Three Kings Grounds Keeping added a beautiful stone boarder to my front flower bed. They also helped expand the gutter to flow outside of the stoned in area to ensure we were able to keep our flowers beautiful. Ashley is amazing with follow up and communicating. Well definitely use them again!

Three Kings are excellent. They cleaned up my messy backyard, removed some trees and cut back dead plants. The yard was left in pristine shape. I ve used them before and will use them again.

We have used Three Kings Lake Dallas approximately four times over the last year and have been more than happy each time. They are out immediately to give you a quote and suggest design, then do the work timely after quote and with great care and expertise. They have done tree and leave removal, sod installation, bed redesign, and rock landscaping and all have been awesome! They are also good at using existing materials and removing excess materials. Our son was so pleased when he saw our front yard, he is going to use them now. Can not recommend Three Kings enough!!!

3 Kings get a 5 star rating from me for the sod installation work they did for me. Im stingy when giving out stars, and initially was going to give just 4, simply because as a paying customeri expect quality service. The 4 stars is for the amazing work done by their team under Jesus Zamora. They ensured that the work was done right and to my satisfaction. There however was a minor situation of shortage of material that wasnt made clear before. This is where they rightfully earned the fifth star. Dave, their GM, communicated often and ensured that the work was done 100% to my liking, and took care of the material shortage situation. I highly recommend that 3 Kings be your 1st choice for your sod installation needs.

We signed up and paid for garden maintenance and was told they like to be pro active and pull or spot spray weekly. The only time this was done is when I had to catch them when they were mowing to ask them to do it. When the office asked them to do it, they delayed the service. We did not get what we paid for.

Shattered my Jerusalem Cross Crystal Stain Glass door window by Feathered River . Approximate Cost for installed replacement. $1000 . Uncooperative.. Will not give Insurance info.. Nothing in writing to say will Replace . Hung up on my Insurance Agent . Been by 3 times (Rude) Said in a couple of weeks . Well that was 3-31-23 Use at your own discretion.

Ashley called me to check on our yard mowing. Since I need them to cut and bag our lawn. I have been super busy and have not been able to do it myself. So when she called I asked if she could fit us in today. On short notice the crew was there and working hard on getting it all fixed up. My wife was very please and the yard as usual when Three Kings cuts our grass look great. Only company that will cut our grass. And me of course. Again thank you Ashley and thanks to the crew.

Very happy with Three Kings. The office was very responsive on getting us set up for our sprinkler repair. The technician on site went above and beyond evaluating all the damage and getting us back up and running quickly. I highly recommend them.

Updated 2023: I use Three Kinds Grounds Keeping for my tree trimming and weekly lawn mowing. I have never had an issue with communication, billing, or quality of the work completed. I have used there services for 5 years and will continue to so, they have great service! 2018: I had my sod placed covering my entire front yard. Firstly, they were incredibly reasonable with the pricing and explaining the unique situation we have with having 2 live oaks in the front and set up expectations that were honest and understandable. There was a delay with the installation due to rain, and they communicated without my having to call that they had rescheduled my service and when they would be coming. The Sod looks amazing. They did a wonderful job and the service crew was wonderful and respectful. Dave called me after to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and address any concerns I had. I also get weekly service with Three Kings and I am 100% satisfied with my weekly maintenance. Just honest folks with a clear understanding of solid customer service and workmanship. 5 stars! I have a property out in Weatherford that I wanted to get serviced before we put it out on the market and had heard great things about this company. I called this morning and Kim the customer service girl was very nice and professional but unfortunately they do not service this area for just a one time.

We had a few issues at first but their field manager Jesus he s worked with us and got everything looking good now I m very happy with the drain we put in the dirt and grass on one side and the mowing now.

Had Three Kings replace my front lawn. They were flexible, responsive, and fast.

Can you believe this??? I told Three Kings I no longer wanted them to mow my lawn. The response from Ashley was I was told I am under contract so I will be charged until April 2024!!! I said I never signed a contract. She said my husband signed a contract. I said he passed away 2 years ago and I do not want their service. She said well it automatically renews each year. Plus they auto debit my account. I Said I never signed a contract and they need to stop. I said do not mow my lawn on the set Tuesday mowing. They mowed today on Monday after that call. How rude!!! I am a widow. I cant afford their nonsense. Plus their mowing is awful. I told her they need new lawnmowers they leave ruts in my yard. She says I am still under contract. I cant believe my husband signed such a ridiculous contract for lawnmower on a small property like this!!!! Horrible !! I feel intimidated, angry, and not a fair way of doing business at all!!!! Just want everyone to know. Tell me if I am wrong.

