Naturescape is a five star landscaping company in Knoxville, I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

When they showed up, the work was fine. But the problem was them showing up. And the customer service representatives had no problem telling you they were coming out when in fact they were not. For example, I initially signed up for every other week services. When I first signed up (I believe on a Monday or Tuesday), they said they would be out at my house that week or early the following week. They ended up showing up almost 10 days later on a Thursday. I gave them a pass because they gave me the excuse that they were still hiring folks and what not. They then came two weeks later, which I was happy about, but I didn t know at that time that would be the last time they d be coming. Two weeks later, no one showed up. No call or anything. So I called them the following Monday, to which they gave an excuse about their employees quitting and maintenance on their mowers. They said they would be out that week on Thursday to mow, and they were sorry. Well that Thursday came and went with no mowing and no call. I called back and left a message, and they called back the next day with the same excuse as last time, employees and mower maintenance. It was at that point I decided to cancel my service because they let my yard get crazy high with all the false promises of coming out. I definitely do not recommend.

Naturescape is a great value and they are very professional. We have been customers for over 5+ years and have not had any issues. Highly recommended.

They barely spot spray my yard rather on the full yard they show lack of respect for your furniture on the patio and just drag the hose right across the patio furniture and slam them into each other and damage them Ive talked to them about the problem but it still doesnt seem to matter.

Naturescape has been a joy to work with. They are always responsive and do what they say they are gonna do, when they say they are gonna do it.

I have not had a weed in my lawn since I have been using them. They are easily accessible via their phone. Their website is not so great but easy enough to call them for questions and payments.

I wish to commend Naturescape and Jacob Gamble on the fall aeration and overseeding job he did on my lawn this past week. Jacob was courteous and professional. He took his time and did not rush the job. He was attentive to detail, careful about working around the landscape, and did excellent work. I appreciate this kind of work ethic so very much. BEWARE! Let me start by saying that I rarely (if ever) leave reviews. And I gave them EVERY chance to respond to my before leaving reviews but they didn t. So, I m leaving this review for 2 reasons: 1) they deserve it, and 2) perhaps I can help prevent someone from thinking they re getting a bargain and have the experience I did. You ll get what you pay for. I ve been with Naturescape for 3 years. I stuck around for 3 reasons: 1) Price, 2) they did a pretty good job on weeds. 2) they didn t make my grass too healthy so I didn t have to cut it often. However, as my grass and their service continued to deteriorate, I reached a breaking point and had to cancel - or should I say TRY to cancel, since I ve been waiting for a refund for over a month! First, I experienced increasing weeds and almost always had a yellowing, anemic-looking lawn. Then, as a bonus each year, they would decorate my lawn with a dark green design like an S , a squiggly, or a circle as they haphazardly applied fertilizer. When pointed it out to them (more than once), they told me it could be due to a number of things including watering. I have a sprinkler system, and I m not sure how to water in an S pattern. Plus, it was strange how it only showed up the week after their fertilizer application. I reached my breaking point with the granular applications. Each time, they left the fertilizer all over my hardscapes and patio area rug (where my dog lays). When I mentioned this more than once, I was told 2 things 1) The only trailers that have blowers are used for our mowings, and 2) in the attempts to conserve product and keep it off the hardscapes, they try to stay away from the hardscapes. So, since the mowing crew has blowers, I guess they re saying it s NOT OK to leave grass on the hardscapes, but it IS OK to leave fertilizer all over the place? Despite the issues, it was hard to ignore the price, so when the technician came to apply the last service this year, I went inside to prepay for aeration, seeding, and next year s service. However, when I came outside, the tech was gone and - once again, there was fertilizer all over my driveway, sidewalks, and patio! So, I called and asked for a refund. I was told they would process the refund on the next morning and that I would receive an email and a phone call for confirmation of the refund. Four days later, no call, no email. I sent 2 more emails and was then told the refund would take 2 to 3 weeks! 3 weeks later, I received an email saying the credit was issued. Now, it s 10 days after that and I still haven t received the credit and they ve stopped returning my emails.

I had a great experience on the phone with Brittany in the Knoxville location. She was very educated and answered all of my questions. Def say she has 100% customer service !! Can t wait to start my new service soon

Brittany and Logan were very knowledgeable about the products and were very responsive to my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The technicians are quick and thorough. The products they use have proven to be very effective for maintaining my lawn. And when I ask questions, they are friendly, courteous and thorough with their responses. When I phone the office, the office staff are also very friendly and so willing to help me. Im sometimes a pain. But they put up with me anyway and I feel satisfied when the call is done. I will sign up again for the annual service next year.

I would recommend to anyone needing fertilization or weed control done. They are the best in the area.

I was lured in by the inexpensive annual program cost, turns out it was near worthless. Weeds everywhere, no idea what the tech was doing, no information what he was applying. My six month old sodded yard looked worse than when they started. After six months, I canceled the service. Satisfaction Guaranteed right? Its going on four weeks and I still dont have my refund yet. I couldnt recommend this business to anyone, under any conditions.

We usually treat our yard ourselves, but thanks to the recent flooding in Knoxville this year the mosquitos were outrageous. We couldn t get from the car into our house without getting bit multiple times. After the first treatment it completely transformed our outdoor living space. We have been able to be outside at any time of the day, and never get bit! Also, they have wonderful customer service!

Yard looks like it was a rushed job high spots and uneven and not weedeated well looks like i paid a neighborhood kid to do it and not a professional company.

From the local office to the service techs Naturescape services have been great. Whenever we have called the office, Michelle has ALWAYS answered and been very professional & helpful (nice to have a human on the other end). The service techs actually DO the service they are here to do - you KNOW they have service the entire property & not just hit or miss. Very satisfied with their Tree & Shrub Program & will continue to use their services.

Chris, Rusty, Brandon, and the rest of the crew have done a great job for us. They completed our front yard landscaping last year and we are very happy with the way that it turned out. This year we hired them to design and install a complete overhaul of our backyard and we could not be happier with the results so far!

We have been using Naturescapes lawn program for a couple years. They have always been dependable and professional. Recently my husband injured his knee and could not mow our lawn. Initially I hired a neighbor who owned a small business to take care of our mowing. Unfortunately I could not depend on his company to show up when scheduled or return my phone calls. I remembered Naturescape also did mowing so I contacted the office and explained my situation. A gentleman came early the next morning and took care of our mowing. They come every other week and always contact me a day before to let me know when they will arrive. They do a wonderful job mowing, trimming, and blowing.
