Very high quality product. It looks great and the kids love playing on it. We use the space much more frequently now, and my wife likes that the kids no longer track dirt inside after playing. The ForeverLawn team was very professional and worked quickly. We do not have a large space, but I was still surprised that they were able to get the entire project completed in less than a full day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add turf. We love it!

Great install, quick turnaround. We needed a designated doggie area in our side yard where we have drainage in the concrete. Our rep was professional and offered great solutions. Turnaround to schedule the install was only a few days. The install team was on time, professional, did a great job making the area look great and cleaning up after as well. They had it all done by mid-day. The grass looks great, its easy to clean and the dog went on it right away. Its so nice, its a shame we needed it for a doggie bathroom. Considering redoing other areas of the yard in the future. Thrilled with the final product and impressed with the service, definitely recommend.

Chris Feicht and his team run a top flight operation. Everything was professional and went smoothly, and the installation was easy. Great crew. K9 Grass is the best product on the market, and we looked at most all of the options out there. Were raising a puppy that we dont want relieving herself on our small natural grass yard where our daughter plays. Chris helped us set up a side yard run of K9 grass with a built-in flushing system, and after day one our dog loves it. Their experience with bigger installations for apartment complexes, dog parks and doggie day care operations gave me all the confidence in the world that this was the best quality solution for our custom home. We invested more up front for a longterm solution, and I have no doubt that our artificial grass will outlast the life of our pup. No brainer decision.

Jimmy and Fernando did an outstanding job. They were professional, polite, friendly and explain the process regarding the repair. The K-9 grass looks like it was just installed. . The repair was done quickly and the K-9 grass looks like it never need repair. After the job was completed the area was clean. I would only call ForeverLawn if I needed any repairs or questions regarding the K-9 grass.

I have a bitter sweet feeling about the experience with our foreverlawn turf. Although the k9 turf hasn t seemed to hold up well for our two dogs there is no denying that the individuals I ve met from the company who have come out to do our repairs recently have been great. Fernando especially has gone above and beyond to help us get repairs done in a very timely manner and has always left our turf and backyard looking better than when he arrived. His communication is top notch and has helped ease our headaches with the continued repairs. So although we wish we didn t have to utilize their service so much (I m sure they re tired of hearing from us as well), we re glad they have made it a little easier to deal with by being so great.

Recently cross paths with dealer again after original installation years ago for some post-install maintenance/service. Rep showed up quickly after logging ticket and handled all of my concerns if not more (with cosmetics which I didnt ask for), very happy with team and highly recommended!!

Thank you Fernando for helping me out with my backyard. I am a Forever Lawn customer since 2018 and had the pet turf placed. The house was a new development and have not had the chance to do rain gutters for the house. At the time of installation Corey (project manager 2018) guaranteed that I can call Forever Lawn to have them come unbuckle the turf in case I needed to have additional irrigational lines placed from the downspouts from the rain gutters. 5 YEARS later and the amount of rain in the past season I had to get a drain line placed on the left side yard. 5 YEARS later Forever Lawn continued to uphold their policy to their customers. Fernando who has been professional, helpful, communicative from start to finish, and flexible with my schedule. Furthermore, I was treated exactly with the same amount of attention and respect as an existing customer and was never treated as another number. Highly recommend Forever Lawn because of the product of their turf along with their customer service. Fernando came unbuckled the turf and then came back to repack the gravel and stapled the turf back after the landscaping business completed the project. I am grateful that Fernando continues to be the primary example of the mission statement that Forever Lawn promises to their customers.

We are so pleased with the installation and K9 Grass product. With two large breed dogs, our backyard natural grass had taken a beating. Now we have a beautiful green grass that looks great and will be easy to care for! What made the K-9 product different than anything wed seen was its ability to allow any liquids to go through the woven back. With regular hosing and occasional enzyme based spraying, it should be easy to care for. Chris, our Sales contact was very helpful throughout the process. From the original bid to the final contract, he answered all our questions promptly and was a consumate professional. The day prior to the installation, I received a call from the installation leader talking me through the installation process for the day and making sure we had the name of his team leader, Adam, who would be onsite first on installation day. The team was professional and friendly and did not leave until they felt comfortable that we had mainteance instructions and understood them. So, why arent you giving them a call for a quote? It may not be your least expensive quote but pay attention to the quality of the product and level of service youll receive in comparison. Were happy we did!

We did research on the best turf for dogs and found this company for their product K-9 turf....since it was a small area that we wanted to do, we decided to do the install ourselves...Justin Hodge was instrumental in helping us to ensure we did the installation correctly. He walked us through over the phone and was hands on to make sure we were happy with the product...he did not hesitate to let us know if we needed for him to stop by to look at it he would...he explained things so accurately that I felt I knew what I was doing....the product is amazing, the company is professional responsive, helpful....Justin Hodge is the best for helping people with their own installation....we thoroughly appreciate the company their help and the product! Highly recommended. Putting in fake grass as a dog run seems a lot easier than it is, and then you end up paying twice as much replacing it too soon. These people put in high end grass made for this application, and install it to last. Quick turnaround, installers easy to work with. A little more in price on the front end, but lasts a lot longer.

