I hired DM Tree Service to cut down and trim trees. They did an excellent job on both the cutting and clean-up. Ive never left a Google review, but this company deserves 5-stars!!!

Always quick response and delivery. We have used them several times for renovation cleanup and they are always the quickest to respond and lend a hand.

I recently bought 2 face cords of firewood from D&M. Their facility where I went to pickup the wood was really nice, and the staff, from phone conversations, emails, and even the owner that I spoke with in person were all very friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant experience, even though the price of wood was a bit higher than what Ive paid elsewhere. I bought partially seasoned oak firewood but was told that it would burn. This is where the experience gets less pleasant. This has been the wettest wood Ive ever tried burning. I have to use my electric 1500W lighter that I use to light my grill to get it burning (for several minutes), and to keep it going, Ive had to further split the wood into very skinny pieces and feed it about every half hour. Even then, it never gets warm enough to heat the room noticeably, the fire struggles 100% of the time, and it makes my fireplace sound like a geyser. The wood appears soaking wet once the heat gets to it. For $125/face cord, I expected better than this. It seems like this wood was probably cut within the past couple of months, and Im going to need to age it until next season myself now, so Im probably done having fires for the year. Very disappointed.

wanted to talk about getting some trees cut down and trim the ones over my house, but I was told to check else where for cheaper prices like Im Poor. thanks but no thanks I will look else where.

We rented a 10 yd dumpster, Lisa was great with helping us out. Only thing I wished I knew was a weight limit on it, found it odd there is a weight limit on renting a dumpster but Lisa has been amazing to work with. 3 days later we had it emptied and brought back. Great discount and great pricing

Tried to charge me for buried chain, even though this was my first rental and never explained to me. Owner was nice enough to waive the fee if I left a hood google review, and also said he would send me a gift card for dinner for the inconvenience. Never received. But still thankful he worked with me (:

This company is working in my neighborhood and not on my home. A couple weeks ago they were doing grade work for sod and cut my internet cable. It was obvious they cut it, but they didn t bother to inform me. Also EVERY time they do work of any kind they leave a mess all over my lot. Mud, gravel, sod pieces and garbage in general. While they were prepping the yard next door for sod they threw the softball size rocks into my yard. Not a good way to run a business.

Extremely happy with the tree work D&M did at my house. They cut down 2 trees and trimmed 4 others, everything was done to satisfaction! The on-site crew was excellent. They were on-time, communicated with me, friendly and very professional. I mainly communicated with Brian but all 3 crew members were great to work with. I was very pleased with the pricing provided by David. And Lisa in the office was great to work with. I would highly recommend D&M Tree Service for any tree maintenance you may have.

Was looking for wood to have for bon fires and they hooked me up and u can just put money in a envelope and put in drop box and u just go pick u wood and go so nice

We had a tree fall on our house due to inclement weather and D & M did a fantastic job! They came out same day (Friday) to give us a quote they scheduled the job very quickly (the following Monday)! They showed up early and had several guys for the job. Did an excellent job with removal and impeccable clean up! Our roof and yard were spotless. Then they came and completely removed the stump and grinded it down for us and even came back the following week and laid down dirt and seed so grass could grow where the stump was and where their machines had been on our lawn from the removal. We were blown away by the level of care, attentiveness, and service they provided! I would 10/10 recommend them for any job!!

Called to order firewood and had it to the house in a very quick time frame. All well seasoned oak and not garbage at all. I will definitely be going through this place again, and the office staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for firewood and good quality definitely give them a call.

The D&M team were super helpful and speedy with my tree removal. They had a task doing our removal due to yard configuration but completed the job well. We will use them for future tree needs and the office staff was great answering any and all questions we had.

Very rude when asked simple questions like when will I be able to park on the concrete you just replaced. I called to complain and they didnt really seem to care.

Great company. Very professional. I wish all service related business would take a cue from Dave and his crew. Safety is a huge concern for both you and his guys. Dave came out right away for a quote. We had a huge rotted tree and he was concerned for our safety and property so fit us in to his busy schedule right away! Treated us fairly and with respect. Dont expect any surprises. He explained all the details and did what he said. He and his crew went above and beyond. I cant thank them enough or recommend them more highly.

