On-Site Maintenance in Kitchener

Long story short my Personal work vehicle was hit and ran by one of theyre snow plows. with no markings throught the parking lot and solid photos of tire tracks leading toward my vehicle and time frame they still disclaim they were at fault. Steve the "owner" Being real childish saying "ive been watching too much CSI" When explaining what i saw waking up to start my day to Amy in the office saying she'll figuere everything out to doing nothing at all. If you’re a Property manager or residential Home owner looking to hire this company I would highly suggest to stearin away and pick another company highly more professional and educated than On-Site. I’m sorry I’ve never had the pleasure of using this service. I have a positive comment for your company because someone represented your company with a sticker. Today Tuesday feb 15 2023 driving a white New Chevy truck was in front of me at the drive through of Tim hortans on fairway road and paid for my order. This older person has no idea how appreciative I was and they couldn’t have done it at a better time. I wish I could go into detail what happened but it’s long. If you know this person please let him know Thank you and I would’ve paid it forward if I could’ve (nobody was behind me). It was around 1330. Thank you thank you thank you.

I have worked with On-Site since 2018 at one of the condo corporations I manage. I have always found the owner very responsive to my emails and calls and easy to speak with. Both he and his crews are polite and work diligently when they are on site and do their best to make sure they deliver quality workmanship. They are communicative and honest, which is appreciated immensely.

Almost got hit by one of their operators on a mower, took a pic of his license plate, he rushed over abandoning his current plot because he obviously knew he did something wrong, acted childishly smelling of alcohol and accused me and my friends of smoking pot on the sidewalk(from what I read, that's legal in Canada now) even though we weren't. I called the company immediately. It was early in the day and they never called back. I wanted his employment terminated due to unsafe and inappropriate behaviour and I find it suspicious that the company refused to call me back. License plate is AT 99929. It isn't too late yet On-Site.
