Seeds of Change stands behind their service and works to make things right. My husband and I recently had some hardscape work performed and while the finished product looked nice, it was not what we had envisioned nor initially requested. We reached out to Meg who was very understanding and escalated the issue immediately. Toby and the rest of the team including Drew, Bartley, James and others worked to come up with a resolution. They worked diligently, professionally and with attention to detail to make our vision into a reality. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and only wanted us to be happy with the final product. We have had our system for nearly two years, and the service side of the business has continued to shine. Johnny manages my system and has taken care of problems that pop up with timeliness, professionalism, and competence. He has spent significant time diagnosing the issues and not just slapped a quick fix on it. If Johnny leaves this company, I will go where he goes. Hes a keeper.

Seeds of Change is our new landscaping company this year, after ~20 years with another local company that ceased operations at the beginning of the year. We have started with a regular lawn mowing schedule, with Malaki doing the entire job on all occasions so far. Malaki is an excellent worker, and pays attention to the details of the mowing, edging and clean-up blowing tasks. We are pleased with his efforts, and the Seeds of Change service so far. Soon a full landscaping job will commence, so will follow up with a future report.

Recently moved to the area and Seeds Of Change was recommended To us by our agent. Our law was very sparse and in extreme need of TLC when we moved. The professionals handling irrigation, aeration, seating, and mowing, have been spectacular. Jonny and irrigation and Malachi with our mowing. I absolutely LOVE my new yard! Seeds of Change have been so great to work with. From the design by Liane, who captured my vision completely, to the guys who did all the work!! Those guys worked so hard and I cant believe one crew can 1) build a retaining wall, plant all the landscaping trees and shrubs AND build a beautiful flagstone walkway (including steps)! Shout out to James, Bus (also James), Chris (also James) and Jesse! What a great team! They were polite, hard working, tireless and efficient! Beyond impressed with our whole experience! My Monday task was to START getting sod installation quotes. I spoke with Meg Monday afternoon. Robbie came to our house Monday evening to get a better idea of the project and measurements. A proposal was emailed by Monday evening and our sod installation was completed by Jesse and crew Wednesday afternoon. I d hire them a million times over! Thanks to all of you for being the change in customer service!

My experience with Seeds of Change was top notch. I knew almost immediately during the on site consultation that Stephen had a great plan in mind. All I had to do was trust his expertise. He executed it to perfection! Everything was very well thought out - size, color, texture, variety, grouping & placement. The entire team was super professional, respectful, meticulous & hard working. It was obvious they all take great pride in what they do. Terrible communication. I reached out to this company to do some lawn treatment services (fertilizer, weed control, etc.). On two separate occasions they showed up unannounced to treat my yard. This was concerning because I did not want my dog or infant son exposed to any of the chemicals. Fortunately, both times, my neighbor informed me that they came, and I was able to keep everyone off the yard for the evening. After both instances they assured me that they would notify me ahead of time before they came again. Well they came a third time to treat the yard without calling, and this time I did not find out until a week later. While I cannot remember if my family spent time in the yard that evening, it s very likely we did since we do most nights. Therefore my son would have been crawling in the grass that was treated earlier that day. Every time they came out I asked about the risk of getting in the yard after they treated and how long I should wait. I received a different answer each time. After the last time they came, they said there was absolutely no risk from the chemicals they used (pre-emergent weed control). Even so, I still would not have exposed my son to it that same day. All I asked was for them to let me know a day before they came out so I could keep my son and pet out of the chemicals. They had three chances and failed each time. If you have similar concerns, I recommend you look elsewhere.

I can t say enough about the professionalism shown by the team at Seeds of Change! They came out to consult on some landscaping needs I had and were timely, professional and competitively priced. Highly recommend!

I have not used this business but will in future. I have talked to Preston about what to do about giving me a suggestion for what to do to allow some vines to climb at the end of our patio. His response was thorough and with a great idea on how to do it. I am going with a trellis to replace lattice. He was very professional and which leads me to know I will use Seeds of Change Landscaping & Lawn Care soon for landscaping and maybe more hardscaping ideas to come.

It s been a couple of weeks now since Liane and her crew came out and completely redesigned our flower beds on the front and back of the house. It looks amazing! Can t thank Liane and her staff enough for being so easy to deal with and doing everything that I asked. From start to finish there was nothing but professionalism. If you are thinking of using another landscaping company I wouldn t make this mistake. You will not go wrong choosing them to transform your flower beds to the best in the neighborhood.

The crew showed up, worked all day and did exactly what I needed. My yard had gotten out of hand and they cleared and cleaned it up so I can manage the maintenance myself.

The company designed a wonderful multi terrace layout for a vast rock garden, with 85 new plantings. Showed up on time and on schedule with a significant team of workers and equipment, to carry out execution and installation of the design. This is a real deal no nonsense organization. Which is highly recommended. A very professional organization.

The best landscaping company!!!! I bought a new house in September 2022 that had lots of landscaping issues. I met with several landscaping companies and decided to go with Seeds of Change. They have been great to work with-in every way! Their prices are reasonable and the quality of the work they have done in my yard has been excellent. I have used their services for mowing, planting, mulching and irrigation. I needed help at the last minute to get my house ready for an open house last week and somehow they were able to get mulch laid within 2 days!!!! I can t say enough good things about this company! I ve never written a review before, but this needed to be said!

