Great experience with Weed Man in caring for my lawn. Tyler was very helpful in educating me, explaining my options and developing my care plan. Highly recommend.

Weed Man Lawn Care have done a GREAT job with my lawn! Theyre always helpful and professional!

Attempted to charge me an additional fee for a Fall fertilizer application that should have been included in my contract. No one authorized any additional costs with me. Took several emails and much frustration to resolve this issue. I won t be using their services in the future.

Regional mgr Nick made a personal visit to my home, ran me thru a little Q&A about the lawn, then hit his knees and started scratching thru the dead grass spots. He found armyworm pupa, then he found an active amryworm, then an armyworm moth. The required insecticide treatment was applied 5 days later. There were some mother nature issues that might have affected the treatment, so I discussed with Nick and he agreed to re-apply at no charge. That happened 3 days later. I am impressed.

I was driving and a Weed Man driver came into my lane and almost hit me head on. Fortunately he scurried across the median and kept going. Bad drivers

Hired the Weed Man over a year ago and my yard actually looks worse then when they started...misdiagnosed the needs at the beginning on growing bermuda vs fescue grass. Now I have three different types of grass and more weeds then when we began. Waste of money having them take care of our yard. Staff was polite and professional but did not communicate what was happening on our lawn, had three different managers come out and each one gave a different overview but nothing changed. I would not recommend this company.

If you are seeking to pay a company a lot of money and get next to nothing in return, I strongly recommend you hire Weed Man! My church paid them $600 for 2 weed killing applications in the Fall. When Spring came we had more weeds than we had before. When I pointed this out to Weed Man, they came out and told me I should have gotten on a program,----basically that it was my fault they did not kill the weeds. So we bought some weed killer and I sprayed the yard----the results were 1000% better with only one application. Thanks Weed Man!!! If allowed I would give 0 stars!

This review is about the companys initial procedures. Two gentlmen visited our propery on 2 different occassions. After speaking to the Operations Manager, I was told the first is called a Door Knocker. This gentleman was friendly and asked if we were interested in lawn service. Services were mentioned to include mulching, which was the only part we were interested in. When we asked about pricing, we were asked to provide our name and phone number and to sign his tablet. He specifically stated that we were consenting to being contacted for more information and to get a quote IF we wanted one. Today, about a week later, a second man shows up saying hes here to complete our estimate. We didnt request an estimate. We received a phone call and they left a voicemail to contact them about getting a quote. I told the man todday we would call when we were ready and knew what we were doing with our yard. He looked confused and told us they just do lawns, so he didnt understand what I meant. I said we were told they do mulching, and he said no. I let him know we would not need their services then. He proceeds to ask if he can send us an estimate anyway, as its part of his job. I said sure, but just the front as our gates our locked. Our gates go to our privately fenced in backyard. He replies, telling me thats no problem, he has learned tricks over time and just raises his phone over the fence for photos. Then he proceeds to show me a photo of my own backyard, taken before he even knocked on my door. For an estimate we did not request. When he asked if there was anything else he could do, I said yes, do not take any more pictures of my property without my permission and told him that was not ok. When he left, I called the company and spoke to the Operations Manager. He was polite and explained their procedures. He stated the first person, the door knocker, should have explained things better and that what we REALLY signed that day was giving this company permission to come onto our property to give an estimate. That was NOT what we were told was happening. We own the responsibility of not reading the fine print, but hold this company responsible on their end as well for shady practices. Further, the Operations Manager explained that if they dont hear back from someone in a few days, they just go on out to complete the estimate. I let him know that was not a very good practice either. So you have one person collecting your information on the pretense that its just contact so you can get more information BEFORE DECIDING IF YOU EVEN WANT AN ESTIMATE. The first visit shared NOTHING related to that being the moment we were requesting an estimate. Then, when you dont answer them, they just come out anyway and help themselves to your property. I would NEVER do business with a company operating in this manner. I wouldnt trust a single contract or business practice they operate by, especially when the manager, although very polite, seemed to be justifying all actions as their norm and that it just wasnt explained correctly. Whether its poor training or poor policy, or both, I wouldnt recommend this company based on our experiences up front, regardless of their actual lawn service potential. Before a reply occurs trying to invalidate this review, my husband provided his name but Im writing our review.

