I received a coupon in the mail from this company for an Aeration and over seeding for my yard and decided to give them a try. They were very pleasant on the phone and scheduled my service for Friday October 20th. I received a texted on the 18th confirming my appointment. Around noon on the 20th, I received a call that their employee did not show up so they would reschedule if for the end of the next week. I ask why they couldn't do it the first of the week and they said their guy only works on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I received a text on the 26th confirming my appointment for the Saturday the 28th. The weekend pasted and no one showed up. I left them a voice mail Saturday evening regarding the no show. Around 11:00 am on Monday I received a call and was told that their aeration machine broke down and that they would reschedule me for the end of the week. Due to their track record, I canceled their service and scheduled with a reliable company. If this company would have just been honest and upfront with me in the beginning, I would have hired another company and had may yard done two weeks ago and probably tried them again next year. Their flier states 100% COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their text messages state OUR SERVICES ARE 100% GUARANTEED TO YOU SATISFACTION. For my services they were only 1% committed. I'm sure these people are very nice, but I cannot recommend them.

We have enjoyed Naturescape as our service provide for fertilizing and week control for the past several years. Great customer service! If you are not satisfied, they are just a phone call away to come take a look at your yard to resolve the issue immediately. Additionally, they call/text prior to service so we are aware since we have a dog.
