Bought a house and the lawn was in terrible shape.. Garrett came by and gave me a great quote to tame my lawn.. he and his crew did a wonderful job.. they mowed the lawn and also took care of the leaves in my front yard.. not to mention Garrett is a swell guy
These guys came to our rescue when our old company failed to show up. They responded quickly and even mowed the same day as the estimate. They had it done quickly and efficiently and they're prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
They did AMAZING on our yard. Our land has a steep incline, rocky areas, drop offs, etc. They got us on their schedule super quick! Their price was super affordable and we were shocked when they were done. Highly recommend!!

Garrett and Gabe are the best! They are always prompt, friendly, and so kind. Our yard is always beautiful and I’ve had 3 neighbors stop by to ask who does it. Our dog even enjoys them and always looks forward to mowing day pets (shoutout Stormy). To note- After exchanging conversation about faith, they take prayer requests for our family and always make sure to follow up. Great at their job and awesome people too. We love them!
Snow removal They did a great job. I had ice and snow and they worked on my large driveway until it was completely cleared. In this day and age it is refreshing to find a company that is that dedicated. I highly recommend them.
Garrett did an amazing job getting the front of my house back under control. He pulled weeds, trimmed bushes, cleaned out the old and added new mulch. I was thrilled with the final look. I highly recommend him for any of the services he provides.

After having several mowers go on to commercial mowing with little or no notice after just 1 season, finding Garrett has been a God-send. Hes respectful, dependable & does a great job.
Very unprofessional. Didnt show up on the time we agreed. When he did finally arrive & get started on my yard he didnt even finish the job. Would NOT recommend.

He s been amazing! Great prices and the yard always looks beautiful! If he passes by and the yard doesn t look bad he will always call first to let us know that way he s not cutting it unnecessarily. Very nice and respectful. He also accepts many forms of payment including Apple Pay which is super convenient.

Model City Mowing keeps our yard looking fabulous during the spring and summer months. We have a very sloped back yard that they keep looking perfect and well trimmed. They even took care of our leaves in the fall and took some extra old bags of leaves and sticks for us. They have very fair pricing, and I m glad they ll be mowing our yard again this year.

Model City Mowing has been servicing our property for a year now by mowing, landscaping, and removing snow. They are professional, affordable, and do fantastic work. After landscaping our property last year, we won a Kingsport beautification award. That s an accomplishment that can only be awarded to the best in the business.

This is the best lawn care company I have had since I moved here! I went through 2-3 lawn care companies my first year of living in Tennessee. Some flaked and would ghost me and I was scrambling to find help. My second year here, I found Garrett at Model City Mowing. He is BY FAR the most communicative, friendliest, most punctual and I m lucky to have found him! He lets me know when he ll be mowing, if weather will delay service and is quick! I ve had him not only mow, but also cut up a tree that fell from bad weather. If you re looking to switch to a new lawn company, honestly look no further than here!