REVISED 02-01-24. Just wanted to provide an update from my previous negative review (below), I was promptly contacted by Weed Man Knoxville where their representative, Michael, took ownership to address my concerns and to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly respect a company that will stand behind their service and product, such as Weed Man has. I was impressed that they focused on getting the problem resolved versus making excuses. While I m no longer in the Knoxville service area I would still recommend their services, the yard maintenance was always great and my initial concern was only with billing, which they have addressed. The office and billing administration at Weed Man Knoxville is the absolute worst. I have not owned or lived in a property since July of last year yet they keep completing new service and billing me for it. I have called and emailed them multiple times yet they can t seem to get it corrected.

I called this company for a one time QUOTE two years ago. We did not opt to use their service, but still get monthly calls from them soliciting. Despite asking repeatedly to be removed from their list, each time being assured this would be done, I continue to get calls. Its unprofessional, irritating, and does NOT make me more likely to use them in the future. Please, stop calling people who do not want to use you or be on your repetitive call list!

Great company, great people and wonderful service. My weeds might disagree but they re DOA!

My experience has been mixed, for sure. My seeding and fertilization did not take last year, BUT...they are re-applying, which shows they care about customer satisfaction. Some of their people are not dependable, and there seem to be chronic issues with equipment breakdowns that delay or interrupt treatments. There have been errors in notification and billing also. And..yet...I AM STILL WITH THEM because: (1) They do care about making things right, and I can be loyal if I know that. I appreciate BRENT--he is thorough and conscientious. (2) But my true hero (or she-ro) is ELISE! She is brilliant in communication, customer care, and problem-solving--I would absolutely have been a long-gone, disillusioned customer if she hadnt always been available to me. Every company needs an Elise--I hope she is given the affirmation she deserves. Out of five stars, she is a 10. :)

Only 6 months in but so far so good. Taken a very bare lawn and we have some very encouraging grass growth so far. Would recommend!

There s not another mosquito spray company in Knoxville I d use. They once came out on a Saturday because I was having guest over and I saw a few mosquitoes. The customer service is amazing!!!

In my opinion, Weedman lawn services is the best in the business. They have performed lawn services to our yard for the past several years such as fertilize, weed control, grub and disease control, aerate and over seed. My yard has never looked so healthy and green and very well worth the investment.

Had been with the company for a few years and still had a good amount of weeds in the back. The company was very willing to do extra treatments to make up for it which is why I gave higher stars, but wanted to try a different company. Everyone was very nice and willing to help

Great polite and helpful people, willing to offer services but understanding that not every homeowner needs all their services. Using regular lawn fertilizer and weed control and added grub control and have eliminated the yellow patch with the fungicide treatments. My lawn looks perfect!

I have been a customer for several years for fertilizing, lawn pest control, aeration, over seeding and the like. My lawn has been transformed. It is thick, green, and lush. Most visitors and neighbors take a moment to compliment me - I tell them Weed Man gets all the credit. Im sure glad I hired the right professional team. Theyre never too busy to take a call, to send someone out to look at a potential problem, to talk about potential services, etc. They are amazing!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of this business and their employees! You can tell they truly care about their customers. Everyone has spoken to me like I m part of their family, and I am confident they are looking out for my lawn s best interest. Every time I call in to the office, I speak to the same one or two people, and I ve been able to build a great relationship with them. However, Jennifer was by far the best employee. She made sure we were always taken care of and never missed any promotions. Whenever there was a question regarding my account, Jennifer always got it right. It was a bittersweet moment to hear she was leaving due to having a baby. I will always recommend Weed Man!

I have used Weed Man lawn care for many years. I appreciate the fact that they are always responsive, I can speak to a person when I call and don t have to trudge through multiple phone menus and being placed on hold! And btw, my yard looks great. They text before they come, and come when they say or notify me if the service is delayed (usually for weather). The young men that come to do the service are very professional. I had an issue with army worms a couple years ago and they came within just a few days to spray. They always come back timely if I request a treatment. I can t address price because I honestly have not had a reason to check around. I would highly recommend Weed man.

Have tried several other services and no others have been able to keep lawn the way Weed Man has. All calls, request and questions answered.

Weed Man had been servicing my lawn for 3 years. It was a tough start to get it up to par,, but they were persistent in working with it. They respond to requests within 24 hours and are very accommodating to come out and check for issues. They have corrected issues (once they said the fertilizer they used might have been too hot, so they refertilized with a show release at no cost to me). They know what to use and when to use it. I just get a text saying when they will be here and what they are doing. My lawn is great!! Neighbors comment positively.

