Norwood Lawn and Landscaping in Kodak

When the owner (Josh Norwood) showed up to give me a quote he seemed to be up to the task of mowingand cutting down the brush at the back of my property. However, he did nothing more than mow and trim which I can get from most anyone. I hired him because he promised to cut down the brush at the back of my property at an hourly rate which I thought was fair. He agreed to come weekly but he was several days late for the second week after which he completely dropped out of communication. He never cut any of the brush. I'm hoping he's OK but after a weeks of not getting a response and the lack of follow through on the brush I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend him.

Josh Norwood responded to my email inquiry same day. He came by and quoted an estimate to do my mowing and trimming. He was dressed very professionally and presentably, was clean cut, and was friendly, well spoken, and service oriented. I enjoyed talking with him and his price quote for the job was in line with my expectation.

Never showed up on the day we agreed on. Poor communicator. Charged me $15 bucks extra for only doing biweekly and always has me last on the list. Does not listen to what customer is saying and takes things too personally. Find an actual business that listens to their customers and cares. Let my yard grow long then took me off the his schedule because he couldn’t handle a yard with a hill.

I started using this company back in May and from the start Josh has been nothing but professional. He came out to look at my yard and gave me a fair price that was better than 2 other companies. He's there when he says he'll be there. He's very communicative and goes above and beyond. He takes his time with my yard to get it right and then cleans up after himself leaving the yard looking great. I had poison ivy in my yard and he contacted me to advise me of it and he went ahead and removed it. He also pressure washed my deck and sidewalk and it came out looking like new. If you want the job done right I highly recommend Norwood to do the job.

I have a second home in Tennessee it was very hard to find someone to take care of my lawn I called Norwood lawn and landscaping they went right out gave me an estimate I hired them right away and they have done a great job ever since I'm very happy with them and I would recommend them to anybody

These guys do a great job keeping my yard looking nice. I have been using them for a while now and they are prompt and responsive.

They do a GREAT job taking care of my property. I am an absentee owner and appreciate the great work they do.
