The team from Go Green Lawn Service, Eladio and Kyle, did an excellent job and meticulously covered every inch of the property very efficiently. They went above and beyond to address areas of concern and spent the time to do the job right. Very pleased with this lawn service.
The service I subscribed to last year had received glowing reviews, and after speaking with their managers, I was excited to sign up. As I was expecting a baby, I wanted to prepare our lawn to serve as a playground for our child. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results after spending a thousand dollars and a whole season of treatment. Initially, I noticed some red flags when I spoke with the salesperson, but I thought it was due to their lack of personal skills. However, I later realized that the sales team tends to over-promise their results. I heard different treatment plans and timelines from Go Green's manager, technicians, and their sales team. Consequently, I was dissatisfied with their lawn program. They were never able to get rid of my weeds, and treating weeds in specific corners killed new grasses grown from aeration. The team gave me several excuses, ranging from stubborn weeds to needing to wait a couple of years for the treatment to become effective. I also had some issues with their customer service. I called them a couple of times to inform them that the technician should acknowledge me when they arrived because I wanted to be mindful of not letting my dogs out. However, they never rang my bell or acknowledged me until I spoke with their manager. There were also times when they left my backyard gate open, which was quite frustrating as a dog owner. Before the end of my last application, I called their customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, stating that I was not willing to continue next year. They assured me that they would discuss my concerns and provide me with feedback. However, I didn't hear anything from them for six months, and I just received a renewal confirmation. When I called the customer service team again, they explained that the automated renewal was in place to make it easy for customers. I was frustrated by this response. Overall, I think go green tend to overpromises service and I don’t think they care about customer satisfaction at all. So this is a warning for all the folks getting too excited with their false promises.
We have been using Go Green for pest control since we bought our new house in 2019. They have a text message system that works very well to let you know when your service time is and when they are close. If I have to call them to schedule something outside of my monthly service they can usually have someone come out within a couple days, never longer than a week. We get the flee, tick and mosquito spray and they are very thorough and take care to avoid children’s toys or crops. They seem to treat their staff pretty well because we have had the same technicians come out in multiple visits which is nice because they often come inside our house to do treatments and it’s nice to be familiar with them and they are familiar with our house as well. Every team member I have interacted with from phone calls to house calls is curious and are happy to answer any question no matter how dumb (sully me trying to describe the type of insect I called about). It’s also great to support a local company, I highly recommend GoGreen for pest control.
I just wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback on your staff. Often people only like to report the negative and as a business owner myself I think it is important to also hear the good. The communication has been exceptional with your company and I truly appreciate that. Both the gentleman for the lawn and the gentleman for the pest control have been extremely professional and helpful with any questions that I have had. Really nice guys!
Owning an old house can be a challenge on many levels.. bugs and lawn care I leave to the pros… I’ve used other big services, but the guys at go green put a personal touch to their service.. So far - we’re off to a good start, Kevin “the bug guy” was thorough and informative, he walked through the property to talk about areas of concerns and what his recommendation for approach would be. We are thrilled with service from Go Green so far. Our lawn started with more weeds than grass after the winter. After the first treatment it looked so much better! With each treatment it continues to improve. I enjoy the text reminders and how kind the staff has been when we are home on a service day. I have been a contract customer with go green for several years and this review reflects such extended experience. Yes it s a regular monthly expense that must be budgeted. At same time, you acquire an ongoing relationship. Too many professional relationships falter with time, even good ones as customer numbers grow, services are stretched and then there are management changes. To date, this company has been consistent in quality of their responsiveness and degree of involvement of their visit staff. They don t exhibit short cuts in what they do. When in need, I have learned to expect what they do and how they do it. In both phone and personal interactions with go green I have been satisfied with their professional attitude and performance, feeling reassured by experience with them to date that this won t change.
I explained to them that Im trying to establish grass. I dont have anything but weeds and rocks. They told me I would need aeration and overseeding and a weed pre emergent. The contractor came out and did a liquid aeration which is not heard of, and my ground is rock hard. Its been weeks of watering weeds and no germination. I asked if someone could come out because this doesnt seem right. Someone came out and told me that I need aeration and overseeding in the fall. Its took late in the spring to get it now, I shouldve gotten it early spring. Im livid because I ordered aeration in March!!! They never did it! And they charged me 330.00 I was robbed!

We have been having an ant problem for more than a month. Go Green has been coming out as often as I call them. The problem has definitely improved but we are still seeing some live ants in some parts of the house. We hope the problem will be resolved soon. Before he came i was at my wits end due to springtail issues but by the time he left it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Dealing with Go Green was a breeze. I was battling weeds for a few years and a simple call and within a week the first treatment was applied. After 2 treatments most of my weeds have disappeared and allowed for good growth of healthy green grass. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling to rid their lawn of pesky weeds. Very expensive for my tiny lawn, still lots of weeds but not as many as my neighbors without the service The mosquitoes are still around my deck, not seeing as many lantern flies, hopefully my cat hasn t picked up any fleas, although he has been scratching a lot lately Hard to keep a nice lawn in this neighborhood with all the dogs, the urine seems to kill the grass, I would be nice to have an antidote to for dog urine

Very professional. Haven t had many insect problems since working with them. There was a small wasp nest that was taken care of very quickly. No complaints! Just unsure if it s worth the total monthly costs considering I don t have major pest issues throughout the year.

