I have had Joe and team work on many projects. Very easy to work with and very detailed. Everytime I do landscaping during I’m like ugh what a mess when done it’s like WOW how did he do that.
We hired Valdes to repair my parents lawn and update some landscaping and all I can say is wow!!!! Joe and his team worked efficiently AND showed great attention to every detail. The project turned out better that we could have ever expected and my parents were so happy with the final result. Highly recommended!!!!!
Joe and his team provide exceptional service and quality work. We had Valdez LLC do extensive deck work, a new patio, multiple brick retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, new lawn, and fix erosion/draining issues. A big job! Simply ecstatic with the outcome! I usually am not the type of person to leave reviews, but I feel I have to with these guys. We had them landscape our entire yard, which was quite challenging because we are on a huge hill. They removed the old timber retaining wall and installed beautiful boulders and stone stairs. Joe was able to envision the whole process from day one which takes quite a talent! The crews that were out here we’re hard-working and polite and you could tell that they actually enjoyed their jobs by the quality of their work. In particular, Paulo was a great guy(lead man) Who was also able to envision the final look. I am very happy that I hired these guys and would recommend them to anyone!!!

We replaced our mulch with rock spring 2020. We worked with Sam who was wonderful and came after normal business hours to give us a quote, and was there the next morning with a crew to complete the job. They were done within hours, cleaned up after themselves and provided a fair price. We would definitely recommend Valdes to our friends and family.
I can’t say enough Good about this firm. Sam was Great to work with. They were fast, high quality, and cost effective. Blown away by their service. I never rate companies through social media - but for Valdes, I’m a huge fan! Would recommend in a heart beat.

They rebuilt an old falling down retaining wall in one day! It is exactly what I wanted and how they described it. This included all new hedge, flopwers, plants and mulch. I am so happy with the results. He also was able to complete the job two weeks AHEAD of the projected schedule.

You will have to wait for an eternity for them to show up to plow you out after a snowfall. Really disappointed for those of us that have to get work !!!
Had an issue with the shovelers. Piled the snow the last two snow falls in the middle of my driveway. Called and both times management came out and handled the issue. I appreciate the quick turn around. Not sure why the shovelers pile the snow In the middle the driveway. Makes extra work for management to come back and clean up there work. Getting their services for lawn move and snow removal. 2nd year and so far no issues. Team working on my yard is on time as expected most of the time other than weather depended schedule changes. Happy customer.
these guys do a lazy job! they run over items on the grass like toys or pieces of mail ( Ive seen this done over 10 times this year) instead of getting off and moving them to the side, they think its a game Im guessing. during winter months they have no clue where to push snow, so the pile up overflows into the few parking spots needed. the previous company used a skid steer to move it where the truck couldnt go, these guys not so much.
Last Monday one of the company employees hit the front of my wifes car with a riding lawn mower while she was parked at work. The owner Joe Valdes originally said he would pay for the damages but since the bill is over $2,200 he says he wont pay the full bill. He seems to think he knows more about car repairs than the body shop. He was invited to go to the shop and see the actual damage but has declined. Does not seem to be a reputable man!
These folks go around damaging peoples cars more than they actually do work. Damaged my sisters brand new car and refused to take responsibility.
They are slow and honestly do not do a very good job also they do not come for hours when its snows and when they finally do show up its a very hap hazardly done plowing/shoveling job in which we have to go behind them and redo it. I do not recommend them
Great job with commercial properties, Joe the owner works with you directly and will make sure you association and or venue looks like a golf course in the summer and clear of ice in the winter.
I have many complaints but I will not write a book and would not give them a single star.. but I have to to write this review. Why I m writing a review now is that at exactly 9:30 pm Friday 06/01/18 there was a group of leaf blowers around four walking around at full rpms now this is illegal in oakdale so I jumped and got video and photos of the truck and crew.. mind you it s 930 the sun is almost gone, can you really say you did a good job when you can t see? So illegal terrible service. I don t know about the rest of oakdale but to have a guy walk by your back porch with a leaf blower at 9:30 is what you want then by all means hire this group of incompetent lawn service! Law violation chapter 19 paragraph e Construction Activities. No person shall engage in or permit construction activities involving the use of any kind of electric, diesel or gas-powered machine or other power equipment except between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays. No person shall engage in or permit commercial construction activity on Sundays or holidays.

Smashed my car. Didnt call cops. I caught them on my break at work. Made a insurance claim after they agreed to Cash. Car sat at shop for two weeks waiting for them to pay up. Took 1 month exactly before I could get car fixed. My car was brand new Havent even made my first payment yet. And then they continue to come back and throw salt at vehicles when salting the parking lot. I had steam coming out my ears when I was sitting in the parking lot at 6 am in someone elses car because my car was wrecked and they threw salt at us! They have no regard for peoples belongings.

They damaged my vehicle (chipped paint and glass with weed whip) and will not return my phone calls. I have been calling every week for 2 months now.
I have no issues with their lawn care but their snowplowing service turns a 4 star rating into a 2 star at best. 14 hours after the storm has ended and we have had to spend the past 2 days shoveling to get in and out of our driveways.