After giving this company specific instructions about closing and latching our gate so our dogs would not get out they left the gate open on not one but 2 occasions where my dogs all got out of the yard. The first time we called and expressed our concern and we were assured it would not happen again, however yesterday it happened again and I came home to all my dogs running loose. I immediately called the company and cancelled their service and never even received a call back with an apology. Thanks Weedman for the time I had to spend canvassing the neighborhood for my dogs. Thankfully we found them all.

Love the service and they ve always been eager to fix any minor issues we ever had. We have 5 properties with them and are very happy with the service and quality of the products they use.

Employee cussed at us at a gas pump for no reason. Please reconsider who you are hiring to represent your company.

What a disaster. After 2 years I still have the same weeds but even worse they killed the grass on half of my front yard. They sent and older guy to take a look and he pretty much admitted they screwed up on both counts. I was trying to cancel but he convinced me that he would make it right. I gave them several more months and even gave them more money to fix the front yard. They sent someone else out to aerate and over seed and fix the bare spots. It looked like a 10 year old did it. I cancelled their service and spent about $75 on seed and straw. I spent less than an hour with a hand cultivator to scratch the surface of the dirt, apply grass seed and put down straw. On top of the lawn being in very poor condition I have 4 to 6 damaged and dead shrubs and one dead tree in the same area. Got your response. The time for talking is over. You have a very poor business and you know it. You hire people that dont care and it shows. Not interested. Ive made it clear at least 10 times to cancel my service. Not interested in hearing your excuses.

This summer (23) of particularly difficult weather patterns and a malfunctioning fertilizer machine, we had a lot of damaged grass areas. Weedman offered inspections and analysis by two different individuals, different times. One concluded over-fertilization because of machine failure, the other found grub infestation. Because I had grub control applications earlier, Weedman felt they should address the damaged lawn with rake, seed and soil application at no cost to me. They sent a large crew to work for several hours to remove over-fertilized areas and grubs, seed and soil those areas. They worked very hard and were very diligent in their identification of areas and correction of those areas. Guys and girls were most polite, knowledgeable and hard workers. Our thanks to them and a company that cares!!!

This company is great and we are glad we hired them. They showed up, They did a complete job. I have to call out Payton by name. That young man worked hard at River Mist Resort in Sevierville today. He did not stop and sit. He pushed through some tough hills and was able to aerate them in a very timely manner. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat and likely will continue to use their services. Thank you for a job well done.

Very pleased with their service. I have been a customer for 5+ years my yard is always looks great.

Weed Man offers a fairly costly standardized, chemical-heavy program for a monoculture fescue turf. That program doubtless works for many. When my lawn didnt respond, in fact, was the worst around, there were assorted vague excuses, including army worms when there was no proof of that infestation. When I wanted to introduce clover, there was no way to work that into their program since nitrogen-fixing clover is a weed. I was even told that I couldnt buy clover seed, when its available right up the street at Mayo. So, basically, I didnt fit their model and the relationship didnt work.

Weed control worked as expected and I like the fact they came back from time to time to check on the property. They did a great job with Wild Violets, spontaneously treating them on top of the area treatment. WeedMan fixed in one year what Trugreen failed to do for us in 3 years. However, I regret not being able to rely on them for unforeseeable events. For example, I had to fix myself the damage caused by the army worms in 2021. WeedMan was asking $1 per square foot for power raking + overseeding over approximately 2,000 sqft. Which was definitely not a reasonable quote. Proof is that I rented a power rake ~$100 for the weekend, and I raked my entire property twice (half acre), four times in the damaged areas, I also did the front yard of my neighbor and then heavy overseeding. Total cost $500 + my time, but everything was fixed before Winter. Note this is not a fun job and I can see why people would look for professional assistance and they should do that. But in turn companies like WeedMan should have justifiable pricing. So the 3-star score I am giving represents the average of a 5 (weed control) and a 0 (the quote and unfriendly response when challenged). I am however considering contracting them again this year.

This is the first time that Ive had a green yard without weeds I love The Weed Man. If I see weeds and call them they will come back out again.

Have used Weedman for 2 seasons with a new yard, always provide an alert the day before coming out, quick and efficient, but take the time to answer any questions. Yard looks great, even have 2 neighbors that took up using their service. Highly recommend them, going in to year 3 with them.

