Started off super good and slowly went downhill. Grass clippings were Lordy all over my white fence at one service. He fixed the issue a tiny bit. Next couple times grass clipping were everywhere and my lawn looked terrible. Brought the complaint to him and said he would think about a price to pick up the clippings. I found a back up in the meantime and then he dropped me due to his kid going back to school. He was pretty kind and communicative and the first few cuts were good with no issue but then it just got sloppy. Needless to say I am now with another company. These picture were just of my lawn. My yard was worse but didn’t have time to take a photo of it.
I would definitely recommend Gavin's. I have been using him for a year now and my yard always looks great. He has a lot of knowledge and shares his experiences to help improve my yard. Because of Gavin my yard looks great and has never gotten any fungus that a lot of yards around me have gotten.

Gavin's guys are wonderful. My lawn was a wreck! Gavin gave me a fair price to replace my sod and my lawn is beautiful now. They come every 2 weeks and they do a great job 👏.
I am so happy that I found Gavin’s Home and Lawncare! Last year we had our regular lawn guy move and we needed a fix fast! Gavin returned my call same day and was able to come out and get my jungle looking like a yard again (it was 4 weeks over due in the dead of summer - fast growth is an understatement). He was able to give me a reasonable quote to do my yard continually. Gavin and his team pay attention to details - Iike is you leave your hose in the yard, they will move it instead of running it over! They also took the blower and blew off the grass that had blown on top of the vehicles. On several occasions Gavin and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure the job is well done. I highly recommend having Gavin look at your lawn and give you an estimate - maybe even try him out to see how amazing your yard will look after!

We have only been using this company for a short time, but so far everything has been good. They do a very thorough job of lawn maintenance, including edging, weed whacking, blowing the clippings, etc. We anticipate a long term relationship with them.

I have had a lot of trouble with lawn care in the past so I researched new lawn services and Gavin was responsive immediately. He is consistent in coming out for the most part. A few times he did not come out or service the full lawn. I had to reach out to inquire about it. However, he just out of the blue canceled services on me. He did not give me anytime to sort out another lawn care service or provide me with one more service to ensure me time to acquire another service before my lawn was overgrown. I felt that was highly unprofessional as I have been a loyal customer. I understand not being able to service my property any longer but to abruptly cancel like this is unacceptable.

I called Gavin because I needed some yard work done, specifically leaf removal. Gavin showed up the same day, quoted the job, and started immediately. His price was excellent, in fact, I ended up paying him over his initial estimate because of the sheer volume of leaves he removed and I felt his initial bid was too low! He worked all day and completed the job. I was so impressed I have now hired him for my lawn mowing and monthly maintenance. It is not often you find someone who does the job right the first time and doesnt cut corners. I would highly recommend Gavin!
