with mosquito hawks that lay eggs that turn your lawn brown. Nothing was ever said about this in any of my applications, when the tech was out to service the lawn. The way I see it I can go anywhere for $75 an app. My yard is 70x150.

This is our first year with Natural Way, so far the grass looks good and there are no dandelions weeds. Best of all my pets feet are not irritated and I still have nice lawn. Thanks!

This will be my 3rd year with Natural Way Lawn & Pest Control Service. Immediately when I started their services I watched all the neighbors have lawns full of dandelions while my lawn had very few. Each year there are fewer and fewer weeds. My lawn is thick and plush and doesnt dry out either and Im not one to water my lawn on a regular basis. I have tried other companies and my lawn has never looked so good. The kids and I can actually walk bare footed on the lawn and it feels soft and wonderful. I get the basic services for pest control and lawn and weed care and there is no chemical smells and no worries. I love their service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I used Natural Way for mosquito and permitter pest control. Within a week, we were enjoying our backyard without any mosquitos. None at all. It was so relaxing to be outside and not be swatting at mosquitos. The bugs in my house are totally gone, too. I will be using them next year for mosquitos, bug, and my lawn, too! I love that they use organic, natural ingredients.

I am terribly dissatisfied with my entire experience with Natural Way--burned my yard in several places this last visit, still finding weeds in my yard after several treatments, provided and charged me for unwanted services claiming a sales call a YEAR ago as consent and they were generally disinterested in keeping me as a satisfied customer when I called them. Poor communication/processes and no accountability. There are a lot of lawn services out there. I recommend choosing another one. I know I will be looking for another one and I will be sure my neighbors all know not to go The Natural Way. UPDATE: Greg the Branch Manager just stopped by to personally address the issue. While the customer service experience didnt start out well, he went out of his way to rectify the situation and we will continue to use Natural Way thanks to their additional efforts. Thank you, we do appreciate it and are glad to see the response to our feedback.

Ive just started using Natural Way, and so far so good. Our lawn was covered in weeds at the begining of the season and after one treatment, the yard is weed free. During his first visit, the technician took the time to talk with my husband and answer all his questions. We were having a birthday party that day too and the technician rescheduled to come out the next business day. Overall, I am pleased with my services through Natural Way.

Just started using Natural Way and have only heard good things about this Company. We started using them because a friend of ours uses them and said they do wonders =). Hoping it eventually happens with our grass!

Natural Way Lawncare and their workers have provided a great service for us and the needs of our lawn. Even when some of the treatments were not 100% effective, they backed up their service by doing an extra treatment for free. They have been great to work with, and we have a much improved lawn to prove it.

Since I wrote the review below Natural Way has bent over backwards and been tremendously helpful with issues in my yard. Not only have they refunded my money-I paid in advance to get a discount-they have continue to monitor the yard, aerate and treat the yard. Peter L -my customer rep.-has been great. He stopped by again yesterday to review the progress. They have kept a customer and I would recommend them to anyone. In the past I have tried Chem Lawn, Tru Green, etc. I decided that I could do a better job myself and have been doing so for many years. Now that I have two little ones I do not have the time that I once did so I thought I would give Natural Way shot. The price was reasonable and the people on the phone were very helpful and courteous. At first everything was fine, but when I noticed that there were still weeds in the yard I had to call and have them come back. They came back with no problem, but there are still weeds and it appears that my yard is started to have more brown grass then green grass. Needless to say I have canceled them and will go back to doing it myself.