Go Green is the best all in one company Ive ever had, i get pretty much everything they offer. Travis does my fertilizer and he is great! Joe does my pest control and hes wonderful comes out within a day of me calling with an issue! This is by far the best company Ive dealt with. Technician dragged hose over and damaged downspout. This has happened before. Go Green offered me a very small sum for my buying replacement parts and making the repair.

GoGreen has been a big help getting my lawn looking green and reducing the weeds. Many neighbors have commented on the improvement. It was primarily clover, crabgrass, and other weeds with grass mixed in but is now a full grass lawn. After lots of research and as pet owner, they were the best decision for us and in our second year it was a great decision. I save so much time and money from when I tried to put down chemicals myself. They also do aeration and seeding for us, we just tried their mosquito treatment for the first time this summer.
I ve used Go Green in the past and had a very good experience with them. I have a dog and toddler so I love that they use organic lawn treatment. I recently signed up again and appreciate their hassle free re-sign up process. They re usually very thorough but the recent treatment wasn t as thorough since there were a handful of spots on my lawn with weeds still growing. Hopefully the next time they come out, they ll take care of it. Overall, I highly recommend them!
Go green has turned around our lawn. It was being taken over by Japanese stilt grass and weeds. It now looks and cuts better than Any time in the last 5-10 years. I really want to like their service, and am still trying to continue my business. Because we have dogs, we want the products that wont harm. I dont think the non harmful products are as good at fighting off weeds. They continue to come back out to re-treat and are very pleasant, responsive, professional and respectful.
The lawn applications have really created a green and beautiful lawn. The workers are really friendly and I appreciate getting a email with recommendations after each visit. The mosquito treatments make my yard a place where the family can hang out again!
We have been using Go Green for a few years now. They have been very responsive to any issues we have had with some difficult spots in the lawn, tough weeds, as well as lawn care in general. They are professional and friendly. We love that the service is environmentally friendly and safe for our grandchildren and dogs. Plus it works so much better than the chemicals that were used by other lawn services in the past. Cant say enough good things about Go Green. Weve had Go Green treat our lawn for years now and we have been very happy with their service! Anytime I need to get in touch with them it hasnt been an issue and they are very accommodating to our needs. We recently added the Pest Control Service and I got rid of our overpriced big business Pest Control and I think its been a great decision! I love that they are a local business and Im happy to support them!
Go Green has done a nice job getting my new yard to finally look good. The consistent rain this year has helped. Be careful to keep track of when your service agreement ends as service will continue after your contract is up. Last Fall GoGreen did an aeration and seeding and billed me for 500. Dollars. They nicely let me extend my contract for another year and include that seeding in the 780. yearly cost. I found it hard to believe that GoGreen couldn t contact me to renew the agreement. I put a reminder in my phone to call them this July to make sure it doesn t happen again. On the positive side the grass looks great. John in West Chester
I love having a locally owned and operated company service our lawn. Previously, we used a franchised one, and whenever I had a question, I could only talk to someone in Colorado. With Go Green, I can speak directly with the owner in West Chester and have all of my questions answered immediately. I gave 4 starts because I don t think my lawn is as good as it was with True Green, but this product is all natural and my highly sensitive dogs haven t had any problems. They re a great company to work with and their technicians are super professional. I highly recommend them!
This will be my third year using Go Green and I was truly skeptical in the beginning. My lawn was in the worst condition with brown spots and weeds all over. Well, I couldnt have been more pleased with the condition of my lawn now. It looks amazing!! I have used lawn services through the years and never ever got these results. Not only that they use organic products in their fertilizers which caught my attention in the first place. My lawn is lush green so much so, that my next store neighbor has begun using Go Green now too. Their prices are lower than any others on the market because I checked and got estimates from Lawn Doctor, TruGreen, etc. before going with Go Green. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional, which is rare today. They will come out and service your lawn if their is a problem and for free too. In fact, I called them on my own in the Spring and told them I just want to tell you in all my years of living here and all the service we have had on our lawn, since we have had Go Green, my lawn never looked better, and I had to call and tell you that is how pleased I have been with Go Green! pcoyle

We had them treat for the spotted lattern Flys, they came out sprayed and it did kill them we will keep them coming back.

Go Green representatives are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They have done all we have asked them to do for us including an extra trip to spray for Lantern Flies. And the spray is very efficient as the bugs die for a long time after the spray.
After a redo application for Lantern Flies (redo was no charge), these aggressively, swarming pests that were invading my front door and, particularly, my deck, were virtually gone. And Joe, my technician, was great to have take care of my particular needs. Very pleased with Go Green s professionalism and quality of work.