Talk about a professional company. Rep came out last week saying that I have snow mold and I need to get a fungicide down to stop the lawn damage. The owner of Weed Man came out this morning, said there is no reason to apply the fungicide, he would gladly do it if I wanted it, but if it was his lawn, he wouldn t apply the fungicide on his lawn. How much more honest did he need to be to me, he easily could have taken my money. Close to 150 bucks, but he would rather me be happy. You don t find people like Brian anymore in society. Thank you Weed Man, you earned a customer for a long time.

My husband and I were looking for simple fertilization services only and Weed Man seemed to fit the bill. Tim came out immediately and gave us an estimate. He was polite and progressional, educated me on the services they have available and happily answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he wasn t pushy for our business. I needed time to confirm that I wanted to proceed with service and he patiently waited! When I was ready a few days later, he established our services with no problem.

Im revising my previous review because the company has gone above and beyond to remedy the situation. While Im still not entirely thrilled with how all this played out (and why I wont give 5 stars), I cant complain about the solution. Thank you to the weedman team for getting this addressed.

Definitely the best lawn care I ve ever used. They let u know ahead when they re coming out, they don t come out when the weather forecast isn t good. They treated my lawn for brown patch and totally amazed me with the results, it s pricey but it definitely makes a difference. Will sign up for it next year! Very well run business, Friendly and professional staff.

I have called 3 seperate times to try to get weedman canceled, 3 separate times Ive been told that my account worker isnt in and she will get back to me. Its been 2 weeks Ive been calling and trying to cancel. Today no ones even answering. I dont know what I need to do to get this canceled. My yard has more weeds than it did when we started using weedman so I dont see the point anymore. I dont know if i need to cancel it from my bank or what but the customer service here is very lacking.

If the treatment was supposed to do anything, it didnt. Healthy looking weeds are everywhere. I canceled and promptly received a bill that has services from 2 months ago plus a late charge. Hhmmm? Moving on...

Weve used other services that will remain nameless, but lets just say our grass ended up being truly brown. A friend recommended Weed Man and we were impressed immediately from the minute they showed up and have for the past 3 years weve used their services. They are a little bit higher in price, but you know you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

This year my experience with weed man has been very very poor. Any issue that arose had to be discovered by me, I.e. fungus and Dallas grass, rather than the tech being proactive and pointing out and offering a solution. I ve also had to call/text multiple times to remind about service I requested. Finally, the aeration and seeding job performed was not completed, dead areas were left untouched. Every time I turn around I have to call them for something or pay them for something and in the end I have a terrible looking lawn. That s not fair or ethical in my book. The picture is the dead strip by the sidewalk that was left untouched during the seeding/aeration. I gave two stars instead of 1 bc I m confident they ll come out and fix it but I don t have time to be managing the service - good service is expected when they take my money.

Multiple applications and my weeds have never looked more healthy!

Well, they asked me for my opinion for all the world to see, so here goes. I went to Weedman after getting very sorry service from the folks at TruGreen. Seems to me that I had moved up on the ladder till all of the promises started falling through and I began getting overwhelmed with all of the sales pitches from you have bugs eating your leaves on the trees or Did ya know that we offer mosquito services for your property to Oh...THOSE weeds...yeah, well be sure to get those on our next visit. The latest comment has been the unpredictable warm weather in the winter and that I should just be patient for the next cold snap to take care of it instead of them coming out and tending to my yard so that I dont have weeds. Ugh. I just want my lawn to look like what they advertise without have to take out a 2nd mortgage for a seeding process that doesnt guarantee that it will be weed free!! So. There ya have it. Im sitting on the fence when it comes to being able to say whether it has been worth my time and hard earned money....Looks like I may be tending to my own 1/4 acre of grass with a spreader for the granularyard stuff from my local Home Depot again...I believe I will save money this year instead of paying for someones bonus for outstanding sales pitching...just sayin.

They eliminated the grassy weed from my zoysia. I had Tru green for years and they made my grassy weeds worse.

I had the service for a year or so. Found a guy in my backyard unannounced said he was doing an inspection, said I had other weeds that would need a different service for. Guess the base service doesn t cover all the weeds. I canceled them maybe 6 months ago. They keep calling asking how my yard is doing, I just got a call at 8:35pm from them with no one there. Very creepy.

