I had a broken sprinkler head. The crew was nearby so they were able to stop by within 30 minutes of my phone call. Very professional and friendly. Job was done in less than 5 minutes.
I am writing to formally report an incident of animal abuse and property damage involving C&K Lawn Services, which occurred on March 29th, 2024, at approximately 2:30-2:32 PM. As a responsible pet owner, I must bring this matter to your attention for appropriate action. While I was at home on the date above, attending to household chores, I heard distressing cries and yelps from my dog, Rocky, who was outside in our backyard. Upon investigation, I discovered Rocky with blood dripping from his snout. It became evident that the source of his injuries was the nearby presence of workers from C&K Lawn Services engaged in weed-whacking activities. Despite my immediate efforts to gain their attention and halt their work, the workers appeared indifferent and continued their tasks. Upon bringing Rocky inside for examination, I observed multiple horizontal cuts on his nose, as depicted in the attached photograph. Subsequently, I contacted the authorities to report the incident. However, due to the delayed response from law enforcement, I took it upon myself to confront the workers. Despite encountering a language barrier, I made every effort to communicate the severity of the situation, with assistance from my fiancé, who speaks fluent Spanish. Upon the arrival of Deputy Swan, I provided a detailed account of the events, which was corroborated by the workers' statements through translation. Despite their attempts to justify their actions by alleging that Rocky attempted to escape through holes in the fence, subsequent inspection revealed no evidence of such behavior. During this entire event, the workers repeatedly laughing amongst themselves like this was a joke, I’ve attached photos of that as well. These are the photos of my fence line. Not a single hole that was dug nor a single broken portion of the fence. I am deeply concerned by the discrepancies in C&K Lawn Services' account of the incident, particularly their shifting explanations regarding the cause of Rocky's injuries and alleged property damage. I remain committed to seeking justice for Rocky and holding C&K Lawn Services accountable for their actions. I sincerely thank Deputy Swan for his professionalism and dedication to upholding the law. His assistance throughout this ordeal has been invaluable. I trust that this matter will be investigated promptly and that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Don't work well with animals! My friends posted on facebook that some men who work for this company weed whacked my friends dogs nose through a little hole under the fence. One of the friendliest dogs I know and they claimed their dog was trying to "attack them". Plus this is a 100 lb dog. He wouldn't be able to fit through a tiny crack under the fence, horrible monsters!!
0/5 if I could, they are absolutely not family friendly, they weed whacked a neighbors dog THREW THE FENCE, in no was way it coming through other then his snoot and they thought it'd be a good idea to laugh and abuse this poor animal. If they felt threatened from a dogs nose through a fence, seeing he isn't getting through, they should have just left, and not attacked a dog. There is a place for people who think animal abuse is funny and they got 2 new residents. (Pictures for proof since the owner claims all bad reviews are fake lmao)
My cousin had work done at our house. I live at the house with them and agreed to pay for half of the work. When they told me the cost I thought it was for the whole job and was shocked that it was my share of the cost. It was outrageously expensive and the work was sub par at best. There are plenty of more reasonably priced companies in the area. I would highly recommend shopping around for a better price. I thought my cousin was scamming me until they showed me the actual invoice.
Transformational. Quality. Excellence. These are the words I use to describe the work that C &K Lawn Services provided to us. The final product was amazing. Neighbors asked us why we're trying to make them look bad when the work was complete. The crew was professional, experienced, timely and courteous. We have zero hesitation saying their work was worth every single penny and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking transformational, quality and excellent landscaping work.
I called C&K for my sprinkler issues. Adam arrived as scheduled to look at the job and within a day I received a detailed estimate. Once I accepted the estimate their office scheduled a time for work to begin and Adam arrived exactly on time again! One zone kept having issues, and rather than do what would have been easier for him, he did what was necessary to fix the problem and still did not go over the estimate. Every moment Adam was courteous and conscientious. He was professional and knowledgeable all the way through. I am so happy to know that this company and their employees still value customer service and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend them and to use them again! Thank you Adam and C&K!
C&K recently completed a week-long project for us and did an amazing job. My yard looks great, but I was most impressed with courtesy and professionalism of the whole team, from Clay and Hannah to the on-site crew. The job site was always clean at the end of each day and I don't think I've ever had a crew respond with "yes ma'am" and "here let me do that for you" like these guys did. I would recommend you give C&K an opportunity. They will exceed your expectations in every possible way.

I would never hire his company to perform any services unless you re okay with animal cruelty. Their workers brutalized an innocent dog, slashing it in the face with a weedeater.
Corrupt scammers. Do anything else but dont hire this company
This company was witnessed weed whacking a dogs face because the dog stuck his muzzle through the fence. Disgusting. Do not hire these people.