Hands down the best experience buying turf so far. We purchased nearly 100 sqft of remnants to finish off our back yard and the entire ForeverLawn team was extremely helpful.

Our business, Truckee-Tahoe Pet Lodge, is a dog boarding and daycare business in northern California and 2 years ago we had them redo our asphalt play yards with K9Grass. They turned out great and are performing beyond our expectations. Recently, a couple of quality issues developed that were beyond our ability to repair. We contacted Ken and emailed some photos. Ken and Justice actually came up to our somewhat remote location near Lake Tahoe and did the necessary repairs. The play yards are just like new. That kind of service 2 years after the installation is all you can ask for. Were very happy with both the product and their service!

Justin and his crew did a great job. Everyone worked hard and were very polite and respectful. The job was left clean when they left. Justin explained how to keep the grass clean and prevent bacteria build up.

We (my husband & I) are so very pleased with our ForeverLawn that I had to come online to give our highest recommendation. When we purchased our new home, the backyard had a good sized space that was perfect for a dog run area but it was currently all rocks and a large shed was there. We ll even after my last minute decision to get rid of the shed, Justin & his Pacific Coast team kept within our tight timeline and got the job completed. And the installation team was amazing. They were professional, clearly new what they were doing (explained each step to me), worked extremely hard (I never knew how much was involved in laying down this pet grass .ForeverLawn Pacific Coast doesn t just put the turf down, they do many extra steps you won t find with other companies), and were personable on top of all of that. They even moved all the rock to another area of my yard so that I could use it as ground cover .talk about extra service!! And remember that last minute shed move I threw at them?? Well that resulted in quite a bit of extra seam work for the installers (as we needed to keep our dates) .but when you look at our yard, you can t see one seam. It looks amazing!! These guys are reallllly good!!!! And the cherry on top for my hubby was the time they took in explaining the simple care and maintenance ..in other words keeping the smell away. Ha Ha But I guess the true test was our two dogs .and they have been thrilled with their new space. I m telling you .if you re thinking about getting any type of turf - pet specific or other kind - you owe it to yourself to give ForeverLawn Pacific Coast a call. You won t regret it. Justin was amazing - took so much time helping with dimensions of my yard and trying to get me the Classic grass in time for our project - went above and beyond. I needed a quick response a few times in terms of ordering gravel, tape, and glue (we had our own installer), and he was right there for us. Upon delivery, he showed my guys exactly what to do and got the work off on the right foot - spent a good amount of time. He is definitely a pro and very easy to work with. Ashlee did a great job getting me samples ASAP as I was under a time crunch - if you think THATS easy, think again. The grass is not cheap, but its top of line if you have a pet in terms of permeability, and the service you get in return is well worth it. I would highly recommend this company and the grass. Well worth the price.

I was contemplating getting K9 grass in my backyard as I have two Husky s so I needed something durable and strong enough to withstand my dogs urine and waste so I started looking online at all the different companies that could do it. I came across Foreverlawn K9 grass. I watched the videos read the rave reviews . I decided to call and get a consultation. Nick came out was on on time , text me , called me and explained in detail everything and answered all my questions and concerns. He wrote me a quote right there and I signed on the dotted line . The day they arrived they prepped everything , installed the grass and taught me how to take care of it and cleaned up . It s was a flawless installation . After ,I received a warranty to fill out for my grass. I recently had a concern On how to clean it and Justin came out right away and actually showed me how to do it . Talk about professional and personable he was amazing. I just can t say enough about this company the quality of grass . If you are looking for a good company look no further ! They are worth the one time investment for a lifetime of gain , and beauty . You will love it!!!!!

After receiving the samples, I specifically told them I am interested in covering our patio with the k9 elite grass, I asked for a quote to move forward and I have not received one after reminding them multiple times through phone calls and emails that I wanted to move forward and get quotes that included installation and without installation. Still nothing. Bad communication considering I could be a potential customer. Maybe this review will come to their attention? I hope so.

Wow they were amazing! We are so excited about our beautiful new yard. They were timely (actually finished early), quiet, polite, and very detail-oriented. We would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Justin and the EverLawn team are wonderful, as always. The yards both look great and we are so happy, but the best part is the service. Our 120 pound dog got a nail stuck in the grass and pulled up a tiny bit. I sent an email to EverLawn and the VERY NEXT DAY a service call was arranged and Justin came out the day after to do the repair. It only took him a few minutes to mend the grass, but I cant tell you how much that prompt response meant to me. Some companies tell you about their great service, but EverLawn means it! Prompt, professional, so quick, gracious... and the positive adjectives I can think of. If you are on the fence about changing to a synthetic lawn, dont hesitate. Its clean, no water, no mowing, looks great all year round and no pet odor. Plus, with EverLawn, superior service.

