We have been managing few commercial properties in the Kingston area for the last 16 years, and we always had problems with Landscape, snow removal companies services… and for the last 2 years we have been blessed in finding Petra Landscape and Joseph, their team really know what they are doing very responsive to our calls and very professional. They have a FANTASTIC customer service, I recommended at any time.

I sent an email for an estimate and they responded right away with an appointment time, I agreed to the time. Then they never showed up. Worse then that I emailed them explaining that I had waited over an hour past my appointment and they have NEVER written back. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE.