I definitely will use Seeds of Change again. The crew was on time and couldnt have been more polite (to my family and dog). They obviously have been trained to find ways to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, which they did! Job was completed on time and on budget. After an AMAZING experience with the installation of new landscaping (5 stars there), we have entered the maintenance phase of our yard care, and the crew that came today was absolutely wonderful! Anytime there was an issue, the management team always responded and fixed. Over the last year or so, their team has grown and done flawless work. On time and respectful. I cannot write enough good things about Seeds of Change Landscaping. We had quite a challenging project. Mitch designed the plan and his team created a beautiful landscape far beyond our expectations. Our stacked stone wall was collapsing and a small side yard area was a muddy mess. Much of the work required hand stacking stone & digging. The crew was amazing. They worked for 2 full, hard days, they were extremely pleasant & were very kind to our dogs! I will have them back to our home to do more landscaping. We happily recommend Seeds of Change.

We hired Seeds of Change to install sod at our new home in Hardin Valley. Steven did a great job quoting the project and worked through several rounds of questions and changes. Once the quoting process was done and the work started, their crews were punctual, worked quickly and left the job site clean when they were done. We did have an issue with the amount of sod quoted vs. what was ultimately needed, but Toby and his team have been great at through that with us. Look forward to working with them for our next landscaping projects!

I needed some work done quickly and needed it to be done well. We own some commercial sites that had been neglected for a while and needed a reliable company to get the landscaping back up to our expectations. Seeds of Change did a fantastic job. We had a great experience with Seeds of Change. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Andrew provided many good suggestions and alternatives. He was extremely patient as we went back-and-forth a few times trying to visualize exactly what the results would look like. With Andrews help, we eventually settled on a design that fit our needs. The scheduling was timely and we were kept informed of when to expect the work to take place. Despite the poor weather, the job was completed on time and looks great. There were a couple of issues that we did not communicate as clearly as we should have. When we requested a change, they quickly and gladly implemented our request. The work was well done and a great value. We are extremely pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to use Seeds of Change again and would recommend them without reservation.

I dont often leave reviews but I wanted to make sure I took the time to say thank you to Ian and his crew at Seeds of Change. They installed my irrigation and sod and have been absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive to service and doing the job right. I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend giving them a call. Andrew and his crew were unbelievable. My backyard was recently destroyed by my hardscapes contractor building a patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Seeds Of Change came to the rescue and turn my entire backyard into paradise. They re-leveled my entire backyard, brought in fresh topsoil and a compost fertilizer topping and applied beautiful Kentucky fescue sod. Added five arborvitae evergreens and topped it off with a beautiful river stone creek from one end of the property to the other to drain water during heavy rains. Our neighbors are so jealous. Our backyard is the talk of the neighborhood for sure. The crew working for Andrew were spot on. They never missed a beat and took pride in what they did. I m so happy I can t stand it. Awesome company.

We have a large paver patio that was installed by another company 6 years ago. The paver sand never really cured and I didn t realize how bad it was until I went to a friends house and saw their pavers. I called many companies and even had a couple of guys come out and look at the pavers and said they would send an estimate in a couple of days, all of those guys ghosted me. When I finally found Seed s of Change- they answered the phone right away and took my message. I had a phone call back in a few hours asking about the scope of work. In another couple of days I had an appointment set for someone to give me an estimate. They were upfront with the timeline and how it was going to be a couple of months before they could get to my job. When it came time to start my job the communication was excellent. The professionalism and courtesy of the workers while prepping and repairing was so appreciated. I can tell a big difference between what was done before and what Seed s of Change has done. My pavers look outstanding and brand new! I would highly recommend them for any hardscape job.

Rescheduled multiple times and then didnt show up or call/text that they were not coming. I never requested a time after 5 and before 7 PM. Im home all day and have taken appointments with contractors throughout the day. Im attaching the text thread with Seeds of Change showing I agreed to 6PM and then they never called or showed up.

Billy and the other guys from Seeds of Change did an outstanding job remodeling the front lawn of our house! Even though the space was not very large, Billy took the time to discuss design ideas with us (including via Zoom sessions on weekends) and make sure we were going to be in love with the end result. He is extremely creative and thoughtful when it comes to picking up and organizing different plants in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical (e.g. placing rosemary and other plants with nice scent close to the front door to welcome people walking into the house). Both he as the designer and the guys who did the work were super friendly, polite and very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend to anyone in need of lawn service!

Seeds of Change is a great company! Not only do they have a socially responsible mission, they offer quality work for an excellent price. They first came out when we received a notice from the city that our lawn needed maintenance (we had failed to keep with it due to a family expansion). SOC came out quickly and took care of the work, and has provided regular service since. For us, they come out every other week during mowing season, and will skip mows when they arent necessary. They offer services far beyond the mowing upkeep they did for us, and work with you to set up schedules and keep your lawn and property in excellent shape year round. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Very pleased with the work Billy and crew did. Schedule got messed up when sod truck got stuck at another location and didnt get delivered till 6:30 in the evening, but they got in and got the job done above my expectations. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing these services.

I just wanted to take a moment to say you guys are doing a great job on our lawns. Today your crew is here for the second time and I m telling you the grass has never looked better. The depth of cut is perfect. In the past the crews mow with mowers set very high and immediately after they finish the grass needs mowing again. Great Choice! Seeds of Change put in a rock garden along the side of my house to mitigate erosion..The work was competed on time and their price was exceptionally competitive. Ian was prompt and courteous when he came to quote mulching around our house. When they arrived they were careful with our plants, except a little fig tree. But overall were very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them.

Ian was very easy to work with & very reasonably priced! My husband and I purchased a second home, and we realized on closing day that the sellers had not mowed the lawn in a few weeks. We did not have the ability to transport our mower back and forth between the homes at that time, and we needed to hire someone for a one time service. Every other company I called gave me the run around. I assume that was due to the fact that we were only looking for a one time service. Ian was so kind and quick to respond. Within 2 days, he had quoted the job and completed it. He actually quoted me less than he should have due to the time it took him to complete the job, but he chose not to upcharge me the difference. Im grateful for his service and his quick response! I will definitely be using him in the future for any lawn needs that come up.
