The crew does great work but the lady who handles the billing is difficult to work with. She shut us off when we failed to pay the bill she had emailed, despite specific instructions to either leave or mail paper invoices. Then she shut us off after she had sent the invoices to our address in an entirely different city. To avoid additional complications, we finally decided to just set them up on a monthly automatic payment for our $300 per month. That didn’t work. She shut us off again because our automatic payment didn’t include extra work they had performed. I think the guys are hard working, but the company was difficult to work with. Their bookkeeper had little sympathy for her own mistakes and treated us like we were dead beats. When I told her it wasn’t good business, she said that she wasn’t concerned and knew her job as she had done it for many years.
