Marshall and their staff are the best. Very friendly, helped us out every step of the way renovating out grandmothers back yard, Brandon was awesome and a ton of help. Highly recommend using them.
Good people here, very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable. Lots of products. I purchased 6 bags of top soil, staff didn't tell me there is a small discount for multiples of 4; l would have purchased 8 if they told me.
We contacted Marshall's to see if they could help with an issue with our backyard. Within a few hours, a very helpful guy named Jeremy stopped in and assessed the situation quickly. Although the work we need done can't be done by them, they graciously offered the name and contact of another company that can. That deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion! They went above and beyond to help, even when there's nothing in it for them. We will most definitely support this great local company for our future lawn and garden needs.

Visited Marshall’s Greenhouse on the weekend and purchased several bushes and a beautiful Korean Lilac tree. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and gave great advise. The Greenhouse is nicely laid out and a pleasure for the plant lover to wonder about! Imagine with everything a business faces these days, Marshall’s are giving away a bag of soil with a purchase!
Last week I tried calling to see about pricing for some soil and sod. Kept getting voicemail -- I suspected because the weather was fantastic and assumed they were crazy busy. So, I emailed them not really expecting a call back. The next morning, I received a call back from a person named Harley. They were delightful and were able to answer all my questions (we had what I thought was a tricky delivery location). Fortunately, they had availability for delivery on the coming weekend. Two trucks arrived within the time window Harley provided with the soil and sod. The two delivery people were very friendly, efficient and considerate. On top of all the fantastic customer service, the price was very fair. I highly recommend Marshalls based on this experience. Thank you.
We needed landscaping work done and went to Marshall's with a rough idea of what we'd like, and they were able to give recommendations on what would best suit our needs. The end result turned out great, and the work was done very quickly. Overall it was a great experience, and very easy to deal with
Sincerest thank you to Tyler, Jeremy, Brian and the entire crew from Marshall's for meeting & exceeding our expectations for our yard project. They showed up when they said they would & completed the project to our immense satisfaction, met our budget requirements, and offered lots of suggestions when we weren't sure how to proceed. Very courteous and honest with us, dealt with our project changes respectfully and accommodated them when possible. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the new year.

Went out to the Westbrook garden centre and saw the sign that states buy 3 perennials or shrubs get a free bag of soil. Bought 6 perennials and only allowed 1 bag of free soil. Buyer beware...the sign is false advertising.

Customer Service Extroidinaire. Had a load delivered for the lawn and it had 3/4 crush in it. Marshalls sent a guy over, refunded the whole amount, raked out the gravel, came and applied a new load of soil and seeded as well at no charge. These guys get my business forever. THank You Tyler Marshall
Good people. The guys outside were very helpful...they shared their concerns about my vehicles load capacity and watched throughout the loading. The soil fit nicely in my Ford F-250 for the short ride home. Thank you gentlemen!

Very helpful staff. My wife and I have had several loads of sand, soil, and gravel delivered over the years, and the delivery guys have always taken the extra few minutes to dump the product as close as possible to the final areas of usage to minimize wheelbarrow distance. Much appreciated.

We escaped to our cottage in PEI for two months and arranged to have Tyler and his crew cut our lawn in Colebrook before we returned. Even though they had not been here before, and we were not here to guide them, they took so much thought and care to trim the edges of multiple gardens, discover and trim overgrown pathways and make our yard look like a million dollars. We are very grateful that they gave us a beautiful property to come home to. I cannot recommend Tyler highly enough!
Despite the much heavier weed and shrub growth, the intense heat and high humidity, and the more expansive mulch requirements brought on by the late date of this years cleanup operation, Tyler Marshall & Co have again done our garden proud. The creative professionalism, vigour, cooperative helpfulness and plain hard work that they brought to this two-day job has relieved us from many tasks which we could never have done ourselves, left us with an elegant garden that will retain its beauty throughout the season, and made us the envy of the neighbourhood. .

Just had the grading down the sides of our house and backyard redone and couldnt be happier! Kevin came out in the spring to have a look at our property, listened to our concerns and then walked us through what he felt needed to be done. The crew that came out was professional and very thorough in their work. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The final bill was exactly as quoted. We are extremely pleased with the final results and highly recommend Marshalls. We will be having them back in the spring to do our front yard.

This first paragraph is an addendum to the second. The owner of the business, Mr Marshall, personally visited me at my home and I would say he more than righted my concerns that I voiced below. He was friendly, apologetic, and courteous. At the very least I will be giving Marshalls a fair second chance. Great ownership. Thank you. Paid for stone dust to be delivered the following day. They delivered the same day despite my telling them I would not be gone until after 5. Which is why I ordered for the following day. My neighbor saw the delivery guys looking around my backyard as I said I would put a tarp out. He laid out his tarp and they dumped the stone dust in front of my trailer. I needed that trailer for my trip. I went back immediately as I live around the corner and explained my issue. The manager (?) followed me home with the loader and promptly moved the stone dust. However, he tore my neighbors tarp to pieces with the loader. My neighbor is a nice guy and said dont worry about it. But as a good neighbor I replaced his tarp. The manager, prior to leaving my property said come by and see me and well figure it out. When I returned he said that he knew it was my neighbors trap, and that their prices are good, and that buying my supplies from them is already a good deal. Now I wasnt looking for a handout, but some sort of gesture would have been appreciated, given that they cost me time with my kids, and money out of pocket to replace my neighbors tarp. I will not be buying supplies there again, not will I recommend them to anyone else.

I have been so pleased with the Tyler Marshall lawn care service this summer. Mike arrives weekly and mows, trims, and blows my property and leaves it looking great every time. During periods of excessive heat, he did now mow and as a result my grass has remained healthy all season - never scorched. The billing and payment system is efficient and easy. Since first contacting staff at Tyler Marshalls, about my problematic lawn Ive been amazed. They always have the answer. Its clear they are professionals, but they also know you are the client and treat customers with respect and kindness. Best customer service Ive received anywhere! The delivery was on time for the mulch and prepping of the lawn for the upcoming season with arerating, fertilizing helped rejuvenate the lawn. Will renew for next season.
From start to finish, our experience with Tyler and his team was second to none. Their professional service and the care they took to understand our needs and make suggestions created a solution that was beyond our expectations. Five stars all the way!
My son-in-law showed up one day with a tall, wooden shed that his students had made in his shop. It was quite an interesting design in that the roof extends over a small porch creating a 4 x 6 footprint. He advised me to dig out the four corners where the shed would stand, fill the four holes with gravel and top each pile of gravel with a flat, square cornerstone. To get the gravel, I went to nearby Marshalls Lawncare and Garden Centre. I talked to Barry about my foundation and he not only identified the size and type of gravel I would need. He also suggested I top each corner of gravel with stone dust on which I would place the cornerstone. I subsequently made two trips to Marshalls, each time purchasing a half a yard of gravel and two bags of Stone dust. Ive since then dug the holes and spread the gravel, stone dust and cornerstones. My son-in-law brought a friend and we moved the shed on to the new foundation. In each visit to Marshalls, Barry was very helpful and friendly. He made a unique contribution to my project and I would certainly recommend him and Marshalls to others.
I needed some sod for a lawn project. I was very pleased with the organization and neatness of their facility. Easy in - easy out. The staff were very helpful in loading the sod into our truck. Excellent price too. I will certainly return and recommend others shop here.
