James always does a great job, is professional, and friendly.

I have used Emerald Island for several years, and I have referred many of my friends and neighbors to them who also joined. Quality significantly dropped off this year, and when I questioned issues with my yard, I was told it was just drought related. Now that the drought issues has subsided, I have several patches in my yard where disease killed the grass and it has not come back. I have also used them for the last several years to perform aeration and overfeeding, but this year was just not up to the quality and standard I have come to expect. They destroyed one of my overflow caps in my yard that was flagged, and they never offered to compensate me for the damage. Finally, after canceling my service due to repeated issues, I did ask them to come and perform one last treatment for them winter which I of course would pay for, but they refused because I wasnt a current customer. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, and the customer service and treatment I have received this year is simply unacceptable. I will say they the lady who manages their office has always been kind and professional.

So simple to use Emerald Island Lawn Services. They take care of everything and I dont have to worry about it. I get compliments on my yard all the time. Thank you!

Our yard is brand new, sod laid in November so we put our trust in Emerald Island, Colin and Keegan have done a great job! Lush lawn with no weeds at all, it looks great. Aeration was great, didnt damage any sprinkler heads or hit my fiberoptic line. He hit bare spots with extra seed also, appreciate their fine work.

Emerald Island was a suggestionfrom Steve at Acadia. we signed up for 5 treatments which I would have liked to present me with a schedule of treatment.(And yes, this year has been a nightmare with weather issues). We take care of our own yard and despite that, weeds are bad from the HOA landscapers blowing lawn cuttings everywhere. We had hoped that communications whould have said weather, etc isnt helping for lawn treatments. Also may I say this argument about not capturing grass clippings is ridiculous- why? we have thatch beyond belief. Thatch contributes to poor ground health for grass roots and with this heavy clay soil, we chose to capture our clippings. And we will mow to the level we feel is adequate for our lawn to survive. So despite your suggestions, one size does not fit all. We havent decided it we will continue with your service for 2025 as yet.

My yard looks terrible paying over 2,000 they do not communicate and it s always about any up charge we paid upfront to save $$ not worth doing that ever again if you owe them the payment guess what you will get when you do what your suppose to do as they quote if your not satisfied the will repeat the treatment !!!! The technician, Ben, got right after the fall weed and fertilizer treatment when he showed up. When I interrupted him to inquire what was killing my grass in certain locations he replied grubs, and set about digging for proof. I had to leave for an appointment, but the proof was wiggling in a tightly closed, clear bag at the front door. Excellent! Thats why I trust my lawn care to Emerald Island. They go the extra mile and are so professional.

The yard looks terrible this year: many weeds, odd grass, and dying patches. Not sure what happened, but a year ago it was beautiful. Seems like any issue is an up charge. Starting to wonder what we are paying for exactly.

Emerald island has done a good job for us - consistently, and they keep us informed of what they will be doing, when and when they have finished it.

Usually the only signs I notice from the services are the smell of the chemicals and sometimes fertilizer pellets. Last week after the previous week services I noticed where it appears grass was burned by fertilizer. See picture submitted. My wife also wants the spraying of our bushes to stop as they also seem to get harmed by it.

Looks good so far Chris was here today (5/29) and we had a discussion about the condition of my lawn, what can be done if needed. He answered my questions and suggested we keep doing what we have so far. Could not have asked for anything else. So far Emerald Island Lawn Services has done a great job did us and I highly recommend them .

We are very pleased with how our yard has improved in such a short period of time. Multiple homes in our subdivision use Emerald Island and all are well managed turfs.

Had a few issues at the beginning of the season which they addressed. Learned a lot of tips about watering and mowing from Collin who came to my house to fertilize today. Very knowledgeable.

Emerald Isle is wonderful. Our lawn was newly laid sod and was not taken care of prior to us moving into our newly built home. Emerald Isle assisted me and now our lawn is thick and lush. Have been a customer for 2 years now. Will continue with their service.

Weve lived in multiple states and can say with certainty that you will not find a more responsive company who also delivers results. I always reach someone when I call; a technician is always sent to our home within 48 hours to address a need or concern; and their products WORK. We moved to Knoxville from out of state last summer and the grass had not been treated in many years. It was far more weeds than grass. We have a large, flat lot and wanted a beautiful lawn. After asking multiple people (neighbors, arborists, irrigation guys), Emerald Island was the unanimous recommendation. They may be more expensive than some competitors, but the proof is in the green, lush grass. Many thanks to Emerald Island and our technician, Ben, for excellent service and amazing results!

Great service to our lawn. Our lawn was noticably greener and thicker than any of our neighbors. One time, the tech ran into our back fence and dented it. We talked to the office and they had us call our fence company to schedule a repair. After that, Emerald Isle talked directly to the fence company and took care of the entire bill for the repair. No hassle for us at all and they took care of the cost. To me, that speaks volumes of their integrity as a business. And on top of that, their treatments do exactly what they say theyll do. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our yard is partially surrounded by forest. We tried for years with little success to establish lawn but only when finally engaged Emerald Lawn on the recommendation of friend did we get the results we hoped for. Improvement was near immediate and took two seasons to realize full benefit. Strongly recommend the service if green vibrant lawn important to you and you ve not had success on your own or with other lawn service.

Shout out to Emerald Island Lawn Service. We have used several different companies over the years trying to get our lawn looking decent. Emerald Island is far and away the best lawn service. Our lawn is thick and green and looks like a carpet. The grass is so thick you have to pick up your feet to walk across it. You can t easily shuffle across the yard. Iur yard looks better than it ever has in the twenty years we have lived here.
