I had this company quote me on 100 ft long vinyl fence, gate and 40 ft. wooden fence for the rear of the yard, all maximum legal height. The price was reasonable and the owner was able to answer all of my technical questions. The job was done in spring of 2023 and was very rainy at the time. The crew was able to work through the pouring rain to remove the rotting fence and drill new post holes. The backyard has communication infrastructure and they took care of getting infrastructure locates for me. Overall, I am happy with the quality of work for the completed project. There were a couple chips on the metal gate post, and the owner came out to do a touch-up, no problem.
From our concept to the finished job, it was exactly what we had envisioned. They showed up on the date and time they promised, and finished on time as well. Great group of folks working on the project. We had them install a fence and pavers for a walkway, fantastic job! I highly recommend City Wide!
We had a great experience with this company. After setting up the initial appointment with them, they got back to us quickly with a quote. They made sure we got the two things we most wanted (a great view of our yard without clunky wooden beams blocking it like with our previous deck, and composite material so that it will be low-maintenance and long lasting). They gave us good advice on what materials would look good and the price differences between various options. They also took care of all the necessary steps and forms for city approval. They took care during construction not to hit any of our trees, and work was finished in only a few days. Our deck looks great! The new placement of the stairs makes the deck bigger and the rails look so much nicer than before - we can easily see through them and the view isn’t blocked anymore. Would highly recommend this company

Citywide just dug and poured 6 post footings for a deck. They were able to get their Bobcat in through a tight side entrance and then dug the holes, set and aligned the post saddles, and laser leveled the elevations. Very efficient work by Jesse and his crew. They were on-site when they said they would be and were very professional. As a bonus, they mixed all concrete at the street which meant no waste/spillage in my yard. I also had a good experience when booking the job with Brenda and when Dave came to quote the job - he was very knowledgeable and personable. The price for the work was slightly less than others and they had better availability. Would recommend Citywide without reservations.
Citywide Property Maintenance completed a back yard makeover, consisting of a new deck and fence as well as levelling out the entire yard to fill in the area where an old swimming pool had recently been removed. They were more than patient with me making many revisions during the design and planning stage and even after the work began. All of their staff were very polite and courteous while on site and I was greatly impressed when they even worked over a holiday weekend to get the job completed in a timely manner. It is a great feeling to have a useable back yard again. I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my family and friends.
Citywide is amazing! They built a beautiful porch for us which is the envy of all of our neighbours. They were professional, polite and kept us in the loop for the whole process. Looking forward to having them complete some landscaping and fencing for us as well. I would highly recommend!!! We have hired Citywide again for more work and have been more than happy with their work!! We will hire them again and again, anytime we need their services! Went to get cer cleaning supplies and they were cutting the lawn at the business. The riding mower had the back open spraying the cuttings debris right out the back, on Victoria Street right into traffic. As I pulled into the parking lot I stopped and honked thinking that the worker would either stop cutting, or maybe the better thing, close the lid. They acknowledged the lid was opened and did a turn directing the cuttings and spray directly into my vehicle with zero care or regard for the safety of us inside or the poasible damage to the vehicle itself. I spoke with one of the other workers as I was extremely and eventually they walked over and it seemed like they had to convince the individual to close the lid. Totally unprofessional, and not safe.

Didn t finish the job. Refused to offer solutions. Told me I had to finish the hard post holes myself, and offered no discount on the job they refused to complete.
Fine work. Expectations not particularily well-communicated and in the end, they expected that we have our own sonotubes (they ended up supplying them) and to have done all of the prep work. We spend hours cutting up the sod and disposing of it and it still wasnt enough. What I was looking for was a company that would come and handle the whole job and while these guys ended up accomplishing that, it didnt exactly feel like they were ready for it.

This is the second time Ive hired them for fence work. Visited us often, always returned my calls/answered my questions. They are open to receiving and working with either detailed or general instructions and in all cases did an excellent job. Definitely hiring them again.

We have used Citywide twice now for fences and gates at two different properties. Of all the quotes I received, Citywide was by far the most professional and the most reasonable pricewise. The fences and gates are beautiful and our yard is always left clean and tidy. I have recommended Citywide to numerous people who have also been very happy.

After having another company come, take a look and drive away from the job they were hired to complete, we called Citywide. Their team was professional, efficient and hardworking. We ran into some issues, but the team presented me with alternatives and experience-based recommendations. Would highly recommend Citywide and we would happily use them again.

I really cant say enough good things about Citywide. Theyre fantastic at their job, honest, very hard working, and maybe best of all, very smart. Far too often when you hire a trade it feels like they wound up working a trade because they fell into it, or had no other options. These guys chose this career because they love it, and are fantastic at what they do. Their prices are always at, or very near the lowest quote and they dont wreck your yard or surprise you with any hidden fees, or problems. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Did not ask permission to use my property to drill post holes on my neighbours property. End result was my grass and hill were damaged by their machine. Their excuse was the 70 mm of rain prior to the work being completed. They also passed the puck off on the general contractor. Had they approached me, I would have offered alternative methods into the walk out backyard. No customer service whats so ever. Very poor customer relations.