Best lawncare company ever! Im a first time customer, and theyre actually able to get rid of my wild violets. Also their mosquito control is fantastic. Thanks Weed Man!

***7/12/21 I wanted to update this post. Jeff called this morning and we discussed my issues. He is making it right. I very much appreciate it*** have used this company for over a year and have been happy until now. They have told me twice they wouldprovide the service they advertise and they failed. Two weeks ago I asked them to reschedule a treatment and they said yes but then came anyway. Two hours after they fertilized my yard the lawn service mowed which made fertilization worthless. When I called to complain she said they would would come out this week and reapply the fertilizer. I have yet to see them and its been over a week. I am very disappointed. And wont be recommending them to anyone.

I never contacted this company. Came home from work and had a guy open my gate and in my back yard. He parked in my driveway and blocked me from coming in. He said he rang the door bell which I have ring and he did not do so. But with no one answering the door he helped himself to my property And was i. My back yard with a phone call or anything. I have made a police report on them for trespassing and would not allow this company to come without notice or just show up unannounced. He s lucky I didn t have my handgun on me. You don t enter people s property without asking for permission.

Very unreliable company, didnt show up for weed treatment, I kept calling,but I was given excuses and not results, my lawn looks terrible, I got rid of this service, I dont recommended..

Very professional!

Nice employees but their schedule is a mess, completely missed the rear section of our yard each time meaning a re treatment every time. Failed to schedule over seed and air the yard I had to call four times to make that happen at which point was told they would cover it only to be charged for it. That charge is ongoing.

Mitchell V. came out to my property and presented me with a plan to get grass growing in my backyard and improve the quality of my grass in the front yard. I followed the plan and my backyard went from clay and rock with thick grass and my front yard is weed free and looking great. Very pleased with the service.

Weedman was very professional handling my yard. Customer service is excellent, an employees are highly trained they know what to do with your yard, I would recommend Weedman for your yard services.

Having used another lawn service several years ago that caused more damage than improvement to my lawn, I was hesitant to do business with another lawn service. But I had a lot of bare spots that were eroding, plus moss, wild violets, and other weeds and needed help. I called Weedman because I saw other yards in my neighborhood that were successfully being serviced by Weedman. After one season of their lawn treatment package, and having them aerate and oversow this past fall, I am VERY pleased with the results so far. Although my yard is a work in progress, there is now grass in what had been problem areas of my lawn. Their customer service is excellent. They text me a day before they apply a treatment so I know they are coming out. If a problem persists, such as wild violets, one call brings them back out to retreat. I so pleased that I have already pre-paid for Weedmans services for the next year and cant wait to see what my lawn looks like this summer!

My lawn is the best it has been ever.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. Customer service is awesome! Its great to be able to be outside and know that myself, my children and dogs are safe from all the disease carring insects. I highly recommend this company!

These guys do excellent work, above and beyond any other company I ve used. They alert you prior to arriving. They are very polite and extremely knowledgeable of their products. And they capable and willing to discuss your lawn needs to satisfy your desire. I wouldn t even entertain another quote from a competitor. Super happy customer here.

I wish I could upload before and after photos. Over a two year period, my lawn when from Weedy & Needy to Grassy and Classy ! We used the weed control, fertilizers, seeding and aeration service for two years straight. Very satisfied customer.

Timely, professional services. I have recommended Weed Man to several neighbors, and they are all now satisfied customers. Prices are reasonable for the service. Thay have maintained a healthy lawn on our property.

My appointment was rescheduled several times but that was weather dependent . Once they arrived they were polite and thorough, probably more thorough than other reviews mentioned. I was very happy with their service and would more than likely use them again. I had the spring aeration service and they covered the lawn several times to ensure maximum aeration.

I had another lawn service for three years. I felt that was enough time to prove oneself. They failed in a big way. That was True Green. I then went to Weed Man expecting to have to wait at least three years to get results. I just started my second year and We have a beautiful lawn. I still have one small section that needs help. It is my hope they can solve that problem by the start of next year.

Excellent customer service and lawn care services

I used them for years and they got to the point they did not listen to what I actually wanted them to do. They were sending techs out for expensive treatments I never wanted and hounded me to death about paying after I was layed off. I alerted them that I was not working because of Covid but they did not care at all. So after 7 years I let them go.

