After the first cutting they never returned, only replied to me after the third text and phone call, however when he replied he said,”next week they will be there (because of rain). Well a month later and my three properties grew at rate of two feet for the home and five feet for the others. I was unable to try and weed eat the grass down because I just had major surgery. The reason I was given for not replying to me was that,”they had a lost iPhone “. Remember this is an iPhone and everything is on the cloud so therefore if you were business then everything should be saved on the cloud and you should have another accessibility to your clientele list. So I accepted that reasoning and they never showed up I received two letters from the city indicating that if I did not get the grass cut that it was going to be a tremendous cost to me and I was going to receive a ticket. All I will say is that if you are a small business clients grow your Blair business and word of mouth does just as well. If Lindsay Lawncare wanted to dismiss me from their business I wish they had just sent an email or a text message releasing me, that way I would’ve been able to find another lawn care service to address my needs. All in all, I did find someone else that I am pleased with but I do think them for the one cutting.
