C & B Lawn Care in Kunkletown

For a business that are very unreliable. I called for a quote to have work done at the house and Charlie came right over to look at what I wanted done. He said I’ll work on an estimate and let you know. Well that was 5 weeks ago and I never heard back. Must be nice to have so much work that you can’t even give an estimate. Don’t waste your time calling them!!!

Charlie stopped by and actually did a very professional analysis of our property and gave us how he would fix our lawn. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Stated he would provide us a quote and never did and never followed up. I called his office and the receptionist answered and stated they were going thru billing and would provide us a quote shortly and that was 4 weeks ago. C and B lawn care probably does reputable and competent work however if you don’t keep your word and follow up, you lose all credibility and respect and that starts to damage your reputation. Because of this, we will not use this company - and as a side note - reputable companies should ALWAYS have a website!