10 for 10 do not recommend. They got grass all in the pool. Did not mow under trampoline. Did not weedeat along the fence. I m on weekly service with them and the past 3 weeks have been unacceptable. I called them last week and they assured me today would be better. It was not. and the only resolution offered was to cancel service. Nothing to correct the past 3 weeks of poor quality service. Think twice before allowing them to mow your yard. I could have gotten better quality from my 16 year old cousin.

Did damage on my property and denied it!

Three Kings Grounds Keeping was supposed to have my lawn fertilized every 6 weeks and have weed emergent applied in the spring and the beginning of fall. They did not have any of this done, I m 71, guess they thought I wouldn t notice. They send a crew here to mow on a by-weekly basis. These guys really need some training, they miss strips of grass and they don t seem to know how to use a weed eater. Their also supposed to use their leaf blower on the patio and front porch, but they can t seem to remember to do it. Then there s this lady that works there named Ashley, she has told me so many untruths I ve lost count. I keep asking to speak with her supervisor and she is not allowing me to speak with anyone else. If you don t want to pay a high price for empty promises and a group that doesn t honor their own contract, stay away from this company.

I had a major concern with a sprinkler head being accidentally knocked off during a mowing service. Dave jumped right in to offer to help with my issue and went above beyond by replacing, testing and even fm giving valuable advice. Im exceedingly pleased with the resolution as he personally took time out of his day to come out and access and repair the sprinkler. Three Kings gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

The service from Three Kings was excellent from the person we spoke to on the phone (Ashley) to the crew that came out and took care of our sprinkler issue. They were also very knowledgeable and informative about other items concerning our yard but were not pushy about trying to up sale us on anything. We will definitely be using them in the future.

had a big oak tree that needed triming the price was fair and the crew started ar 8:30and got done at 11:15. That was clean-up haul off and racked leaves, good job. I would use them again.

EDIT: Downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. I dont know what happened to this company. They used to be thorough, timely and dependable. Now its like theres an issue every time they come. We have a contract with them that includes annual TruGreen maintenance. We have a pool so we keep our gate locked at all times. Three Kings is supposed to send us an email with the TruGreen maintenance date so that we can make sure the back gate is unlocked. I think probably 50% of the time we do not get that email so we do not get the TruGreen service. Our contract with them is year round (every other month in the summer and once a month in the winter). The service includes mowing, edging and blowing. So they come today, mow the front (Im assuming) and the back and take odf. The biggest thing for us this time of year is leaves, particularly in our backyard and by our front doorway. My husband called Ashley to let her know there were leaves everywhere, particularly on one side of our house. Ashley says well, customers dont really understand that we only blow grass clippings, not leaves. Which I find odd. Do they put the leaves back if they accidentally get blown away with grass clippings? So my husband asks how they mowed the side of our house if the leaves are completely undisturbed? He also reminded her that we pay (quite a bit) for the entire service) and that he would like for them to come back and at least finish mowing the rest of the lawn. They come back and my husband hears them mowing the back yard, then everything is quiet. They just came back and re-mowed the EXACT SAME THING they just mowed, packed up and left. WHAT?!? I dont even know why we have lawn service in the winter anyway but my husband said its part of the year long contract. As soon as our contract is up were done. Unbelievable. Three Kings did a great job and helped me avoid some potential costly problems. I had some overgrown shrubs that had basically turned into small trees and the roots were spreading everywhere near my foundation and water pipes. I contacted Three Kings on a Saturday and David came by over the weekend to take a look. I had my options/quotes Monday morning and the job was completed Monday afternoon. I have already been using their lawn service for several years, but definitely will be utilizing them for more miscellaneous projects in the future.

We use Three Kings for our mowing, hedge trimming, leaf clean up, aeration and sprinklers. They deliver prompt and courteous service and even when glass on a door was accidentally broken they accepted responsibility and paid for the repairs. I appreciate their level of service year round.

Lost my business before they even showed up for the bid! Was speaking with Ashley, she was very pushy and rude. Based on other comments looks like I saved myself some trouble by not having someone out to do a quote that was unable to be professional.