We have been a customer of Weed Man (Knoxville) for the past two years, with great results. Today, a technician named Mitchell, from Weed Man arrived to perform dethatching and over-seeding on our property on Watts Bar Lake in Rockwood which has a very steep grade. We want to thank him and Weed Man for a job well done! Mitchell was determined to get the job done when most people would have said the lawn was too steep for their machine. It is refreshing to see that Customer Service is alive and well with Weed Man and specifically with Mitchell. Thanks for your great service!

Have been a customer for 4 years and am pleased with their services. My lawn was neglected by the previous owner and they nursed it back to health. They complete all services in a professional manner and are excellent with being responsive when I need their help. I like that they send me text messages just before they plan to come out to do an application.

Weed Man provides excellent service and a worry free lawn for the homeowner. Through their service our lawn is thick, lush and weed free.

My yard looked better almost immediately! Unlike other weed control companies, they took the initiative to say a follow up (free) treatment would be required and scheduled it themselves. Technicians always let me know they will be in the yard, and are both courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn t be more pleased!

Good for weeds

I had an application made for myself and my neighbor and was not happy with the results. I attempted to call the owner and left several messages for him to call me back. Unfortunately he did not receive the messages due to poor performance of the office staff so the message was never delivered. I was finally able to meet with Brian the owner and he is making every effort to rectify the situation. He was very upset that he had not received the information and understandably so. He was very professional at our meeting and I have full confidence in him at this point. I look forward to a continued relationship with him at Weedman.

Follow up. After misunderstanding with Weed Man, received a phone call from owner who followed up with the situation. Never has anyone been more cooperative in this business. Even received phone call from service tech with accurate time of arrival for treatment. What a huge help when having dogs. Thank you again.

Paid for two applications to kill my weeds, it appears I have more weeds then when they started!

Ive left voice mail messages and online quote request and getting no call backs. I guess customer service isnt their specialty. Ive finally made contact and they are doing what they can to get me started. Im anxious to see if they are better than TruGreen.

Terrible customer service and product. I have been a customer of Weedman since April. The customer service is horrible. My emails and requests have gone weeks without a response. We have crabgrass all over our yard that Weedman has supposedly treated, yet it remains as alive as ever. We are canceling our services with them and trying another company. EDIT: To respond to the owners response, I received no phone call or voicemail from you. Try again.

On 10/12019 they came to my house to treat my yard. I work nights. I woke up and looked out my window at 1:15 they were not here yet. I got dressed came downstairs at 1:20 in time to see them pull away. They were at my house less then 5 minutes. My mailman said he saw them. They did nothing to my yard. He said they pretty much rolled right through. I had suspected them of doing this for awhile. I talked to the owner Brian Light. We argued over it. He took up for his guys but I was here he was not. He told me he would refund my money. 2 weeks later I have not received a dime. I am now filling a formal complaint with the BBB. Use this company at your own risk.

I was confronted by a door to door salesman in mid September for a FREE lawn quote which I reluctantly agreed to. When the quote came back I attempted to ignore it as I chose to not have the service. However, the representative in their office made multiple calls and I finally answered to at least listen to her sales pitch. I again reluctantly agreed to the service temporality and stated I would discuss with my wife and would call back to cancel if I did not want the service. In this same conversation I explicitly stated that I did NOT want the service performed on my lawn while I was away on vacation. I did call back 3 days later to cancel the service after speaking to a gentleman in the office. I went on vacation and came back home to a notice on my front door stating that service had been complete with a bill for 295.00. I called the office to have this sorted out and the lady told me that the boss would have to clear the bill due to the amount and that he would call me back. A week went by with no return call. In the mean time they send me another bill with late charges attached! I call back the following week and get told the boss is on a conference call and that he will call back in 10 minutes. Again, no return call! I have now called 3 times with no results. I am now refusing to pay their bill and would recommend that you find another provider for lawn service. Listen to your wife gentlemen!

I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!All the owner cares about is money and how to make profit out of useless applications done to the lawns. Be prepared to have technicians out spraying in the rain and don t let me get started with his sales guys you ll be getting signed up for services you didn t sign up for and be charged for it. If your looking for a honest lawn care company this ain t it you re better off going to a small non franchise locally owned company .

