We had the LED lights installed this December. Great work and excellent customer service.

The Lawn Guys showed up and checked the area and realized that our facia was deeper than other facia. They informed me that they could install the lights. But we would not have the results we wanted. They ordered new materials and a few days later they were back and installed the lights. They took the time to program everything for us. They sowed us how to use the program. They cleaned up after they were done. They were polite and professional at all times. They also kept me informed at every step of the process. Great work. I would highly recommend them .

Steve, Jake & Will installed my Celebright lights and they did a really good job with it. Also, I had a lot of stuff in my garage that was in the way of the outlet that they need access to for the installation. They moved the stuff to get access to the outlet & put them all back in place clean, neat & tidy. After installation, Steve took the time to explain how to manage the lights using an app. Im 100% satisfied with the service.

This is our first year with Lawn Guys Co. services. To date eavestroughs have been cleaned, lawn cut once and today the men were here to spray the weeds and fertilize. All staff have been polite and professional. Troy is accommodating to our needs. I would give a 5 star review however, I m waiting for reliability and consistency of service. We are starting our third season with the Lawn Guys. They did a great job this year and especially with the Fall cleanup and all of the cutting back and pruning of gardens that was required, the mowing was efficient and well executed. This year we have had our spring cleanup and a lawn rolling and aeration, along with edging flower beds and adding mulch, another great efficient job done. Staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

I was able to request a quote and within a day was sent a very clear outline of their proposal and cost estimate. The interface they use for payment is awesome, so fast and efficient you can do it all online through your email and browser with only a few clicks. Not everyone will appreciate that but I can tell you it makes it a lot easier when you re busy to receive and pay for a service without much effort! For those of you debating doing it yourself vs this option, I really think this is the better option. It s safer for them with the equipment necessary to do the job for one, and secondly the way the lights are installed they look like they re meant to be there which is important when you re concerned of your homes appearance overall. All in all if you re in the market for permanent holiday lighting look no further!

Called the lawn guys to remove a bunch of trees, grind down stumps, weed, trim, you name it! More than five truckloads of stuff and they did it all in one day. Job was done within one week of me inquiring. Couldn t be happier!

We have used Lawn Guys this season as they were referred to us by a friend. Glad to have received this referral as they have been amazing. Very professional team, they do good work and on time. Being an out of town homeowner it was important for me to rely on our lawn care service provider and they just did that for me. Always provide feedback if they notice anything should taken care of outside their scope of work, which was appreciated. I have been very satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone!!

He did a major clean up of our many shrubs and vines and tidied up a couple of trees. We were so pleased to get the Lawn Guys Co. helping out at the property. It had been overgrown and pretty messy in many areas of the property. Tried to be available with short notice, and completed the work quickly and exactly as we requested. Clearing of main entrance, over growth around trees, ditches of driveway and all around storage areas. The clean-up was completed and they went above and beyond to address an overgrowth of poison Ivy. In addition trucked all of the debris away. Thanks to Troy for arranging all of this, and for being such a pleasure to deal with. Also to his crew for all of their hard work.

I hired Lawn Guys to install permanent lighting around the perimeter of my house.The service and communication was second to none and the customer experience was amazing. Steve came by and walked me through what he was going to do and set me up with the app and the hundreds of pre-set light settings that come with it. Steve did an excellent job, even being on his own and a couple heavy rain falls he finished the job in the time he said he would. Everything looks great.

Unfortunately the Lawn Guys abandoned us in the spring, leaving us without lawn care for the rest of the season. They claimed they miss quoted us which wasnt our fault. They had seen the property before signing us up for the season. We have flower beds and trees to go around and grass was being flung into solar lights, flower beds with multch and even onto our window screens on the house. We were told to let them know of any deficiencies and after pointing out about the grass being flung everywhere, they dropped us. Feel that volume of clientele is more important than quality and taking the time to do a decent job. Its really unfortunate for us cause my husband and I have mobility issues and we tried finding someone else, but everyone is booked for the season.

Would not recommend the Lawn Guys. They left my family without lawn care for the season for no valid reason because they misquoted them in the first place. The work and care needed for the job was more than they quoted and instead of working with the client, they drop their customers. This wasnt the first time this happened as you will see in other reviews here. Unprofessional and unreliable. The company appears to have a quantity over quality approach to business. Look elsewhere for your lawn care!

I made arrangements with the owner Troy in February to cut my grass starting in May. They came the first week of May and they decided that my grass did not need to be cut even if it was long on the water side. They didnt bother walking around my property. They just drove by. I did not understand why they did not ask me since I was home. I spoke to the owner and we agreed that on the following week I wouldnt be home to show them the property line so we would skip that week and they would come the following week. However, they came one week before the date we agreed so of course I wasnt home and my grass was already cut since I was going to be away. To my surprise, I received an email telling me that they were canceling my contract. When I spoke to the owner he said that they too busy and did not want to pay his guys overtime. I was going to pay almost $150 every week to cut my grass. I was going to pay almost $40 more than other companies but I did not mine because I wanted a reliable company. I did not expect them to cancel my contract for no valid reason. Troy said that they overbooked and doesnt want to pay his guy overtime. That shows how disorganized and unprofessional they are. I will never deal with that company again. I wish I would have known sooner, I would have chose somebody else who was reliable.

Been looking to do this for a while. It was super easy to get a no pressure quote and it was reasonably priced. Installers were polite and knew what they were doing; explaining the process as they went along. At the end of the installation they explained how to set up the programs for the lighting. It was a very pleasant experience and we have now decided to do the back of the house as well.

Always on time and lets me know if they cannot due to weather. Good quality (60 bucks) for a fairly large lawn. Everything is done via email autotransfer so I dont have to worry about it.

The Lawn Guys arrivals to tend to the lawn were like clockwork. The results were better than I could have managed. And when the summer got into a spell of dry weather, the Guys stopped by to check on the lawn and if it didnt need cutting, they moved on. The lawn was checked each week to see if it needed to be cut.

They always did a great job: their work was neat, they avoided blowing grass clippings onto flower beds (very important), and their consistent and reliable service meant my lawn never looked neglected (which it sometimes did when left to me to do) Lawn Guys were cheerfully flexible on two specific occasions when I had special requests. I will definitely be signing up again next season. All communication was on line and was very straightforward -even I had no trouble with the website/technology and I am not that good with computers. Five stars are not enough. Highly recommend.

Lawn guys is by far one of the most reputable companies that i have ever dealt with. Theyre prompt with their appointments and their professionalism is outstanding. Unfortunately my home was built so that i could not have the Celebrite lights installed. This was very disappointing since i live in a neighbourhood where most homes have had lights installed by Lawn Guys. Troy was very quick to return my deposit. In the meanwhile we have passed his name on to anyone who expresses an interest in these lights and most recently another family member had them installed and he is thrilled with the outcome.

A great system that sure beats hanging up lights each year. Troy and his team did a seamless install and later were quick returning to fix a glitch and update my system so that it works perfectly. The lights look fantastic and brighten the house for any occasion.

Troys team installed permanent celebright lighting on our house. They arrived on time, completed the project as described and were very pleasant/professional. Furthermore, about 1 yr in we had a short strand go out. I emailed Troy and they were there in a few days, replaced the burnt out strand, no problem. Troy (owner), even swung by to check things out while the employees were there. Our experience with Lawn Guys has been very positive, highly recommend.