This company provided excellent service throughout the entire landscaping project at my home. The entire crew was professional, respectful, thorough and cleaned the area at the end of each day. They always arrived on time and spent full days to complete the job in a timely manner. Also I would like to thank the administrative staff of this company for their outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping work done.
C&K did a great job on my home. I built a pool and they came in to do the landscaping and irrigation repair. Their level of communication exceeded my expectations. Their landscapers not only worked hard, but they had an eye for design and through the project made some great suggestions which turned out well. This is the second time I have used C&K and would recommended them for any landscaping job - large or small.
I have used C & K for over 10 years. They always show up when they say they will, they do a great job on my yard and the price is fair. I have had them complete a few one-off projects and those were always done on time and on budget. I recommend you give them a try for any projects or maintenance for your home or business.
We Re-did our whole yard with them. All plants and grass are exceptionally healthy, grass is green and thick and all of the plants are flowering. There was an area where the grass wasn t doing well, they were quick to offer a great solution and the yard has never looked better. We recently used them for clean up and tree trimming at another house. The job could simply be described as professional, everything appropriately trimmed and the place was left immaculately clean. Their irrigator seemed very knowledgeable when auditing our system,only changing what needed to be changed but also giving us tips on watering efficiency as well as setting up our system. Highly recommended
I searched for a Landscaper for over a year. I interviewed quite a few in that time. The problems I kept running into were lack of experience and the need to hire multiple contractors to complete the same project. I have to say that none came close to C&K. We had a very large project to complete which included placing sod, irrigation installation, retainer walls, flower beds, planting trees, shrubs, and installing led lighting. From start to finish C&K was completely professional. I met with Clay who was able to develop a landscape design for our home based on our wants and concerns. He sent us our estimate and contract then work began. They were able to complete everything in four days. From start to finish everything was completed as planned. Everyone we worked with was very professional. From the landscapers, masonry, irrigation to the lighting electricians everyone was great. We have received many compliments from our family and neighbors. We have used C&k for several projects since then and have been very satisfied. We highly recommend them.
This is a wonderful company to deal with. The personnel are responsive and friendly. They do a wonderful job; are neat, and treat my property for pests that destroy lawns and plants. They saved my hedge from a decimating fungal infection, that nearly killed 1/3 of the bushes. Their skill with creating and restoring decorative/functional desert landscaping has saved my home from flooding, caused by seasonal downpours. I live on a double grade, and controlling water flow is imperative.
C&K Lawn Services removed mulch from 8 front and back gardens, installed garden fabric up to / around existing moderate-sized shrubs and trees, upgraded drip hose in each garden, and replaced mulch with dense layered decorative rock. This was a 3.5 day job. Our experience was exceedingly professional in every aspect from Clay who estimated job cost and provided oversight for the extensive job; to Hannah facilitating/coordinating logistics of contract, scheduling and payments; to Nicholas who provided direct oversight on site for the 5-man team for this physically demanding job. The team always arrived at 8AM, was efficient and hardworking all day, was very courteous and responsive to us, and remarkably cleaned up every day as if they had not been on site. I highly recommend C&K Lawn Services to anyone.

Originally I hired C&K to install a few privacy trees. I was impressed because they came to my home and took the time to inspect the area and made specific recommendations based on location, sun light, and my needs, to ensure I had the right trees for that space. They did such good work I recently hired them again to install 6 more trees, build a rock bed and install river-rock and sod. They were on time, they went above and beyond my request, they made modifications on the spot as needed, and at the end of the project, they cleaned up the entire area - no muddy tracks on the patio or dirt on the street. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.
We recently bought a home that was used as a rental property for many years. Needless to say, the yard was a wreck. C&K Lawn Services was very prompt in giving us a fair quote and their work was top notch. We wouldn t hesitate for a second to utilize this company again in the future. Keep up the great work!
I have used C&K for service my homes landscaping for more than 18 months. They are a good company but while their rates are high for what they do but their quality of work is only average. Extra services are priced high. Requested a quote for SOD and Mulch and their markup was very high. I countered with a lower price and while they essentially agreed to my price they demand a CASH payment for the services. When I again countered with 1/2 Cash and 1/2 CC payment upon completion they rejected my counter proposed terms This company while they may have been in business for years, is very difficult to deal with in an upfront and fair manner. While I agreed to their price they essentially rejected my terms of payment. It wasnt like I was seeking to get services and have them extended to me credit for 60 or 90 days. I would assess from this interaction that they are financially strapped requiring cash payments. Use their services with caution.

Driving behind these guys on 1604 and someone on the drivers side lowered their window and tossed a can out onto the highway. There are a lot of lawn services out there, choose one with more respect for our city.
