He did a decent job on what he did, but he couldnt remember things that him and my wife discussed on what she wanted. The price he quoted us was a little high, but we thought if he did a good job, it would be worth it. But he didnt do everything he was supposed to, and left parts half done that we have to finish, Ipaid him because he made the deal with my wife, and I wasnt sure what it was. But live and learn, he wont be back.

Moss Lawn Care was amazing! From first Meeting until Job completion! They were promptly on time for our landscape install and even gave us a great price for mowing this season. If you need any lawn care services i truly recommend them. Punctual, On-time, great communication. They even took have my card on file so each time they come to mow it automatically drafts out making it easy for me to go on vacations etc. Give them a call you won t be dissatisfied

First couple times they did a good job. Then got to where they didn t wanna do what I needed done. So I had to tell them not to come back.

Ok, I love it. They mowed my front lawn, and I guess then decided the backyard was way too much to weed whack and just dipped. I got my front lawn mowed for free, so idgaf if they left. I wouldnt have wanted to weed whack my backyard either Only 4 stars cause I wouldnt have minded a text being like. I dont wanna do your lawn fam.

Moss lawn care showed up the same day! I needed an emergency landscape cleanup and they showed up when they said they would! And did a good job I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future

Called them for a quote...told me they would go by the addres that afternoon and call me back. Never called back so I called the several times with no return call. Sad way to do business....

Ive used this company short term. But due to lack of communication on their end, they just stop showing up with no reason. Zero outreach to the customer. Had to drop them and find another reputable business. Puts an inconvenience on the homeowner.

We hired Moss, they showed up 3 times to mow ,then we never heard from them again > just quit showing up, no response to our emails, texts or phone calls. Dont waste your time, unless you want to chase them down. No recommendation here!!

I was having such a hard time getting ahold of someone to mow my front and back lawn. Cameron from Moss Lawn Care was the quickest response I received from any company in the Kingsport area. They communicated with me the exact service I d be receiving, and what day and time to expect it. He even shot me a text when they were on their way, so I had time to put my dog s inside! Truly a affordable, professional lawn care company with amazing communication that I m happy to say I ll be using in the future! And my lawn looks amazing, the dogs are so happy haha. I ll be recommending them to anyone I know!

I was on a bi-weekly schedule and they forgot to mow my yard multiple times. Their truck broke down the last time they were suppose to be out (after having to remind them to come out) and I had to have my father mow what he could and told them to come back out in two weeks since they had truck issues. They never replied and never responded to my message about missing my lawn again two weeks later. This company will ghost you without notice. I was left scrambling to try and find someone to pick up my yard late in the season. Multiple people said no because my hill would put them behind. I m just now getting a new service after 6 weeks since my last professional mow. It is highly unprofessional to leave a paying customer without a heads up and letting them struggle the way I did.

As I have read through some of the reviews for Moss Lawn Care, I have seen that without fail people either give a full five stars, or they only give one. There is no in between. This has been indicative of my experience with Moss Lawn Care. When I first came into contact with them, the owner was extremely professional, even taking time out of his evening to stop by and talk specifics of the project with me on site. I work for a local church, and we wanted some beds renovated, some weeds pulled up, and then we wanted landscaping plastic put down (to prevent weeds), and we wanted river rock in all the beds. Moss sent a quote, a date was set for late June, and when the time came, they came and renovated the beds and did the job. However, after about a week I realized that weeds were beginning to push up through the rock beds. A member of our church pointed out to me after walking through the beds that no landscaping plastic had been put down. I reached out to the owner of the company, and he said that they had seen some old landscaping fabric in one of the beds, so they decided not to put any plastic down in any of the beds. He suggested a good weed spray, but other than that did nothing to remedy the situation. After expressing my frustration with the fact that the job wasn t done correctly, he told me that he would come out and personally spray and maintain our beds for the remainder of the growing season this year. This agreement was reached in early July. It is now the beginning of October and no work has been done, despite the fact that I have reached out multiple times, with little to no response. Frankly, he ghosted us. The times he would respond, he would say that he was planning to come out, or that he would have a guy come out, but to date nothing has been done. At the beginning of this process, it was very professional, and I was very excited to work with this company. However after they were paid and the job was done (even though it was incomplete), it quickly turned into best of intentions with zero follow through. This process has been extremely frustrating, and although I m sure this company does do good work, it seems like after they get paid for a project, the customer is no longer a priority.

They did an amazing job with the landscaping and mulching around my house. They are new but you definitely need to get a quote from them because they do a great job!

Moss Landscaping does a great job on my lawn. Cameron is reliable, reasonably priced, and always aims to make sure he s done what you asked. He also cleans gutters!!

Cameron is eager to meet your needs and he listens to his customer. He is eager to do well and to build his business, so customer satisfaction is important to him. His quality of work has improved with each visit and now we are planning on using him for more of our yard work.

We used Moss Lawn Care for the first time today, we had 24 miscanthus that needed to be cut back and the cuttings hauled to the street for pickup and the mulch raked and cleaned, Cameron did a wonderful job for us, we will definately be using their services again in the future. Communication was great and he was promptly on time. Camerons personality was very kind and professional.

Cameron and his crew came and did a great job of cleaning up our yard. We had so many leaves that had fallen that you couldnt even tell if there was grass in our yard. We will definitely calling them for more help when spring rolls around.