These guys are amazing, they showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves. Did a great job with the dead tree and we are having them come back to cut down another tree.

These people are awesome - they rescued our neighborhood cat in a tree that no one else would come out and help. They didnt have to do this but they did and for that alone I would recommend this company a million percent. They are what this world needs more of! Thank you for your kind hearts!

Dave came promptly to give a quote on removing large dead tree limbs threatening our house. Then he and his crew arrived exactly when he said they would and finished the very tricky job in the most professional way on the LABOR DAY HOLIDAY!!! Reasonable pricing, too!

A recent storm caused a large portion of the tree in our front yard to split and fall onto our house. The crew they sent to remove the tree from my roof were the most professional crew I have ever seen. They were quick yet thorough. They seemed to enjoy their job but were very careful and meticulous with my house and property. Before the job started the foreman went over every detail of what he planned to do and it went exactly as he said. I felt safe staying in my house while they were doing the job. After the job was done the wood was in a pile in the yard, which was fine with me. We had to be somewhere before they left and when we got back they had re-stacked the wood in 2 very neat piles beside the tree. They also raked the yard and left it looking great. Thank you so much D & M for taking such great care of us in our time of distress and need.

Extremely satisfied with D&M. This is the second time we needed their assistance cutting down trees. Just last week it was a monster tree close to the front of our house. Crew came out with a crane and brought it down in sections. Tree down, stump gone and clean up all done in a timely manner. Owner, David is the best! We would highly recommend this company and we will definitely be calling them again in the future. KUDOS to David and his crew!!!

Dave is a stand up individual. We had a small miscommunication and I received the wrong dumpster and he went above and beyond to correct the problem and get me a full refund. The neighbor had a tree cut down with this company and they damaged several utility lines including our cable and electrical. Both of our lines require repair. We talked to the owner and he said he was there and our lines were held up by the tree and they didnt cause any damage. This is a lie as none of our lines were anywhere near that tree and we were told by Comcast that the line was broken. We are still waiting on DTE to fix the power, but it is obvious that line is broken as well. I would NEVER hire this lousy tree service.

We called this company because our cat was stuck up a tree for 15 hrs and also we had dead tree that needed looking at. The manager came down gave us a quote , his main concern was the cat ,they came back with the equipment. The manger pulled his colleague from other job to save the cat (not many companies would do that ) First thing they did was get the cat from the tree, I was just amazed how they worked around the other trees and power lines . Once they got the cat , they started to cut the dead tree down , they carefully cut the tree down without taking any cable or power lines. Our neighbours line was held by our tree , which they couldnt help . They did a fantastic job , with no intrusion . They cleared all the trees and even offered to take some extra branches too . I cant praise this company enough , we both so grateful for getting our cat back safe and sound and also doing a lot great job. I would definitely recommend this company . Keep up the good work

I first called D&M to get pricing for removing or trimming a tree hanging over my electric drop. The tree was close to several additional utility wires, and at least one other company refused to give me a quote for removing this tree as a crane would be required to remove it safely. Dave came out within a couple days to inspect the site and gave me a verbal quote for both trimming the tree and removing it outright, although it took at least 3 weeks to get a written estimate for the work. When I called back to schedule the work, he was able to schedule it much quicker than Id expected, although there were some minor communication issues with the scheduling. In the end, my tree and stump are gone, the various utility wires running less than an arms length from the tree were undisturbed and D&M charged less than any of the other companies who also came out to quote on removing the tree and stump. Outside of a couple minor communication issues, Dave and everyone else I dealt with at D&M were very professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to call them for additional tree removal and/or stump grinding work in the future.

My husband and I are very happy we chose D&M to cut our hollow 100ft oak tree down. The general manager David was so very helpful and impressed us with his customer service. The crew that came out to the cut tree down were polite, courteous, and did amazing at cleaning up after. We will recommend this company to everyone and will continue to use them!

Dave is a professional and a man of his word. Firewood delivery was on time and the cleanest wood i have received in 30 years. His process of seasoning and tumbling to remove unwanted debris is unique and very much appreciated