Weve been using Three Kings for more than two years for our weekly mowing in summer and spotty mowing during the off months. Our relationship is sometimes an up and down one; they do what they say, but sometimes its what we expect (ruts, grass in pool). I suspect its because its hard to find help, and rainy weather can really challenge their schedules. BUT this week I had them come out and weed the garden border of our back fence -- a task I cannot do myself any more. The price was reasonable, the guys were very respectful and efficient, and they did a great job. I would gladly recommend them for this type of work. Ashley was very accommodating with my schedule, and Im thankful for that!

I have used Three Kings for many years. I have been pleased with all of their services and their knowledge. I recently had a very large pool/cabana project done and asked Three Kings to design some type of landscaping around the pool. Ashley was very helpful and came up with a 3 tiered stone flower bed on one side of the pool. How did it turn out? Gorgeous!!! Ashley then helped me come up with ideas for plants for the flower beds, needless to say......it turned out beautifully. Allen was in charge of all of the manual labor and knew exactly how to place the plants for the best look. Allen as well as Ashley are great assets to the company. They both helped my vision come to life and I couldnt be more pleased. THANK YOU Three Kings!!

Consumer beware!! This place is Not the place to do business, they are sleazy and untrustworthy. I agreed to bi-weekly cuts which started last week without a notice. I called them to warn them that I was not happy and the assured me that wouldn t happen again. So today they showed up a week later and got caught trying cut my grass again and knowing that we are on bi-weekly trying scam another fee from me. They are not the landscaper s you would want to work with. I am going file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too!

3 Kings Crew did an excellent job redoing my tree mulch area and flower bed area. They did great pulling the weeds up, laying down the weed cover, and adding rock to the flower bed area as well. Money well spent and thank you Dave for providing a great price to make this job happen. Thank you to the team who came and did the job as well.

After moving into a new home, I needed my lawn mowed pretty urgently in a short period of time. I called around a few places, and 3 Kings was basically the only company that could fit me in before my sons birthday party. I told them my grass was tall, that it hadnt been mowed in a month, and they charged me extra for the tall grass. My agreed balance for the service would be roughly $130. A few weeks later, Im checking my bank account and notice a double charge for the same amount 2 days apart. I tried calling for 3 weeks, attempting to communicate with them, and after multiple calls in the same day, I was finally told that my bill was doubled because, my grass was too tall. The person Id spoken to across multiple attempts wasnt rude, but based on the tone she took and the reviews from others, seemed to be the status quo. Their team actually did a decent job mowing the lawn, but their front staffs communication and professionalism was terrible. Id use them again in a pinch, but Id hold my nose.

what a great job their team did trimming our Trees up where if a storm hits and pieces break off they will not be falling thru my house or on my cars. we have a lot of big trees. thank you Ashley and Allan.

The crew does a great job when they show up. But be careful, because August my service was pushed back 18 days due to weather(I completely understand). When they returned I was hit with a $70 tall grass fee. Of course it was tall, I pay for weekly service, am I responsible for mowing when you dont show up? When I called to ask what it was, they said they would give me a credit and add on extra mowing at the end of year.... you know when the grass stops growing. I was billed in full again. Will be calling on Monday and canceling service all together. This is ridiculous to pay $219/ month and still be responsible for mowing my grass. If youre going to promise a credit, make sure it applies.

I was charged without service being performed. Refund was never issued and a make up service was never completed. This company took my money. Very dishonest and untrustworthy company.

Poor communication all the way around. They make an appointment, dont come, dont tell you they arent coming. Or they give a quote then contact you 17 times in 5 days to see if youve made a decision. Stay away.

Called for appointment for estimate, spoke to Ashley. I was told she would arrive on Monday. At the appointed time on Monday she was a no show. I called her, she didnt call me. We reset the appointment for Thursday, it rained, she never called. I called her. She said she wasnt come in the rain. We reset the appointment for Friday. She dud show, she measured, and I was told that I woul have the estimate by Monday. I called Tuesday after no estimate on Monday and was told I would get the estimate that day. That was 1 week ago. Please call anyone else...

