Elegant Lawn Care in Kissimmee

If you're looking for a lawn care company definitely do not go with these guys. Absolute dog shit service. They give you a date they will show and then don't show up and don't inform you they won't be coming. Excuse on top of excuse as to why they couldn't arrive. I paid for two cuts, got one, decided I wanted better service. They didn't reimburse me the difference nor show up for the second cut.

I couldn't be more pleased with the lawn service provided by Elegant Lawn Care! Jhon is professional, punctual, and goes above and beyond to ensure my yard looks immaculate. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and he delivers results that exceeds my expectations every time . His attention to detail is outstanding. My lawn has never looked this good! I highly recommend Elegant Lawn Care to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality lawn care service.

Okay, I rarely write reviews, but I felt like I absolutely HAD to take time out of my day to write this one. My yard had gotten a bit out of control, overgrown bushes, weeds, Just general disarray. Jhon came out, Elegant Lawn gave a very value generous estimate, and I scheduled him for the next day. Two things I generally value highly in a company or a professional are communication and attention to detail. Jhon has an abundant amount of these qualities. He cleaned up my yard so incredibly well, I found things in my yard that I didn't even know I had! Overall, I'm very impressed! Will continue service for as long as you're around.. and Jhon, if you have any requests for when you come back out.. water? Snacks? Send me your requests. Seriously, I'll leave them out for you on the front deck. I have to keep you around!

These guys are amazing ! I was sketch at first because you have to pay before service and I’ve been scammed before. But I’m so glad I took the chance. They leave the lawn extremely nice. No grass clippings anywhere, the edge is done very nicely in the front lawn and in my yard around my pool cage. They message me before arrival every time and respond to any questions I may have in a timely manner. Thank you guys for your hard and professional quality work.

UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. UNPREDICTABLE lawn service. PAID service with half service done. I DO NOT not recommend unless YOU like DISAPPOINTMENT. ... the pictures looks 💯 then the real thing. say NO!! to people, bad work, poor customer service. I wanted weekly, you gave me biweekly so you can charge more. YOU git paid. You are very unprofessional when your are in disagreement.

VERY happy I think the photos speak for itself honestly and if I had a before and after of the jungle I had here it's almost unbelievable how amazing the landscaping job that was done. Professional service fast quick responsive! I called several companies its like hey whoever comes first gets the job and they came first. Keeping them for life. Thanks again!
