This is our second season working with Angela as our account representative, and she has exceeded my expectations across the board!

Their workers are rude and have no respect for others or other properties. They continue to trespass onto another job site without permission using the bathroom we have, that they don t pay for. Leaving human waste, urine and used toilet paper all over. We ve ask them to stop multiple times, even putting a strap around it which they then cut as we watched them. Truly disrespectful in every way. Contacted the owner and he has done nothing about it or replaced the strap they cut. EDIT: we put a screw on the door to keep it shut unless you have the proper tool, now they re just urinating on the side of the bathroom ON A PROPERTY THEY DON T WORK FOR 3 off the busy entrance to the neighborhood which has children and people walking their dogs all day.

Whoever drove your truck with trailer plates 273998 needs someone to teach them how to drive. At 45 & 50 in Bristol, drove through their red light and didnt turn into the proper lane, but across that lane to the far lane and almost caused the 2 vehicles to hit them from behind. Great job checking them guys

Having to deal with this company because neighbor hired them to do work. The workers have no respect for neighbors. Park the trucks and unhook trailers and block entire street. They use my driveway to unload and move everything. Couple guys smoke a toss the cigarette butts in my yard. Lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Find another landscaping shop.

Amazingly rude and condescending people work at this company. I was referred to this company for residential services by a commercial landscaper. The customer service rep gave me a lecture about how they dont like to waste their time with free advice when I tried scheduling an appointment. Then someone called me to schedule who told me they are the premium landscaper, would not be equivalent to driving a Chevy, and are more for people without budgets. Having no information about me or what I can afford, I was too busy getting insulted by these self-important snobs to move forward. I would never speak to a customer this way. And would never do business with people like this.

Mariani has a dedication to quality. For people looking for a premium design, build, maintain group - give Mariani a call. They re more capable, but also more expensive than your tropical landscape group. Again, this is a group you want to call when there are no options for slop or poor craftsmanship. When you hire this group, you know exactly what you re going to get.

Our 88 unit town home association has worked with Angela at Mariani for less than a full year and we can already see vast improvements in our landscaping. Areas where grass formerly would not grow are lush and our seasonal displays are beautiful. Best of all, Angela s proactive communication is top notch. She reaches out after storms and before holidays on top of weekly check ins to make sure we are taken care of. We are looking forward to new improvements with the crew refresh and beautify our property with quality landscaping for the next several decades. Thanks Angela and the whole Mariani crew!

I can t say enough about Mariani. I have worked for hotels for a long time and with many different landscaping vendors. I am currently at a luxury hotel in Chicago and needed everything from lawn maintenance to landscape design to fit the luxury standard of the property. I couldn t be happier with Mariani. They have, on numerous times, responded to emergency VIP visits with off season requests and offered multiple options for future projects. My PM Angela LaRock keeps in touch with me constantly and is always available to assist with eliminating problems that may occur. My only complaint is that I didn t find them sooner!

Also, our client rep Brianna has been attentive, creative, and totally on top of our projects. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mariani and Brianna.
