Superior Lawn Care Inc in Knoxville

My apartment complex uses this company for landscaping. One of the mowers threw a rock in the window, and left it that way! The apartment manager has been trying to reach the owner as well as I to make arrangements for this to be fixed, but the owner is ignoring all the messages. This is about accountability for one's mistakes. This company broke my window, and instead of fixing it he is ignoring it. I am recovering from recent relapse cancer surgery. I am disabled, and have many doctor appointments not to mention I need to be able to grocery shop. I had to have a friend last minute take me to a doctor appointment today. I need my window fixed so I can make my doctors appointment. I am on fixed disability income. He is keeping me from necessary medical health care. This company is liable for this damage. There is no way on my fixed disability income I can afford to fix their mistake nor should I be having to. He has had almost nine days now to fix the damage as I have struggled to find rides to appointments. Yesterday I tried driving the car, and the rest of the window shattered on the interstate where I had to pull over. It was very scary experience. This is extremely unprofessional that not only did they break my window, but the owner is not returning our calls. This is really unacceptable behavior. Shame on you! People considering this business should know this horrible experience I have had.

Great people an jobs well dune

Was contracted out to do hedge trimming for our apartment complex. Stepped on and ruined my flowers, and bent my summer decorations when the bush was easily accessible from a walkway that didn't require going into the mulch, plants or effecting my decorations. That happened at 11am when they first came through and trimmed the bushes. Then later in the day around 4pm, they came back and cut down my raspberry bush which was clearly part of my garden area bricked off. They also do lawn mowing and always blow grass onto the cars and hit things all the time, including the property flags that the complex puts up and people's individual decorations.

They do a good job mowing but that's it! I live in an apartment complex where they are contracted out to keep our apartment complex mowed and mulched and neat! Every time they come they get in the mulch and blow it all over our porches and leave a horrible mess for us to have to clean after they leave! They have ruined my fall decorations and now my outdoor Christmas decorations! I have lived here going on 3 years and this is the worst lawn care crew we have had! The last time they were here one of the punk kids working for them cussed at me and blew debris all inside my house! Our building maintenance had to come clean up the mess they left! I have tried to call and speak to management and never get a call back! Do not use this crew they hire inexperienced punks that do not care about your private property!
