Quickly and quietly did a very good job filling in topsoil next to our new concrete driveway. Laid the straw very neatly, not all over and cleaned up when they were finished. Thank you for a job well done!

Very punctual on the day they said they would come. Helpful in placing plants, never took a break, laid a tarp to keep mulch away from driveway and picked up all trash. They used a blower to clean sidewalks and driveway. I had a small break between mulch and grass. They used the weed eater to clean it up before laying mulch and then were careful to not cover it with mulch. They are highly recommended. Fair price. Large job finished in 2.5 hrs.

Did a great job on irrigation install. Be specific what you would like done and Juan will quote you and do it to your satisfaction.After 2 weeks the grass is restored and in 2 more weeks you will not even know it was done. You have to do your part and water it and keep as much moister in with straw on top of the seed. Thanks Juan

He and his crew were professional, respectful of my property and did a fantastic job! So I then asked if they would install a paver patio and they outdid themselves! Highly recommend!

Juan Francisco Lawn Care has been the landscaping contractor for our subdivision in Farragut during 2023. He and his team have mowed, mulched, trimmed hedges and small trees, removed leaves and planted shrubs in our yards and park. His company is reliable and knowledgable and has handled the needs of our subdivision quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Juan Francisco for your landscaping needs.

As a homeowner and member of our HOA landscaping maintenance committee the experience with Juan and his crew has been great. Responsive, dependable, excellent quality work. The scope includes mowing, trimming, and mulching all the homeowner properties and common areas. As well as pruning, removal of debris and leaves, fertilization, weed control, aeration and over seeding in the common areas. They are in and out quickly, always polite, and willing and capable of doing a wide range of extra work for the HOA and directly for homeowners at what seems to be fair prices.

Juan & his team did a fantastic job ! We r thrilled with their work! Our yard was very unlevel which required top soil to smooth out then re-seed as well as landscape design ! He also cleared out overgrown untidy areas of yard -I requested Azaleas he planted more than I expected plus hostas & Nadinas ! Lots of mulch it looks like a yard again ! We just could NOT be happier! Excellent work ! We r planning to use him for other projects as well! Hats off to Juan ,Alex,Caesar,etc- oh and they were finished by 2:00 pm !! One day Done
