Initial Service was awesome. Zach and Melvin, who showed up on time, were courteous and professional 5 star. Teck mike who came 5 star , however the office customer service 1 star. Bad office customer service care.

We have ants pretty bad and have had some really helpful people come out to service our home. I particularly want to give a shout out to Jay, who serviced our lawn today. He was very friendly and polite and answered all of my questions. We have only been using Luv a Lawn for a few months and the original ant hills have already died. And we appreciate that their pesticides are safe around pets and children (once dried).

I was gladly surprised by the fact that the Technician ( Anthony) was so friendly and professional . He took care of the whole area and explained step by step. He did exactly what was supposed to be done.

1. Its a 50/50 chance of getting ahold of someone for a issue to services rendered. 2. Very disappointed 3 calls for the same issue and problem still is not fixed for improper nutrition distributed by the service techs to my st.augustine grass being two different shades of green. Lime bright green and regular dark green.

Avoid this company at all cost. This company should not be allowed to do business in the Florida area. The owners and managers are rude, you will not get value for money spent and your grass will still look like s**t. I stooped using them and they will came to perform fake services and want to charge me for it.

I was getting ready to replace my entire yard, an estimated cost of about $8000, but decided to give this company a chance to bring my existing lawn back to life. They were honest to tell that it would take 12 months of service and care to see good results. Today is my 13th month treatment and my grass is looking great and healthy. The staff is super friendly and always willing to assist. I definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