They were 5 days late doing the lawn due to weather. Not a big deal since they emailed that they were running late. Then, finally mowed and did a terrible job. Lots of missed areas. Then I get an email that they will be charging more for overgrown lawn. I have been with them for over a year so any overgrown anything is on weather. Cancelled. Charging back on the CC any extra charge since they did such a terrible job. EDIT:. Just got a call and all they want to do is argue. 2 days late? They were supposed to be here Thursday. Today is Monday. Seems like 5 days to me, not 2. They want to say there is a 30 day cancellation? And a service guarantee? Then start the call with that. Hey, sorry you arent happy what can we do? . Not at all how the call went. She wanted to argue about this review instead of even listening. I asked more than once for clarification but nope, just more about the review. Your priorities are all wrong.

We couldnt be happier with Three Kings Groundskeeping! A good friend of ours has used them for his lawn for a long time and had recently had his front walkway turned into a garden, and when we saw it we immediately wanted the same for our house. From the start they were very professional and knowledgeable about landscaping and were very patient in answering a ton of questions we had about our lawn in general and about our garden in particular. The front and side of our house had some very, very old shrubs that just didnt work for us visually, and they came up with a garden idea that used the same color stonework as the rest of the house (theres an arch above the brick in the photo of the same stone) and incorporated our ideas for pollinator-friendly Texas native plants. They were extremely patient working with us as my wife and Is schedule didnt always sync up, so communicating what plants we wanted and different options took some back and forth, but they were more than willing to put up with a load of questions at different times. The price was great, and we paid the half up front with an expectation of several weeks before they could start. When their schedule opened up and they informed us they could get started a week sooner than expected we were of course happy about it. Their workers put in some very long hours in some pretty humid heat but didnt cut corners at all. When we came outside to take a gander they were willing to answer questions we had as well as offering up choices for us on placement of plants and possible additions to the stone work. All told when talking to both the scheduler/planner and with the two workmen they were all always patient and knowledgeable. Its hard to tell in the photo, but the yard from the drain spout for the gutters down to the sidewalk had been eroded a bit over the years; they automatically took the displaced dirt from the garden construction and used it to fill back in that area which was honestly such a nice touch, and to us spoke a lot to how they were the right company to do things the right way. They managed to rip out all of the old bushes and plants along a good fifty-sixty feet of house and install the garden and stone wall in just two long, long days, but were definitely not rushing their work. The planner talked to us several times throughout the process to ensure at each step we were happy and satisfied with the way things were being done, and the constant communication was very appreciated. Were extremely happy with the results of both their transformation of the front and side of our house, and for the weekly yard service we have through them. It was absolutely money well spent for our new perfect garden and were already thinking of more ways they can transform ideas we have for our back yard into reality. Weve only had them servicing our yards for a few weeks, so the scraggliness of the yard itself is not on them; we recently had some trees removed from our front sidewalk and the remaining trees pruned, and the ground is some hard sand and clay, but were already planning on using Three Kings for the eventual re-sodding of our front yard due to how pleased we are with the results of their work.

Do not recommend this company for lawn mowing services. Had to call them back several times over the summer because of very uneven, and noticeably patchy grass. Continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, and kept the service throughout the summer. After the cuts never got better we tried canceling and they claimed that it was a one-year contract and we would have to continue paying even into the winter season when there might not even be any mows in the whole month. Paid the owed balance to cut ties. Wish I had a picture of how terrible our lawn looked to post!

This is the worst experience with landscape services I have every had, and very disappointing considering the prices they charge. The problems started with inaccurate information provided by the salesperson. This did lead to some mis-aligned expectations, but after several months of trying to get clarity on what I should expect, I learned the customer service was much worse than the lawn service. Customer Service for Three Kings is basically Ashley interrupting you and telling you why you are wrong. I m not usually a one-star reviewer, but the final straw was today in once again dealing with their customer service. The field guys do an ok job, but there are many better options out there for much better value. Bottom line ok work, terrible customer service, and salespeople telling you what you want to hear, not what they will deliver.

I had the pleasure to have Three kings out on my property and they were timely, and very helpful and professional. They took great care of my yard when they Mowed it and edged it. Company came out and ruined my shrubs. Sent the supervisor to come out to do better made it even worse. Then I get a call from a guy named Joanne is begging me to come back as a customer and when I call back talk to you soon rude hag by the name of Ashley. He told me all she could do was the same price please save your time and don t waste it going with this company

Have used Three Kings for a few years now. They are consistent, responsive to issues, and the guys always do a great job mowing and trimming, blowing.