All I can say is that I could not be happier with my continued experience with Weed Man. From the owner of the company to the office staff and the landscape professionals. Everyone has been very helpful & educated in their field. All have been proactive in their approach. I have recently built a new home with the hopes of growing in a beautiful healthy lawn. Because of construction & soil content I have had severe problematic areas throughout my yard. This company WILL NOT let up until you and.. THEY are happy with the results. They have really gone beyond the call of duty! I m sure anyone working with Weed Man will be equally thrilled! Great ready for a great looking lawn!! Thanks Weed Man!!

So glad I changed to Weedman . They are very accommodating with my schedule which is important. The yard is shaping up nicely can t wait until June when all my Bermuda grass is in place.

So far so good. I have used them for a few months and they have done what they said and arrived when they said they would. The Technician was very polite and thorough. I will continue to use them as long as they keep up the good work. The yard sure looks better.

After too many years with the ugliest yard in the neighborhood it was time for professional help and Weedman delivered an enviable lawn in just over a year of treatments. Now I need a new mower to keep up with the weed free lawn.

The gentleman who sprayed our yard yesterday was great, he addressed all the problem areas that needed attention. Allways friendly and professional! Thank you!

Jenny Walker is the main reason I do business with Weed Man. The other services in town provide the same basic lawn care program. The difference is the customer service and that is all Jenny Walkers doing. When you need a respray or an alternative schedule she gets it done that day. Thanks for all the help Jenny! Kirk

I had tried them all - True Green, ChemLawn, Scotts... and got the same unsatisfactory treatment from all of them. With those other companies, regardless of what my lawn needed, I got whatever they had on the truck that day - the stuff that all E.TN was going to get. I was willing to pay for special chemical treatments such as fungicide if thats what mylawn needed. After all, thats why I sign up for and pay for a specialty lawn service company - theyre supposed to be the experts. Heck, if all theyre going to do is spread fertilizer, then I can buy that at Home Depot and get a high school neighbor to spread it. But those other guys technicians never noticed or said anything. My lawn suffered and my money was wasted. But Weed Man is different. The person who answers their phone knows what theyre talking about and so do the technicians - lawns, insects, fungus, invasive weeds, chemicals. They even have an experienced person come out and make routine inspections of the yard to make sure my lawn is getting what it needs. If the inspector sees that the last application wasnt completely effective, Weed Man repeats the treatment for free. Thats the expert service I expect, and guess what - I dont have to pay extra to get it. Hats off to the Weed Man organization - they know their business and understand customer service. I just want to compliment the tech (Rijash) who worked on my yard yesterday. He covered my yard very thoroughly and made sure that a couple of bare spots were seeded extra. Overall, he did an excellent job.

The rep who came out for an estimate was great! As was the tech who applied our first round. Both super people!!

This company is the best. I called them out in the summer to clear all the weeds, fertilize, and seed my lawn All of the weeds were gone in 2-3 weeks, they seeded this fall and the lawn looks great. They always call ahead, let me know if there is a schedule change, and show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

I have always been hesitant paying for lawn service due to the high price and the reliability until I found Weedman. My neighbor used them and I saw an instant transformation in their lawn so I decide to try it out. My yard was overtaken by weeds and was quite embarrassed by my lawn. Enter Weedman. The price is reasonable, they arrive when scheduled, and they guarantee their services. I have two small children and a wife at home and my time with them is valuable so when I can entrust my yard to someone I can depend on who truly knows what they are doing, why not! I give them 5 stars because I have not been disappointed and in fact am now getting compliments on my yard!

3 years ago I brought on Weed Man to service my lawn and at the time it was about 80-90% weeds and unwanted grass. Now after 3 years, because of their treatment & care, my lawn looks like Disney World :). I can tell Weed Man in Knoxville, Tn takes care to do the job right. Thanks a bunch.

Grass did grow greener and relatively quick throughout the year, but their management of crabgrass did not work and actually worsened after each treatment

Following treatment throughout 2017 I was left with a scarred lawn with sparse grasses and yes, weeds. All of this after having spent several hundred dollars. Never again!!

Emailed for evaluation and was given a date. They never showed or called. I called them.and was told they came but the owner needed to.come.evaluate and was given a date for that. He never came. I called back and was told.something came up and once again was given another date he was coming. And yet again, no show or no follow up from weedman. Communication is key to customer service! Oh well, if you dont want.my business I will gladly take.it elsewhere.

Customer service are the best! Techs were helpful and taught me better ways to keep up with my lawn. All of the services did what I was told they were going to do. Will definitely use them for many years to come!!
