I moved to the current house 5 years ago with the yard full of weeds and brown spots. After using Turf Care for a couple years, weeds are under control and no more brown spots. Turf Care noticed some bare spots last year when they did routine lawn services I subscribed, they came back out to take care of the issue without additional charge.

Excellent results. My lawn was in pertty bad shape, especially in places that were covered with defective sod. Over the course of one Summer, it improved 100%. No more bare spots and no rampent weed growth. There was a tiny lack of communication between Turf Care and me where it seemed they were taking too long between visits. Turns out it was weather related. I just wish that had been made clear. Nevertheless, they were very empathetic and did a make-good for me. And the end results speak for themselves. I hired them for a second year.

My family has used Turf care for probably more than 20 years now on our property. I dont usually talk to the guys that come and service the lawn, but my husband had some questions about a few areas we recently changed on our lawn and Fernando was there to help. Not only was Fernando super kind, he went above and beyond for me by writing down some tips and instructions on what to do this Fall so my lawn will look even better. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to come follow up with me on how to take better care of my lawn and was not at all trying to upsell me. It was a breath of fresh air. He genuinely was just answering our questions. And then to write down the instructions for me just blew me away. Top notch customer service from Fernando. Id also like to compliment the manager Ash. I called Turf Care to commend Fernando and I can clearly tell that management deeply cares about their customers satisfaction AND their employees. It was very evident every step of the way. Ash made sure to pass along my message to Fernando and he even called me the next day to tell me Fernandos reaction and how they would reward him. Also fertilizer. Difficult to talk with lawn maintenance personnel, and not much consistency in who services the yard. Would have liked to talk with maintenance personnel who did the yard. On previous servicing Turf Care person recommended power racking; which we did. Would have liked to have discussed with the service person this time what their impression was; was the racking well done? I did not know the service even came; the door bell was not rung and I. was working in the basement. When I came up I noticed flag in the front yard. NO ATTEMPT to talk with me; just a note on the door knob with usual marketing language about what was done.

I have used Turf Care for several years and I have always been happy with them. They are good about keeping the gate closed for my dogs and the lawn looks great. They always write a personal note about the health of my lawn. Highly recommended!

Originally I had contacted True Green, but when I heard about Turf Care I wanted to give the local business a chance. They did not disappoint. Cheri Dvorchak has been extremely informative and helpful with making me understand the treatments and services being done on my yard. My yard looks great. They also use safer chemicals which is a big deal because I have a young son. I highly recommend Turf Care.

Turf Care Enterprises weed and lawn fertilization products are the best on the market, and their application technicians are professional and responsive! I have tried other self-applied products in the past, including organic weed control and lawn fertilizers, and none have worked better than Turf Care Enterprises. Im really happy with Turf Care. Weve used them on two different yards over the years. Both yards started as spotty and less than desirable, and after a couple years of working with Turf Care, both yards are lush and getting compliments from the neighbors. We used Turf Cares arborist and tree care service for our ailing oak tree. He was professional and honest about chances of recovery and put a plan in place to attempt to save it.

I like using Turf Care because their name reflects their level of service; they actually care. I have used several other lawn care services and they were unresponsive to lawn problems and just wanted to sell more services. Turf Care is local which I also like. I recently had an issue and after sending them a photo, they came out and sprayed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

I used Turf Care Enterprises after talking with Chris and he listened very carefully to help us with our lawn- We were in desperate need of help from weeds, grubs, to dead spots on our lawn And I was against harmful chemicals - so they have a program where they go the organic route - and even though they told me it would take longer ( they were honest), we saw a vast improvement in our lawn s appearance by the fall I also very much appreciated the consistency of having the same person caring for our lawn- Alex was very respectful and explained everything he did to the lawn each visit I usually don t write many reviews unless I feel it is warranted- But Turf Care Enterprises deserves a positive review from me for helping us And being easy to deal with I would for sure recommend them for lawn care because they listened, gave us continuity of care, and are respectful Thank you

I started using this company 2 years ago because my lawn had different vines growing on top of it, and had problems with beetles, grubs and ants. They solved my problems. Overtime the vines went away and the lawn looks great. The skunks were destroying the lawn from the grubs, and now the grubs are gone. I can now sit on my deck and not be disturbed by the ants. I almost lost 3 plants to beetles, and they were saved. If an application isnt strong enough, the service will return with another application at no charge. This is a great company. Their product works.
