Blake has been our lawn and bush service man for about 5 months and has given us good service and shows that he is interested in making the yard as healthy as possible. He comes to the door to explain what he is doing each time. He covered the entire yard with the product sprayers and spent extra time on certain areas when needed.

We just had our first service from Massey and we are delightedwith our technician, Blake G. Such a thoughtful, conscientious person to represent the company.

Blake recognized a problem with our rosebushes, and in addition to feeding them, he treated them for the fungus he found. I was appreciative of his awareness.

A fairly recent change to a new lawn tech; Blake. So far great to work with including taking the time to listen and to try different methods to solve specific issues.

They are terrible and rip people off they say they came and did service and charge you but never did the job very poor management and customer service they are scamming many people in the villages

They were fantastic and came right out when we had an issue. Gave us a quote to get a lot of items fixed and replaced. However when the installer came he called me and actually took a lot of things off we didnt need. Saving us over 1/2 of original quote Highly recommended Positive

Timely, and quality work

We had used their service for over 10 years with no problems, then without any notice, they stopped mowing and weeding our property! Our grass had not been mowed in over a month!! We are not in Florida over the summer and that s when they stopped! We were getting phone calls from all of our neighbors complaining about our lawn. We tried calling Massey, at least 10-12 phone calls. They said they would do it the next day or that someone would call us back. Nobody showed up and nobody called us back! We finally had to get one of our friends that owns a mower to cut the lawn for us. We were very fortunate that he was able to do it! We re done with them!!! They were collecting automatic monthly payments. But not doing the work. They will not be able to get any more money out of us!

As always, and the reason, we went to Massey at our current location after moving from our home of 20 years, is the professional, expert, prompt service. And this occasion was no different. We were not home when the work was done, but on our return, all the work that was quoted was completed and exceeded our expectations. Thank you. You can never go wrong with Massey.

I had left Massey some time ago to save a few dollars but after about 2 years, I came back. All the lawns in my neighborhood that looked healthy were cared for my Massey, so back to Massey I went. I recently added Irrigation due to the loss of my husband that like to do that himself. I trust Massey and have been very happy with the service they have provided.

I live in Stonecrest and the maximum speed limit is 25 mph. Massey trucks drive through here at high speed. At least 20 mph over. So if you want lawn service with the excitement of possibly being run over by a Massey Truck, by all means give them a call. They will speed right over.

Have to pay in advance of service,. Not happening

I needed weed control and fertilizer. Some of the weeds were dead and so was the grass. I cancelled the service and no one called from the lawn department to find out what was the problem. Customer service was diligently calling with payment reminders but no one called to find out about service. I paid them what I owed but I think I am entitled to a refund. I thought I hired the best but now I am left with a dead front lawn and weeds

Ryan (a newbie) has done a great job with this route; by paying attention to detail and assuring our lawns are weed free and Green! And Tommy has put in the extra effort in so many ways, assuring nozzles work and are adjusted/replaced accordingly, and its watering the proper amount; as per the seasons. These two guys are the best! Please pay them well, and do right by them, as they do with your customers. Thanks goes out to them and Massey!

The Team of Marshall/Ryan from Massey Services was very helpful. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They identified the problem in my lawn and applied the appropriate treatment. They even re-attached a gutter drain pipe that had come off in a storm! Great guys, great service!

Bryan Woznikaitis went above and beyond to make sure our sprinkler repair was done right. A guy came and replaced heads but would not talk to me. He ran off and left. Saw Bryan in the grocery store an hour later and he was kind to listen to me on his lunch break. With in 2 hours he was at my house checking and fixing what the other guy did. Bryan is a great asset to your company. Last week Brian was wonderful. This week after we paid, he is in the land of the missing. Promised stuff. Now he won t answer his phone and is not returning calls. We are not happy anymore.

Weve been customers of Massey services for 8 years. Started out well. There isnt a service that we didn t have a contract for (landscape, Greenup, pest, irrigation, etc.). Over the past year the local Wildwood team has become ineffective and unresponsive. Our lawn is in such bad shape that it has begun to damage our neighbors lawn. 1 star given to the billing department for continuing to take our money. Moving on...beware

We recently pulled a 75 x approximately 6 tall & 46 wide hedge. Bryan (Inspector) worked with us on getting healthy replacement plants, overseeing the hedge removal & stump grinding. Joe (Irrigation GM) found a hidden line break in another zone & effected a quick repair with materials on-site. The landscaping subs (R&B?) did a great job of getting a million roots & stumps out. Were glad we chose Massey for the entire job to ensure all systems are working. Plus, how can you not like those snappy white shirts?! Thanks again, Shop #46.

New to the area, and last owner used this company. From the initial contact with Larry Musolf, I was impressed with his actions. Very accommodating and did everything he could to assure a seamless transfer to our name. Larry has visited the property since, and one of Masseys techs has been to the address to begin our service. Only been a week, but at this time, I believe we made a great decision on using Larry and Masseys services!

I canceled Massey services because the NEW young driver that came out the last time, Failed to call first. Our backyard has large gates on both sides and we have two very large dogs that would attack. He apologized and started spraying our lawn. Within days, our lawn became extremely brown out. It appeared The chemicals had not been mixed correctly. At that point, I decided to cancel any further Massey lawn Sprayings. Considering I prepaid for a year of Service with CHARLES only to learn that he had quit the following week and didn t Bother to put the charge on my credit card after the first spraying, 11/21/2021 - Stacy McDaniel - 1/04/2022 - Ricky Blandin Jr. - 2/18/2022 ( respray ) Christian Carrol - 3/31/2022 - Christian Carrol - 5/21/2022 - Matthew Fehn 8/18/2022 - Christian Carroll - I have placed two calls requesting a refund of the current credit of $77 dollars. Stacy McDaniel Both times I was assured the CHECK WOULD BE MAILED but it could take several weeks. That was months ago and I still havent received a check or a credit on my Credit Card. What is left in my yard is now just weeds. I am currently treating my lawn myself and reseeding in the hopes to recover my lawn. Would I use them ever again? Not when they dont call before coming out or considering the condition they left my lawn. They are very responsive. Our lawn often looks better than those neighbors that use other services, even through the freezes.

We have been using all of Masseys services for 16 years that we have owned our home in the Villages. They have always answered our calls and fixed any problems promptly to our satisfaction. Great Service

They never fix anything they charge for for. The just keep scamming my grandmother out of her money and I still end up having to drive up there to replace sprinklers.