The name should be Three Crooks! We chose them because they were local, what a mistake. We received a fair estimate to remove a tree and stum and trim a few other trees. We were assured the work would be completed in 2 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and the work is still not done. The trees were trimmed if you want to call it that. One tree, the biggest, is very ragged looking and not even close to being shaped or thinned. The require 50% up front the took the other 50% before they were even 20% done with the work because they confused my work with my neighbors. The workers would show up unannounced and at the end of the day. Each time we have tried to get the work done were given excuse after excuse. Their stump grinder has supposedly been in the shop for this entire time. They now refuse to refund the cost of the grinding which up front was $250 and they now say is only $50. They refuse to even come see what work has been done and why were upset. Why would you not want to know why a local resident customer is upset with your work? DO NOT CHOOSE THESE CROOKS TO WORK FOR YOU. Apparently I cant attach the picture of the tree in question but trust me, it looks like someone with zero knowledge of trees trimmed it. Owners...if you care and want to make it right, get off your lazy butts and come see for yourself.

I would NOT recommend this landscaping at all. I had a two year contract with them and my lease for the property ended on the 24th of this month. I spoke to Ashley weeks ago about not being charged for the full month of August. She promised me she would talk to her office manager about it and would return a call to me that following Monday. There was zero return calls, they billed my card WITHOUT my permission, billed it 7 days early and did not service my property last week. They have no problem calling to collect their payments, but there is zero follow through and billing for services that were not rendered.

I spent hours and hours weeding and multching in my garden, then less than 24 hrs later the brilliant mow crew blew a ton of grass into it. The mowers also looked like kids that arent old enough to drive. Experienced bad quality everytime I used them. Definitely canceling my subscription.

We have been dealing with this company for over a year and the service has gone down hill drastically. They damaged two landscaping lights last fall and have giving us the run around about fixing them. They scheduled a time and never showed and when we asked to talk to the owner we were told there were several and they dont live in state. Im not sure what kind of scam they are running but we have only kept them because we wanted the damage repaired but Im not sure its worth the bad lawn care we are getting now, they blow leaves and debris into the flower beds instead of mulching it or picking it up and then tell you they dont do flower beds so they cant clean it up without changing you! Please beware of this company!!

In our search to have St. Augustine sod installed, we contacted many different companies in order to compare estimates and services. I had almost completely resolved to go with another company primarily based on cost comparisons when Three Kings reached back out to me to follow up after they had provided a quote. Through some further conversation, I was persuaded they were the right team for the job. A few weeks down the line, Im glad they reached back out to me. They were quick and efficient in the installation and the lawn looks great! Communication on their end, after we entered contract, wasnt always prompt but as I had questions I was able to reach them and they did provide answers quickly. Overall, Im grateful for their work and would highly recommend others to consider them for their lawn needs.

Had leaf pick up and haul away on two of my properties. Both properties had piles and piles of leaves. This company did an awesome job!!

Do not use this company . They rather use there legal agreements thann to make right horrible grounds keepings . They do not take care of their clients like many other professionals around here do . Looking into a lawyer since I took pictures of the mess they left and the service they wont provide like talked about . Even with me signing I felt rushed and should have never signed so quickly for them. Still the job they did was horrible and nobody contacted me back . I will let all of Providence Village know quickly not to use them .

Service doesnt appear to be 3 Kings strong suit. Hired them for our lawn service provider which turned out to be a disaster as their Mowing crew would continually Mow our back yard right after a fresh rain and made our lawn look like someone took their car through and did a lawn job. . The lawn crew even damaged the lawn around a neighbors tree well. m AVOID

Horrible service. They mowed so fast they were very careless. Broke sprinkler heads and wont fix them. They left a messy work- grass on my patio and did not edge everywhere. I paid them to fix the sprinkler heads they broke and they were unable to detect the problem or fix it. I would not recommend this service.

Horrible customer service!! The tree they planted died and they refused to even come out to look at it... I have to hire a new company to come out and put a new tree all over again... I would warn everyone to not do business with three kings landscaping!!!

WORST LAWN SERVICE!!!!! If you have to ask yourself each time they come, huh, did the lawn get mowed? You know youre in trouble Their customer service is beyond the worst I have ever experienced. They will send you invoices even when no one comes out to mow your yard. Ive had to document through photos for proof that my yard was never mowed knowing that they would send me an invoice. This company should be reported to BBB immediately!! Please save yourself the trouble, money and time and do not use this company and spread the word they are thieves!!!

