I love this shop!!! Danny is always so helpful. Its not just about making money to him. He has actually saved me quite a bit of money by telling me how to fix things myself. I run a small lawn service so repairs are not always in the budget. I am very grateful to Danny and his crew for all of their help!!!!

I dont do many reviews. There is very little service to brag about these days. David is wasting his talent at a mower shop, he should be giving seminars in arenas on How To Run A Business and Provide Customer Service! My mower had a strange issue that only happened after running for 30 minutes / hour. David took this gremlin as a opportunity to learn something when most today would just kick the can down the road and say sorry sir, but we cannot run your mower for a hour. These guys spent hours and hours on my project to make sure they had the problem figured it out. And then I get the bill for only for a couple hours. He says, we needed to cut our grass anyways! Just awesome guys. Thanks

This is the only place my husband and I take our zero turn mowers to get serviced. We ask for Danny when we bring in our mowers. The service is second to none and their prices are reasonable! They can also give you advice on how to keep your mower running in top shape! They are a Toro Mower Dealer. We will definitely purchase our next zero turn mower from them. I also found out that they service generators too! Highly recommended mower service!

Purchase my first zero turn mower, Dave made the process of the purchase easy and Danny took his time to show me how to operate and service the unit if I wanted. On the day I went to pickup the unit I had a issue with my trailer, so Dave offer to deliver it out to me. Now thats customer service at its best. Thanks Guys.

My lawnmower broke so instead of fixing it myself, I brought it here and was expecting a rather large bill. When they told me what they found and the cost, I asked them to double check because it was too good to believe. It doesnt pay for me to do the repairs anymore since they are so good and fair priced. They always have the parts I need. The last time I posted was 4yrs ago. The excellent service is still there. The knowledgeable, friendly staff are outstanding especially Danny who readily understands any problems I am having with the mowers and sees that they are fixed.

Brought a piece of equipment in for repair that I thought was ready for the junk pile very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and resources of this business. Danny is my go to guy now. The work was performed and no unnecessary parts were used to build up the bill. Have been to many repair shops over the years but this place by far exceeded them all.

Just purchased a Toro. I was helped by Danny and he took the time to look over all the options and explain the functions. I would recommend them over any of the big box stores. The service was amazing and something big box stores wont give. For example, upon delivery, Danny walked the property with me and gave me tips on how I should cut my slopes. He also went through all the maintenance, and functions of the mower, and set up the mower so it was guaranteed to cut right. He even called me a week later to make sure everything was still good and if I had any more questions.

Thank you so much, for the friendly, accurate and helpful advice! My Toro Zero Turn had a busted starter solenoid. I brought the part I thought was malfunctioning into the store. He could have sold me a new replacement and I would have not repaired my machine. Instead, he questioned me and had me do some other testing. When I told him the results, he went back and got the new part, opened it up and said it was the problem. And he was correct. They know their products and they are a great rep for the Toro brand.

While you may have proven to be technically competent in performing the service I came to your shop for, the customer service experience I received was lacking. I appreciate your call discussing the issue with the chainsaw. However, addressing me directly as the man that didn t put the right gas in the chainsaw was inappropriate and rude. a good lesson for me on chainsaw maintenance and hopefully for your sake a good lesson in customer service. Also, the chainsaw was working intermittently when I brought it to you and you didn t even bother to put it back together. Just brought be a disassembled chainsaw and bag of parts when I picked it up. You claimed when I brought in the chainsaw that you did things better than Home Depot because you would be seeing me again. However, you won t be seeing me again for reasons that you could easily address. It s a shame because I live less than 1.5 miles from you and could have been a lifelong customer. Alan ambler

Friendly service but its been over a week since I took my lawnmower in for a simple fix. I have called 3 times and have been told 3 different storys as to why its not done yet with no one able to tell me when it will be done. Not real happy.

This place is awesome. Excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable on all aspects of lawn equipment not just the products they carry. I drive about 10 miles out of my way to shop here because the customer service is great. IMO Danny at the counter is the best. He is always willing to help any way he can. This hidden gem is a fantastic business. Sold me a new edger string trimmer combo at the same price as a big box store and then proceeded to adjust it and walk me through all of the maintenance on it and operation. Ill definitely be buying my mower there and going back there for all my maintenance.

I take my lawn equipment to a couple of places for repair & service depending on the closeness & convenience of the place and travel. This place just happens to be conveniently near my job so it works for me. They repair & service my equipment well. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. When and if I have to take my equipment back, its because of me, not them. I use my equipment a LOT so I need the service because of the wear & tear I put on it. Great job & service, guys .

I needed either a double v belt or 2 single v belts for my mower, the person behind the counter said i needed 2 belts. So i ordered 2 Belts & paid the 66.00 for them on Monday. I told them the price seemed to be kind of steep, they said they were kelvar belts. They said it would be there on Thursday, i stopped by on Friday & they said it was back order. They said it would be a week & a half before it arrived. A couple weeks later they called & said the belts had arrived. I went to pick them up & they gave me 2 double v belts. I told them i only needed 1 because it was a double v belt. They said well you ordered 2, and i told them the parts person said i needed 2. Ill never need that 2nd belt but because i paid for it because of there deception i now own an extra belt that i wont need for 20 years. They made 30.00 extra dollars off me but Ill never go there again! Lake mary lawn & garden has been family owned & operated for years, Ive bought parts over the years but unfortunately they have some undesirable help that will end up ruining there business. Lake Mary lawn & garden gave me back the money for the extra belt that they charged me & i gave them the new belt back. They made a mends to the mistake & I thank them for doing it. Like i said in an earlier post, Its a family run business & they took care of a mistake created by an employee. I will do business with them again.

Bought my presser washed to get fix it was not starting. The guy we dealt with told us what was wrong with it. He said he would call us if it was going to cost more then 100 bucks to fix. Three days later we picked it up and paid 70 bucks. I went home and tried to use it and it still would not start. It turns out they never fix the broken part. I paid 70 bucks to have the bolts tightened and a tune-up. I had to pay another 60 to fix the real problem with it. Horrible service. I just wanted to get the starter fix and I ended up paying for stuff I did not need.

Cant say enough good things about the service I received. When my old blower proved to be too costly to repair I purchased a new one there. I have had other repairs done in the past here and they are reasonable and honest. I prefer to buy local whenever I can and will continue to highly recommend this company to all my friends!