After extensive research on turf for dog yard turf, we found ForeverLawn in 2018. The install was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The turf has held up wonderfully. Our dogs, doing what they do, pulled a couple small sections of the turf up and ate away at it. I reached out to ForverLawn, and they quickly responded to come out and repair the damaged sections. The cost was more than reasonable and response time to fix was great. Justin and Fernando, who did the work, were great. They were in and out and matched the missing turf wonderfully. For first time purchasers, I can t praise ForeverLawn enough. This stuff lasts so well! We installed K-9 Grass on our side yard for a dog run. Was a smaller job but they got the estimator out quickly and were able to install the following week. Quick and professional. My main lawn of real grass is already starting to come back and the pup loves his new side run.

Forever lawn is fantastic to work with, they have an excellent selection of turf and are willing to work with any budget. We wanted turf in our backyard inside our courtyard. They provided us samples and even asked for how much we thought we would need so they could see if they had any smaller rolls to be sold, they provided us with all the support anyone could ask for. I am forever grateful for Foreverlawn and cant recommend them enough. While this project was DIY, I wouldn t hesitate to have them install my grass in the future.

This is the second project that I have done with ForeverLawn. Denise does a fantastic job keeping me posted with scheduling and pricing while Christian handles the crews in the field and makes sure I am completely satisfied with the quality of the finish product. This is the only company I would trust for my turf installation and I look forward to using them again for future projects.

I was extremely happy with the crew that showed up, they were professional and courteous. The installation of the product was good I was happy with that. The end result is honestly beautiful. However, on the negative side I feel that far too much gravel and debris was left behind in my driveway and in my neighbors driveway. I spent over an hour cleaning up gravel and dirt and other debris that was left behind by the crew in my driveway and also in my neighbors driveway and in the street in front of my house.. The installation cost was over $6,000 so I think it reasonable to expect that my property would have been left in the same condition when the crew left as when they first arrived. Perhaps Im being a little nitpicky, but I do feel it perfectly reasonable for the price that I paid that I should not have to clean up after the crew leaves. But I would like to acknowledge that the finished project is beautiful.

We had an excellent experience! Our estimate came back quickly and the grass was ordered immediately. Prior to the installation date, our project leader Christian even called to introduce himself and confirm the details of our installation. Our installers arrived at the agreed upon time and were nothing but kind, courteous, and efficient. They really took the time to ensure that the surface was prepared properly and even put up with our lab puppy and children who kept escaping into the back yard to check out the project. We have had many home projects completed at our home over the years, and this was by far the nicest crew of gentlemen we have ever experienced. Yes, the cost of the grass is indeed an investment, but with multiple dogs and lots of children playing in the backyard we decided it was worth it. We have spent lots of money on sod and sprinklers over the years, but nothing could withstand the rigorous use from our family. We are looking forward to many years of green grass !

The guys ( installers ) were very nice, respectful and on time. The job was done very quick and clean even though it wasn t a typical squared off yard and almost every cut was custom. I couldn t be happier and my dogs love the new yard.

I recently installed K9Grass in a small area for my two dogs. I originally had bluegrass, but had been battling with gophers - as each week passed, I had more and more mud, and less grass. And my one dog was obsessed with the gophers - constantly digging and searching for the gophers. I did my research and got several bids. What I liked about K9Grass was that it is specially made for dogs, and doesnt require any filler. It is the only product I could find that drains so well and doesnt require filler between the blades of grass. I contacted ForeverLawn Pacific Coast and it was really an easy process. Everything went very smoothly, from the first consultation to the installation. The crew arrived early and finished quickly. The work was neat and precise. Everyone at ForeverLawn Pacific Coast has been very professional, friendly and thorough. I really did have a lot of questions about whether the K9Grass installation would prevent more gopher holes, and Ken Karmie, the owner, made sure to answer all of my questions. The solution to the gopher issue was to install stainless steel gopher sheeting between the stone base and the grass. It has now been 3 months and everything is fine - no more gophers. The dogs love it, and actually play and romp around on the K9Grass even more than they did on the real grass. And an added bonus - I am conserving water and I no longer have to mow the lawn.

I have three active playful dogs. My lawn became dirt. I had a landscape contractor gut my yard. He offered me artificial turf or St Augustine grass which he said was best for dogs. I chose they St Aug because of the price difference. I worked hard to maintain the grass but inspite of all of my efforts within the first year my new lawn was 75% dirt. I now again had dirty muddy dogs and house. All of my time was now spent cleaning, mopping and sweeping. I researched the different brands of artificial turf for the best kind for dogs. I was impressed with the K-9 grass. Forever Lawn staff were very professional and friendly. They responded quickly, came out for an estimate, and installed the grass very quickly. The installation crew Justin and his team were great! They did an excellent job on my little yard. With my green clean yard I could feel my tension level go down.