Possibly the worst lawn service. They do an okay job that is if they show up. I have had several incidents where they have not shown up. And the young lady Jess who answers the phone does not follow through on her word. She said she would let me me know when to expect someone & yet again no one shows up. The worst customer service & communication that I have ever dealt with in a company. Please dont waste your money here.

I worked with David Lock and, after receiving my estimate, expressed misgivings, not about the cost, but because some other reviews Id read. David called me on a Saturday to assure me that changes had been made to ensure that I wouldnt be writing the next angry review. The work was scheduled, completed and looks great. They delivered as promised and were very pleased.

I am writing this review... I never wanted to but I feel I have to. For the last few years I have paid Three Kings for my lawn maintenance, to be fair they ve been averagely good. But sadly the recent situation I have had with them far outweigh the good. For two years in a row I have paid them to remove vines from my bushes. The first year they told me that the vines would no longer be a problem... but the next year they came back and worse than before. This year I paid yet again for their service to remove the vines (reminding them of the quality and failure of the year before). After the service I went out and noticed vines were still coming out of the ground. I called them back out. After the second attempt I still saw a few vine roots sticking out. It was during the third call for the problem I was finally told that the vines can only be removed by digging up my bushes and tilling the soil completely. To my complete dismay, I realized that I had been inadvertly strung along for over 2 years about my vines. I paid a lot of money for something that was never going to happen. If you re looking for a company that is premium quality, I would strongly suggest you look somewhere else for your landscaping needs. These guys are rated perfectly at 3/5 stars, definitely worth having for lawn mowing services, but their quality of work is lacking to provide 5 star quality work for other things.

Took our hopeless yard and turned it into a beautiful yard.

A crew from Three Kings Grounds Keeping, working under the umbrella of LawnStarter, caused irreparable damage to a wooden swing set in my backyard during their service. When I filed a formal complaint seeking compensation through the LawnStarter app and in direct contact with the Three Kings crew, LawnStarter accused me of blaming them for the damage, which they said must have come from an animal, after they reviewed the photos. Three Kings just stopped responding to me altogether. They definitely made sure to charge me for the service though. Stay away, theyre careless and unresponsive. I was happy with their service at first; I provided them with four five star reviews for their first four visits. On the fifth, I noticed some minor scratches on the swing set, and gave them three stars and asked that they be careful. On the sixth service they caused even more damage, and thats when I filed the complaint and I stopped hearing from them. Its been 13 days since they responded, even though they continue to try to schedule future services.

They came out late when I needed my yard done immediately because I was having pictures taken of the house the next morning even though I was a new customer.

Easy service to use and I got set up fast after talking to the lady on the phone. I called so many other lawn services and only got answering machines, but Three Kings answered on the first few rings. They were very professional on the phone, and the mowing crew was out right away. This was my first time hiring someone to mow my yard, and it turned out to be a great experience . I really like that I can pay the bill online. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I have had other landscaping companies before and NONE of them have ever followed my simple instructions until I started using Three Kings Ground Keeping. They have consistently been there every week on the same day and have done a beautiful job at a really great price. I cant tell you how they will respond to any problems with their grounds people cause in the two years Ive had them Ive never had one. If they cant make the scheduled appointment because of the weather....they always let me know why and when they will be there. They have worked hard on getting my yard looking great and it looks so much better than any other company.

They called and called and called to get my business. Ive been with them for over 60 days and they have yet to mow my back yard. Front yard mowing looked like a blind person did it. I had to call and email and nothing was ever done. Save yourself a headache and call another company. I would recommend Solorzano Landscape.

My yard looks amazing!! They keep my beds de-weeded every week and do my mowings. They even did a big nice flagstone patio for me. Work is spot on and the crews are knowledgeable and respectful.

