Green Machine Lawn Care in Kingston

They were ok, complained dandelions popping up an they stated your sched for treatment that week. 2 weeks went by before reg sched treatment showed up. They shouldnt be popping up anywhere as far as Im concerned.

Ive been using Green Machine services for three years to keep my front lawn free of weeds and grubs. They provide a series of treatments starting in spring and ending just before fall. Im very satisfied with the service and their visits are quick and trouble free.

Recently had a new lawn seeded and attempted to maintain using Scotts program but was not too impressed with the progress. Mike from Green Machine stopped by and offered his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. After the first treatment you can immediately see the improvement in the color and thickness of the lawn. Highly recommend Green Machine Lawn Care for their services.

Seems totally sketch. Called about having my lawn renovated, Mike was great and came for a visit. When I received the quote it was for a full service lawn fertilization program. Never once was this mentioned during the visit with Mike. Additionally I mentioned a free grub service flyer I received in the mail and he told me it was no longer valid. Secondly, I asked about soil testing for the $50 lime application and was told it s necessary every year. Very unprofessional approach and a way to scam people out of more money. Will never recommend this company to any possible new clients. Edit 1 hour later: After a bad review, Mike proceeded to call me and attempt to make things right. This magnified the problem even more. Completely unprofessional.

Recently Moved into my late fathers home. He had used a service for years. When I saw them outside I went out and spoke with the technician. He was very nice very professional and expressed his condolences about my father s death. He had developed a good rapport with him over the years. Because of his professionalism and then speaking to the office staff, I agree to Kia service and increase the frequency.

Prior to using Green Machine, my lawn was full of weeds and the grass would be brown by late June and the grass I did have did not seem very healthy. Since I started using Green Machine a few years back, my lawn has never looked better. I have very few weeds and it stays green pretty much through the summer. I did have an issue last year in some areas that are exposed to pretty much all day sun but after a consultation, they recommended core aeration and heavy seeding and by late fall, the affected area had come back. Yes you could do these treatments yourself but for the price and the convenience of it, you cant beat it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make their lawn look better.

They are always great for your scheduled service but when you have a question, they tell you someone will come out to look at it but that never happens. They just continue your regular service and send you the bill but never respond to your concerns.

Our yard was a mess. Now people stop to admire it. I have referred Green Machine to many people who also are satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!!

Very professional. They give a courtesy call the day before arriving for an application and always come as promised. Extremely knowledgeable as well.

This is the first time I had them come to the house. The gentleman was very thorough in applying the lawn products. They are very responsive to inquiries.

Have had the best experience with Green Machine. Our lawn went from looking like we lived in the desert climate before we started to using them to a beautiful green full lawn in a few short months. Extremely responsive whenever contacted for help. Cant recommend enough.

I had problems with my lawn for years and I spoke with a gentleman named Mike and he came out and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix up my lawn. I was a little skeptical at first but I gave these guys a shot because the price was reasonable. Very happy with the work they have done in the past year! Highly recommend this service.

Amazing customer experience.

We started with Green Machines flea and tick control. We now have a year round treatment and lawn care package now. The set up process is easy and makes my lawn noticeably better than my neighbors. If you dont like dandelions and love green grass check them out. I love watching dandelions grow everywhere but my lawn.

On behalf of a family who didn t want to post and get involved . Well I will. This company is a joke. Used for awhile and didn t have any issues. Instead of maintaining the lawn, as they were paid, they were told they didn t water it . The lawn was watered the days it didn t rain. Obviously. The rudest people. You blame the customer for your work?? It s one thing to not take responsibility for a mistake you made but to say you want to charge more??? To correct it?? You lost a customer. And everyone that used to comment on how beautiful the lawn was for years, and now says what happened? We ll be sure to say that your company failed. Their money was good for that time though.

I started Green machine last year. I was a bit skeptical that the mosquito control would work since I live by the river. To my surprise it worked Amazing. I was able to relax in my yard and not have to worry about mosquitos biting me or my family. I highly recommend the service.
