Over 80km in a 60 zone with a sweeper. Looks like public safety is not on their radar

I live in an apartment complex they take care of I have lived here for 9 years and since they have have taken over the outside has steadily gone down hill I wish I knew how to post a video , I have been listening to a machine attached to a truck run now for about two hours with no one near it . If I had to pay these people I would be asking for a refund and money for all they damage

We have been using Chris and his team at Moser to maintain the grounds and parking lot at our 300,000sq.ft. facility for several years now. We are very picky about our buildings presentation and after a rocky period where Moser's quality of work and attention to detail were not up to our standards, I brought my issues to Chris who listened, and then addressed with his team. The work now is excellent and Chris and his team provide great customer service with very quick turn-around for special requests. EVERY contractor will make mistakes, but not every contractor will be willing to fix their mistakes to make sure their customer is happy like Moser does. Since Chris and his team put in the effort to make their customers happy, and achieve the desired results when the project is finished, they very much deserve all 5 stars. Highly recommend the Moser team for any and all facility grounds-keeping needs.

Rude employees, lots of swearing in our neighborhood, there are children that live here. They also run red lights in their truck-trailer and have nearly caused several accidents in Guelph.

I believe that Moser group hires the dregs that fail at the regular screening process. They have too many contracts to cover so ultimately they show up late. I have moved vehicles 5 times for the snow plow crews because I am fully aware of how difficult to plow around cars. In each instance my efforts were rewarded by the Moser crews back filling my parking spots with snow, leaving more snow/debris than when they started. Who does that? Typical day: pretend to plow 10 minutes....park beside each and chat for 15 minutes, pretend to plow for 10 minutes, back fill some spots, make a mess, leave a mountain of slop in the way.....more chatting and then bail. Scowl at anyone who asks them to clear snow. I plow snow and deal with cars and dumb people everyday so I get upset when make everyone look bad.

Many thanks to Scott and entire team for the work they did this week on our side walk, for the extra care and effort to make sure they won't damage our driveway. Great job!