Had them come out to give me a bid on landscaping work we wanted done but didnt want to do ourselves. Ashley came out we walked the property, told her exactly what we wanted. Ashley kept calling begging for our business. We had several bids. Went with 3kings. Everything was going fine the first week. Then I noticed things were not being done as talked about. It was like Ashley was doing her own thing in my yard. She had told use this was her first BIG project. After several phone calls made during the work (5weeks) bring things to her attention we had to band her from our property. We finished the job up dealing with the workers. Ashley or David would never give me the Owner name, they stopped come out b4 we band them from coming on property, they stopped returning our calls. They told use from the beginning if they missed quoted they would cover their mistake. Saw that my flower bed wasnt being done correctly and when I asked about it I was told that part wasnt included and they charged me another 2k to complete the flower bed. Wanted rocks put around 10 trees and flower beds, when I saw the rocks not being put in back yard I was told it wasnt included in the price. Which she new from the beginning the rocks were to go around all trees and flower beds. My experience with Three Kings was not a good experience. I would not recommend them for landscaping work and if you do you better make sure Ashley writes it down while she is in front of you, read what she writes down very closely and watch the wording she uses in her quote. All trouble with Three Kings started when we brought stuff to Ashley and Davids attention.

I contacted Three Kings Grounds Keeping to help out with my swing set landscaping. I needed my mulch under the swing set raked (a 19 x 24 area) so they could pull the weeds and grass under the mulch, and then wanted them to lay down weed mat and rake the mulch back into place. They were scheduled to come out Tuesday morning. Noon rolled around and they still werent here. I called the company and was told they were running behind and would be at my house shortly. Fine, okay. When the two men arrived, they didnt knock or anything, but I noticed them in my front yard, which I thought was odd since my swing set is in my back yard. I went out and saw them laying weed mat down in my front flower beds - not at all what I asked for. They acted like their mistake was a favor, even though the weed mat was simply laid on top of the existing mulch, and then they dumped more mulch on top, which not only killed my flowers, but also created a ridiculous amount of mulch in a tiny area, and which defeats the purpose of the weed mat. Then, they asked me if they could return the next day, because they thought they were only doing a small area and hadnt brought the right tools. I wasnt sure how the miscommunication occurred, since what flower bed is 19 x 24, but said that was fine since the job wasnt time sensitive and I wanted it done correctly. I also asked them to remove the weed mat in the flower beds when they returned, because it looked awful. Wednesday came and went; I got home around 4:15pm and no one had been at my house. I again called and was told they had a scheduling issue and couldnt make it out until Thursday. Again, that was fine, but some communication about it would have been great. I requested they send a different crew than the original two people who showed up Tuesday. Thursday came around and Luis and his crew showed up bright and early and did a PHENOMENAL job. Luis, specifically, was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained to me how the weed mat worked and how to care for the area in the future. He and his men did amazing work - they even swept my sidewalk after they removed the weed mat from the flower beds, because some mulch scattered onto it. Luis saved this company from me rating them a one star. They need to improve communication and hire 20 more Luis, because the original two men were awful.

Three Kings has been mowing my grass for a while now. We ve never had an issue and the crew always work hard!

They have always done great work on my yards. Definitely recommend them.

Sprinkler upgrade and repair work. Their fee was reasonable and they did an excellent job. The team doing the work were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

If looking for hardscape, run dont walk away from this business. They give you phantom contracts. After your first meeting, they call and call promising everything. At the first sign of trouble, they wont return your calls and if you are lucky enough to get someone to speak with you then come the lies.

Had the leaf service front & back, they arrived mid-afternoon and worked until dark. Then came back the next morning to complete the job. Most impressed, really appreciate their efforts.

I must say that when I was looking at the reviews of this company Three Kings, I was adamant on not using them, I received a phone call from their salesman David on why I wouldn t use them. I told him straight up that the reviews of your company were not good and that I was not going to be the next disgruntled customer. He explain to me some of the shifts and moves that they have made as a company and if I gave them an opportunity that I would not be disappointed. The drive and determination that David showed to want to earn my business I decided to give them a chance. I m glad I did and I m glad that David convinced me as well. They are clean, prompt and just good. I highly highly recommend THREE KINGS GROUNDSKEEPING!!! Keep up the good work guys!

The first things I look for in a service is good communication, convenient scheduling, and pleasant office workers. They answered the phone with a SMILE and I got a quote within minutes over the phone. I told them what I needed and found the quote to be very reasonable. You definitely get what you pay for and more! In my perspective they do an awesome job and go above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you for being awesome!

I was leery of using this company but after talking to David there I decided to give them a shot. They replaced my old ugly landscape boarders with very nice stone. Looks good and already getting compliments from the neighbors. They have also took over the yard cutting. We discussed them not using a riding mower on the front lawn as it always looks terrible. So what do they do? They use a riding mower on the front yard and it looks terrible. I contacted them and was told that it is in the notes not to use a riding mower and will talk to the supervisor. So I gave 5 stars for the stone work and 3 stars for the lawn work. Balances out to 4 stars. Will adjust in a few weeks if necessary.

