TNT Property Maintenance in Kitchener

I hired TNT to landscape my entire yard - front, back, and sides. I had a vision and a budget. From the first contact to three weeks after the project completion, the level of customer service has been exceptional! The first quote was higher than I anticipated, so they worked with me to meet my budget. They showed up as promised, on time. Each night when they left, everything was left neat and tidy. I'm so pleased with how the project turned out and I can't brag about my yard enough! 10/10 would recommend! My thanks to the entire team for making my dream yard!

On March 15th 2022 at approx. 2:45pm, the owner of TNT Property Maintenance was salting the parking lot at Belmont Medical Clinic in Kitchener. The owner had his salt spinner at far too high of a speed (adjustable, I sell SaltDogg equipment) and was peppering vehicles, people with rock salt. I asked him to turn down his spinner, to which he rudely replied "Thank you", rolled up his window, and peppered two people directly behind the salter, as well as BLATANTLY drove away beside my vehicle spraying the side of it with salt at point blank. I called the company to complain, the phone was answered by his wife who dismissed my complaint and also said "Thanks" and laughed before hanging up the phone. Be warned of the owner and this company.

Great friendly fast staff. You need salt, they have salt for your property. You need a plow and or a salt spreader, they have that too.

We had a really positive experience, knowledgeable, prompt, very hard-working, excellent end result. Reasonably priced, good customer service. We'd return for future landscaping work for sure.

Not sure if it was the company owner who I was speaking with. Older man but he was very rude and not professional. Probably one of the worst services i have seen. Poor recommendations and seemed greedy for money

TNT did an excellent job. We hired TNT to install a French drain, pressure treated fence, and stone patio with an arbour. Then, they had to grade and sod the entire lot. It was a difficult job as they had to fix the mess made by the original contractor we hired. Rob, Brian, and team knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it. Very competent and professional. Rob, Linda, Brian, Missy and their supporting team is absolutely amazing. They serve our business with various snow products in the winter season and couldn't be happier.
