They knowingly sell invasive plant species. When talking to the managers in the store, pointing out that they were selling these species, they openly admitted, “They know, and will keep selling them, because people ask for them.” When I asked if they were going to keep selling them, they said, “they didn’t know, ….and also tried to explain that anything not native is invasive…” That’s not actually true at all. It’s attitudes like this, why we have problems today with invasive plant species. So not only do they not know what invasive is, when they already know something is invasive, they will keep selling it. Just because people want something doesn’t mean you keep selling it, especially when you know it’s invasive and wrong to sell it. I would highly suggest avoiding this business altogether!

Fantastic and prompt service. They responded immediately to my call, got me on the schedule and did the job in less time than expected. Looked as good as new when done. Would absolutely hire them again.

We have purchased firewood for a number of years and have been very satisfied. No longer! Picked up a $75 load last week and it is a disaster and dangerous. Quality is extremely poor and constantly spits out embers when burned. Lit embers have landed on furniture, ourselves and our pets. Results have been similar during the last 4 burns. Went to your store today to discuss this matter but only seasonal staff was in the store. Our only option is to dispose of this wood as we cannot risk injury or a wildfire. The photo shows what was spat out in 10 minutes.

I have used superior for lawn and snow removal for about 6 years. Never been disappointed

They put in a brand new lawn for me, helped design some flowerbeds, laid mulch and planted trees! They did a great job! The crew were very courteous and professional. Everything looked great! For anyone who complains about mulch fading, most mulch does fade in a year to a year and a half. Also, I have given and received many gift certificates from Superior Lawn and Garden. They do not have carbon copies, just as some other places tell you not to lose it, to treat it like cash. I and many of my friends continue to go there for some of their novelty items, great selection in trees and beautiful flowers! Keep up the good work!

I purchased a gift certificate at Christmas for my 86 year old father to buy a tree in spring. He lost the certificate. I called Superior Lawn & Garden to explain and they said there is nothing they can do. It is a gift certificate with his name on and they have a duplicate copy at the store. I don't understand the unwillingness to consider that this is an elderly person who is not out to cheat them out. Not going back.