The service was great. The crew showed up with a great attitude and did a phenomenal job. My front yard looks better than the originall.

I did I some work for the owners and they do have excellent customer service! Great communication is the key. I run my own business and observed how they handled situations. They love what they do and care about there customers. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. I signed a contract last Thursday and was delighted to hear this service could start last Friday and made arrangements to be home during the given time frame. The time frame came and went with no communication. When they did show up the job was not completed. The team has now been to my house 3 times and the work is still not complete. The excuses include they couldnt open a combination lock on my gate(although they could to give me an estimate), they didnt have the right equipment with them and it got too dark for them to work. No communication with me unless I call them to only get more promises that the work will get done. Now that I want to cancel and get a refund no one will return my calls or emails. VERY frustrated.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Complaints roll off our tongues too quickly, where compliments are given so few between. So Id Iike to commend Patrick from Three Kings grounds keeping for coming and knocking on my door to apologize for the incomplete work his crew did. I totally understand that this is hard work and its probably hard to find good help for this sort of thing. LOL Thats why we dont do the lawn ourselves. :P Theres something about a person who is willing to acknowledge fault and to do it in person rather than an email or a phone call. I admire that.

Three Kings did an awesome job start to finish on all my hedge trimming that I had requested. They gave me a price we agreed on, and sent the Professional Trimmer who I did not meet, but his work was Spot on, for me he nailed it. Job well done you could see he took pride in his work. Did not jump out and trim it in 10 minutes took his time and did it right the first time, I highly recommend if you are looking for yard service this company comes through.

**Editing my review, after a complaint 3 kings promptly resolved my problem** Still only 3 stars hopefully will edit to 4 or 5 but when my yard was mowed in the past it didnt look it is edged except for this last time, when they did a great job, hopefully more to come. They also broke every single one of my LED lights around my patio. Cheap Wal-Mart Led Lights but still mine none the less. Will finish out the year before I make a decision on a whether to stick with them or not but they have earned at least a 2nd chance with me.

I feel like I through away almost $500 for nothing, and when i tried to have someone come look at the work that was done no one showed up, come to find out an old mutual friend of my ex husband and myslef works there and had spoken to my ex husband about how he isnt going to do anything about it because he doesnt care... Im sad because i work really hard for my money and now i have to come up with the money to redo the work my self ....... Update: sense posting this review I have been harassed on face book and still have heard nothing from the owner

Do not employ this company. I wish I could give zero stars for this horrible company. I cancelled after their first visit to my property. They left wildly uneven grass in both my front and back yards, refused to take any responsibility for their poorly done work, charged me ridiculous fees that are unheard of in landscaping, and have a mandatory ONE MONTH cancellation policy. They do not care about their customers, simply the money they can procure from them. I cancelled their services and asked them not to come back after being charged a difficulty fee for having a grass height that their commercial grade machines couldnt handle. Specifically, you can remove up to 3 inches of grass per mow without browning the grass. My grass didnt grow 3 inches in 14 days, yet I was charged 150% of my regular rate due to high grass 2 weeks after they first visited. No one told me this was even possible, and other landscaping companies I have spoken to have told me this entire process is simply manipulative thievery. I have since fired Three Kings and the following week employed a different company for 45% cheaper. No fees, no hassle, a superb mow, what a relief. Do not hire these people unless you want to spend over $40 a week getting a poorly mowed lawn and absolutely awful customer service.

Its sad they are willing to give up a good customer over 30$. I dont recommend this place and their cancellation policy is a joke. I thought I had canceled awhile back due to financial reasons but they just put a hold on your account and show up without warning and start mowing your lawn even though my car is clearly parked in the driveway. I tried to call and explain my situation and to tell them my husband had already mowed the lawn a couple of days ago and they blew me off and still charged me full price. They didnt offer anything to help the situation, instead they checked in with their people and basically tell you that youre wrong and they dont care and are going to charge full price. I work in the service industry and I feel the way they handled this situation is wrong. They obliviously dont care about the customer or customer satisfaction and just want your money. They have always done a choppy job anyways, I should of canceled them long ago but wanted to give them a chance. Not worth the money and the customer service is rude and are easy to point fingers. not accommodating at all.
