I absolutely love this business. All employees are friendly and answer any questions I have. The work they complete on my lawn is perfection each time. The receptionist is outstanding, also.

I paid in advanced for my lawn services which was to include aeration and over seed. The first time they came they did not kill any weeds and my lawn was turning into straw. I called about when my lawn was going to be aerated. I was told ir was too cold. Really 3 of my neighbors had their lawn aerated. The second time he came out he put too much killer again killing my lawn. Now it 5/26/2021 I have had my sprinklers on everyday trying to save my lawn. Now it is too hot. I asked for a total refund. Not gonna happen. The man who called wouldn't even tell me what his name was. I don't know if this man was a worker, a manager or owner. He wouldn't listen, when I asked him not to do anything more to my lawn just refund me. Then he told me he will be at my home in ten minutes since I don't know how to talk on the phone. When I first called I asked when they were coming out. NO CLUE-NO NAME-NO SERVICE-NO REFUND.

I subscribed to their 6 step lawn fertilizing and weed control annual program. This program appears to be well thought out, particularly in its timing for the Michigan Thumb area. It is also set at a reasonable price. Step 1 was applied in early April, with step 2 to follow in 4 weeks or so, depending on weather and condition of newly seeded lawn. They invoice after each step and include very specific post-application instructions. So far I am very happy with this program and would recommend it to others.

Spring cleanup plus all bushes trimmed and two removed. Exceptional clean and neat. They're our lawn maintenance goto during the summer months. They are terrific and great people as well

Three employees completed my fall yard clean up, edging and fertilizing. They did an awesome job. My yard looks fantastic. This company has always been helpful and courteous.

Greenlawn has been servicing my house for 2 years and I had a lot of problems with weeds which have been resolved. Mary Jo was so pleasant on the phone and when I had a problem with my maple tree loosing leaves she sent me an article in the mail which made me feel at ease. They have always been personable and leave smiley faces or comments on the service sheet. Oh and they also text me the day before they’re coming which is a big help so I can make sure the dogs are off the lawn until the product is dry. That’s very helpful to me! I referred Greenlawn to my mom’s yard in April and she had a lot of weeds. By July most of the weeds were gone and the neighbor actually asked who treats her lawn because he wants to get rid of his weeds too. 😀👌❤️🌹I will definitely recommend this company to anyone due to their high customer service, efficiency and cost.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE HIRING GREEN LAWN! I've been using Green Lawn, at both my home and business, for two years. First year was fantastic. Both my home and business lawns looked great! Year 2, green lawn applied an application to my home on April 3, 2018 and finally, my business at the END of April. Since then, my lawn at home has dead spots all over it and is now the worst lawn on the block. I contacted the company, and spoken specifically Ron, with no resolve. Instead of offering solutions to FIX a problem that did not exist last year and did not exist until they treated my lawn this year, he proclaimed it was not their fault and proceeded to raise his voice and become irritated. As a business owner, if a customer has ANY issue, my main focus is to remedy it. As soon as possible. It is good customer service. Bottom line. I have asked for my money back on both properties. My mistake was paying for services up front for the year on both properties. Hopefully green lawn has the decency to refund me my money. I will update my review accordingly if they do, indeed, issue a refund. A simple resolve would have been raking the dead grass and re-seeding the dead patches in my lawn and they would had a customer for life.

Greenlawn has served us at two locations in our area for near a decade. Summer or winter, I can count on them to go the extra mile. I am handicapped, and they simply do extra at the times i need them to, and with regard for the property and our feelings. Always willing to go the extra mile and honestly tell us what they can and can't do. They treat us like family. Call Greenlawn.
